These guys came to my place, picked my car up, and returned it with a replacement windshield in lass than 5 hours! I work from home so i couldn’t take it to the garage. They were very communicative, and very professional! They even charged me $100 less than the competition! Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service

I paid to have a windshield installed was charged extra for a new gasket, upon picking up the vehicle the old gasket was reused and siliconed back together. The silicon was very messy around the window with silicon hand prints on the roof and hood, large pieces of trash from window removal were left in the floorboards of my vehicle. I returned and talked to the owner and was told I am not a professional window installer he was. He did however issue a refund, I’ll take my vehicle elsewhere to have a professional looking job done.

I had to get a rear window seal replaced on my 03 F-150. Chip took care of it! I called him on a Friday and he told me to bring it in first thing Monday morning. Orginally, he told me he would have to keep it overnight which is fine because I have another vehicle. He called me a little after noon on Monday and told me it was ready. Chip is super kind and professional. I would recommend Apple Auto Glass to anyone!

I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for affordable, quality glass. The reason why I can honestly refer this business is: I was in need of 50 4x6 square size individual mirrored glass for an all girls class I was teaching. I wanted something that the girls could take and personalize by decorating themselves, and could refer to it at difficult times, only to remember how “Precious “they are in the sight of our Lord who sees everything. They needed to see the beauty inwardly before they can share in the fun making good decisions outwardly.Not only did apple glass come through in a short time frame but made the mirrors child safe. Every mirror was precisionly cut. We were Bless with an unbelievable discounted price and they still gave us a large can of glass cleaner and lots of other wonderful trickets. Fast service and affordable price.

What a great place to do business!!!! After my rearview mirror fell off, the first place I called said that they would have to replace my entire windshield!! I took it to Apple and they repaired it in less than 30 minutes and only charged me $10!!!!!! The owner is honest and courteous! I can’t recommend it enough!

Superb and friendly company to work with getting my cracked windshield replaced. They got me in next morning, dropped car off while I went and did some shopping and by the time I got back my car was finished. Very clean install with a new windshield, cant tell a difference from the old glass minus the crack. I cant compared prices as I never had to get a windshield replaced before and this was the first company to get back to me after filling out a few forms on different websites but it was very easy on the wallet, it cost a lot less than I thought it would!

I have used Apple Auto Glass several times over the past years. I am amazed at their customer service and their follow up to make sure all is well with the repair! I even phoned for a question for a buyer who bought a previous car of mine. And guess what, Harold followed up later to see if the new owner had gotten the repair done and if there was anything he could do for him!! Highly recommend them and will always return for their help and service!

Professional and honest

A+. I showed up for a windshield repair appointment and Harold (the owner) explained everything. Super nice guy. The credit card machine was down, so he gave me his personal vehicle to go to the ATM. I picked up my vehicle after business hours and I had a couple of concerns that I came back with the next day; he straightened them out right away. I called 4 places before coming to them for the windshield and they were the cheapest as well.

I chipped my windshield on the way to work and wanted it taken care of immediately before it turned into a crack but didnt have time to take it in anywhere with such short notice. I called Safelite first and they were extremely rude and wouldnt give me the time of day. They told me I could bring it into their shop next week but somebody would not come out to fix it at my work. My insurance referred me to Apple Auto. Not only did they talk to me like I was a human being but they offered to come get my car, take it back to their shop, and bring it back before I left work. The technician even offered me the use of his car while mine was being worked on just in case I needed to leave. They said the chip may still be noticeable but I cant even tell where it was anymore. Going on 2 months since the repair and my windshield is still perfect! I cant say enough about the customer service and quality of work done. I wish more businesses were like this!

Was quoted for a windshield, car wash, and new wipers. Showed up and was offered a T-shirt instead of a car wash, was told when I went to pay that they didnt take American Express, and was told my wipers have been replaced. They did not look replaced to me. I would recommend a different glass shop in Lynchburg.

Great experience superb work and great service

I used them as their price was lower. What I didnt know was they were going to reuse some of the parts. The reused parts were damaged and when they began to fail, owner said he would replace the reused parts. He didnt, he just kept giving me the run around that the parts were on order.
