She was so helpful with different kinds of shoes, going the extra mile telling us why these certain shoes are better for high arches, going to check in the system for the shoes I wanted and luckily got the last pair. Awesome buy one get one 50% off! Great place and enjoyed the people.

Really not great with options. Im not sure if its because of covid but the pricing in the outlets used to be so much better before.

So many shoes, so little time!!! This store has a great selection and even had a pair of shoes I had been searching for that have been sold out. The store is very clean and well kept. This store has a wide variety of shoes for the whole family! They often run promotions and deals so the best bet is to be a member of their loyalty program for even more discounts. If you cant find what you need in the store they always ship to home for free. Love the service!

From the outside, it seems like they would have a variety of shoes, but when u go in,there is not much they have to offer.

The Adidas slides for men are knockoffs at this location. VERY disappointing! Also, quite high prices for an outlet. Not likely to return, esp because Im not sure how genuine their inventory is. Pay attention!

Hve same shoes other stores have.Either cheaper or same price..Will shop again..I found a shoe I was lookn for and didnt hve to order it from another store.Saved time.Check them out.

This was our first time at this store. She was able to find a pair of heals,Fila sneaker and 2 packs of socks. The gentleman working at the store let us know about some deals with shoes and socks. Great customer service and reasonable prices.

Not much different to other Famous footwear locations they have some sales but not all great. I think they could have better sales considering its at the outlet mall. Many other shoe stores at the mall this store is average sometimes it could be worth checking out but not always.

Not good enough.

Tony helped us find wide shoes for our toddler which is not an easy take. He was very nice and friendly and so was the man who range us up. This store is not the closes to us but will make the drive again for the great customer service!

The manager was not showing engagement skills with the customers. Part of some store loosing sales is that, the store crew are not engaging with the customers. You want business engage your customer.

Clean store and typical selection. Lost a star because I had an exchange and lost the value of the coupon from the original purchase in the exchange.

Was able to find 4 pairs of sneakers for the kids all name brand for under 100.00

Overpriced shoes in an outlet mall. The Nike store (a few shops down) had WAY better prices and clearance section.
