Customer service is always friendly and they do their best to work with you. It is best to call and schedule an appointment at least a week before you need it. Since Covid walk ins have been very difficult. This is the only place in Lynchburg that I trust to do maintenance on my F-150 and they have not let me down yet.

I came here for a tire change and I will never be coming back. The day after I got a flat and waited an hour and a half for them to just tell me I need to come back the next day because they had to order me the tire I needed. I came back the next day and waited another hour to get the service done. I waited for over 2 and a half hours at this place. They also said the total for two new tires plus service would be $360 and ended up charging me $402. Very dissatisfied.

I went here to get an additional key made for my 2013 Ford truck. They made the key but disabled my remote starter. They told me they couldnt fix it ( they didnt know how), but I could go somewhere else and pay to have it fixed ( took 15 minutes at another business and cost me $40). After an online review they changed their tune and told me to bring in my receipt for the repair and they would take care of it. That has been over three months ago. They dont stand by their work and dont do what they say. I would never trust them with my vehicle

I scheduled an appointment and dropped my car for the Works deal and state inspection.. they did not even touch the car or 3 days.. 4th day I get a call saying all 4 brake rotors are rusted and wont pass state inspection unless replaced.. I asked them to not replace the rotors as I wanted to get them checked from some other place... but when I went to pick the car, the state inspection was Passed... why would they call me and say I need to replace the rotors!!

I was in Lynchburg, VA because my daughter was visiting a college. I blew out a tire which would likely not have been able to repair. All four of my OEM Hankook tires had poor tread life so I thought it would be best to replace all four tires. The tires that I wanted had to be ordered by Apple. Derek understood the jam I was in. He stepped up and was able to order the tires, have them delivered to Apple and installed in a few short hours. Great customer service from Derek! THANK YOU!!!

Lynchburg, VA. This place should change its name. There is nothing quick about it. You have to schedule a 2 hour appointment just to get a state inspection. The door says no appointment necessary, but everytime I go in they always tell me they dont have anything avaliable then try to schedule an appointment for a weekday in the middle of the day... I work so that isnt helpful. Then I take a day off from work... still nothing avaliable. Give yourself 1-2 weeks for an oil change and/or inspection appointment. Also, we asked for an alignement at an oil change and were told one was not needed. The next oil change we were told the tires were worn funny and we need new tires... They have a nice tires sales gemic going on there or something. Selling our cars (Ford) and we will never go here again!
