We visited today and we were met by a knowledge employee that knew about all the mattresses in the store. There was no pressure and he didnt go straight to the most expensive model either. I have spent, collectively, several hours here. I expected the sleazy experience like one typically gets at used car dealerships. However, that is far from what I got. I was greeted in a very “not pressured” way and all my questions and concerns were helped honestly. I flopped, I wallered, I rolled. And I finally found the mattress and ended this many month long search. The options are amazing. The knowledge and service is amazing. And I can not wait to finally have a great nights sleep! My parent ordered a mattress from here, they ended up delivering to the wrong address and had to deliver to the correct one, which was fine because I was home to take the delivery, but when they got here the person delivering started talking down to me because he was mad they delivered to the wrong address? I dont understand how any of that was my problem since I didnt purchase the mattress in the first place and I didnt deliver it to the wrong address. Communicate with the people that do your deliveries that they cant just go off on the first person they see if theyre frustrated, I definitely wont be coming here when I need a mattress.

They were able to help my wife and I decide on a new mattress. We ordered and the mattress was delivered and placed in our bedroom in about a week. They stand by their products so if there any issues they are more than happy to make replacements or you can switch to another mattress Definitely recommend to check their store out. You could learn a thing or two about what your body should sleep on.

We walked in and waited forever as there was another couple there and even after they left staff continued to take phone calls rather than assist. I understood assisting the other couple and keeping my distance and being patient but to continue to take and make phone calls was unnecessary. We left without being helped.

From the moment we walked in the door Danielle was wonderful to work with buying our mattress. No pressure. She was friendly and full of very good information needed to buy the perfect mattress depending on whether you are a side sleeper, back sleeper or stomach sleeper. My husband and I made 3 trips into the store to try out the one we thought was perfect for us. She was very nice each time and very accommodating while we figured out what we wanted. Trevor, the manager, was also helpful and nice when I called to ask questions and Danielle was not available. Deliver was quick and easy. We were very happy with their customer service and thank them for being so helpful.

Took my mother to find a new mattresses after a surgery left her with permanent spinal and nerve damage causing constant pain. Trevor was great in helping us find the right mattress. No pushing, rushing out sales pitch. He took his time and put her at ease. Still quite expensive, but great staff.

I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and customer service I experienced at the location on Wards Road. It started when I first walked in the door. I was greeted immediately with a welcome and handshake from a guy named Trevor. (If you go there ask for him, he looked like an older Bruce Willis but not muscular). I was blown away by his knowledge in every mattress I had questions on and he really put me with the one he thought I wanted and was asking about. Most sales people try to sale what makes them the most money but Trevor seemed to really care about me as a customer and helped decide on the perfect mattress I wanted. I have since sent friends into him that are looking for a bed and will never go anywhere else for my mattress needs as long as I live in this area. I realize theres no good way to shop for a mattress. (Watch the Adam Ruins Everything segment for a brief overview of why.) We could either take a risk on the bed in the box online sites, which offered longer trial periods but due to its online nature doesnt allow for a try before you buy test. We couldnt necessarily shop around for better prices, either, because all mattresses are named something different depending on where you go. Basically, shopping for a mattress is an expensive nightmare and Id been putting it off for as long as possible.We went into Mattress Warehouse on Wards Road and worked with Danielle, who was honestly a pleasure to deal with. She didnt pressure us one direction or another and was patient as we tried mattress after mattress to find one that worked for both a side and back sleeper.She set us up for a payment plan and we had the mattress delivered that weekend. Overall, the process was a lot less painful than I was expecting, though the cost is still excessive. Long story short: if you want to be able to try before you buy and pay over time with a payment plan, this is a great store to do that at. If youre looking for a cheaper mattress, the bed in the box online stores would be better.

We bought our daughter’s bed today at a great price! But price isn’t everything...the service is just as important and this place has it all! My husband and I had been looking at mattresses for well over a year! We went EVERYWHERE price checking and trying to figure out the best place to purchase a mattress. After speaking with Danielle at the Wards rd. location MANY TIMES, we decided that we were going to purchase a King size Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base from her. We had some difficulties with the delivery service and we ended up having to pick our stuff up and assemble it, (that wasn’t fun, and it wasn’t her fault), but Danielle worked everything out for us and made sure that we were happy with our purchase. She gave us a credit and king size pillows for the inconvenience. We love our new bed, and we’re going to pick our pillows up tonight.
