Worst place to work on the face of the Earth! Seriously! The place just unionized its so bad. The president hired his wife as the HR representative; talking about a conflict of interest! They lie like crazy to get people in the door: top pay, raises, vacation......its all lies. The engineering manager is costing this company so much money by everything he screws up and he thinks he a genius....but no one above him cares. He has to be feeding them a bunch of lies.Its super dirty with the smell of sulfur in the air. OSHA regulations do not matter to this place. The president runs it like a concentration camp and the employees, some havent had raises in over six years! The office staff almost out numbers the technicians and they think they are better than everyone on the floor; they cant seem to get it through their heads that the technicians control their quality and on time deliveries! Their losing customers like crazy with a 0% on time delivery and poor quality and it all is due to the lack of respect that the technicians have for the management; It all starts at the top. The owners of this company need to get involved or it wont be long till the doors close on this place. Which is sad, because there actually are some good people who work here. I wish I could give it 0 stars! Dont work here, you would be a fool.
