The Parts department at Pinkerton is great! Jeremy and the rest of the crew are very helpful and friendly.

Terrible service, extremely disorganized, even for a dealership. I watched people stand around while the phones rang on multiple occasions. Staff was very unprofessional, failed to inform me that they didnt have the parts on hand. Instead, they let me sit in their lounge for 2 hours (for a 1 hour repair) and, when I finally asked what was taking so long they told me about the missing part, that they could order it and it was just one piece and was easy to install and everything else was done. When I came back the next day (because they hadnt called about the part being in and wouldnt answer their phone) I learned that no work had been done on my vehicle the previous day while I waited, that they had lied to me, and that the part was in in case I still wanted them to do the work. I have over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, there are decent dealships and there are bad dealships, this is undoubtedly a bad dealships. I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere.
