My family had to visit this outlet due to American Airlines loosing my sister’s luggage. Its a nice outlet from my opinion of outlets in the mid Atlantic area. My sister went to Nike, under amrour, converse, polo, coach, forever 21, and Calvin Klein. Great deals plus they offered military discounts which is great because my uncle served in the military. Food good deals at the Nike store and under armour. My dad even got some mango drink which made him super happy. Restrooms- please note the restrooms are located in multiple spots but I missed the main one in the market hall. I think better signage would of helped a person like myself being a tourist. Overall, it was a good experience of a typical outlet spot!

Very nice place, a little confusing with the road construction when youre heading South from 75, but once you actually find the mall its very nice.Bathrooms needed attention desperately, but they were closing in 2 hours, so maybe thats why.

The food court has yummy treats. Not all stores are outlets like Bath and Body Works. Some stores have upto 40% off. So is kinda same pricing. Some stores have a nice lay out like the Turtle.

Nice shopping outlet. There are several brand shops available here such as Gap, Aeropostale, NY and company, bath n body works, Tommy Hilfiger, carters, guess, Michael Kors, Saks fifth Ave, etc. There are public restrooms, vending machines, food court, ice cream shops, Starbucks available here. There is small play area for kids which is closed currently due to pandemic, train ride for infants n small kids, and toy vehicles at some places within the outlet. The food court has only few options. There is open area with a display pool and water fountain in front of food court. Most of the other part is covered. There is a lot of seating benches available throughout the mall. Plenty of parking area too. Clean n well maintained.

Great place over all. Very similar shops to every other Simon outlet out there so you know whats available before you even come. Open outdoor shopping but plenty of cover in case of inclement weather.

Very nice outlet shopping venue. Plenty of great stores, nice sales and adequate sitting areas outside the stores. They have a train for the kiddies. Great covered walkways to minimize sun exposure, too.

Decent outlet. There are some popular shops here. Things are discounted. The food court doesnt really have many options - I would recommend going to any of the dining options near the outlets. They honestly could easily improve this outlet because its in a good location with everything that surrounds it. Also, there is a nail salon in there thats pretty decent, as well.

Really like this outlet mall. Convenient location, but the stores arent really outlet. The prices are just normal. We were looking things up as we were shopping and we couldve just saved the gas and went to our normal mall.

Love shopping here! Great savings for high quality clothes. Located near phenomenal restaurants and close to the highway. Traffic can be heavy at certain times of the day so bring some patience with you.

So this is a nice place just to go walk around and there is everything from shoe stores to jewelry. You might save a few dollars on things but not anymore then what you could save online. But there is a bunch of restaurants right near bay so it is a nice little place to walk around

Great place with cool shops love Columbia, rack room, express, goes on and on. Thank God for kids rides for when they get bored of shopping.

This is a decent outlet! It offers food, clothes, shoes, and more- so its really nice for a leisurely trip with a couple friends or family members. It seemed well staffed ans just generally had a pleasant atmosphere about it. I think this was a great way to spend an hour or two.

I love this outlet. In this outlet, you can find popular brands. During the weekend, you can spend a lot of time looking for parking. Other than that it is a great place to do your shopping. The outlet is beautiful, there is a nice atmosphere.

Nice selection of stores. It is obvious that Christmas will be a mad house. If you are going try to go early.

Huge premium outlet mall. Clean, maintained and not too crowded. Nice variety of high end and regular shopping. Parking lot is easy to navigate and there are multiple entrances into the complex. Food court has a nice variety and several more food choices on the outskirts of parking lot.

Not a big outlet shopping mall, nice place for me (I only have few free time)I found something exactly I want!

I went in May 2021 around 10am. Many of the stores were not opened at all or opening later in the day. I thought these outlets were very lackluster although they have plenty of stores with regular prices that you would find at the mall or online. The Google reviews are awesome, but did not match the reality when I went. The only thing purchased here were mangos and a sub.

Actually went to McDonalds for Mc Chicken, 1/2 n 1/2 sweet tea and french fries!

Why create an outdoor mall in Florida? Sure it looks nice, but considering 10 months out of the year is unbearably humid and/or raining, it doesn’t make for a great experience. Also, whoever designed the parking lot and roadways around the outlet must have been drunk, because it’s straight up terrible and definitely not designed to handle the traffic. Everything is always backed up. Besides all that, the outlet itself is just ok. The choice of stores is nothing special. The food options are all outside the outlet as the food court is lacking.

Everything and more. All your basic needs can probably be fulfilled here.

Always a good shopping experience here. Plenty of space and fresh air. Enough shops to find something to interest everyone. But some of the real highlights are the puma store for their great deals. The pepper palace for only the brave souls who can stand the heat . And the pop culture store where you can find everything from stuffed animals and characters from your favorite games and shows to cosplay swords and exotic drinks and snacks from other parts of the globe

Decent outdoor outlet mall off the highway with your common outlet/factory stores. The weather was great on the day I went and the mall was kept up well and looked very new. They have a lot of covered areas for keeping the rain or sun away, overall a decent experience.

Visited the Coach outlet. Very bland color choices. Prices not great. A leather key chain was $280.00!? Better to try to shop second hand.

Went to sun glass hut to find a pair of Oakleys that would match my Gladiator the had some Miami Dolphins glasses but not a fan but the sales associate Anis said he could custom order me a pair to match and that is exactly what he did and nailed it thank you

Its a beautiful outlet to walk with family. Tropical beautiful, I really enjoyed just walling around. Lots of stores that nowhere to be found in Southern states,get some mango smoothie outside and enjoy your hot day shopping

We enjoy visiting the many stores and sales available to shoppers at Tampa Premium Outlets. We prefer going early in the day usually a Monday to Thursday. The traffic from I-75 can hamper getting in and out late in the afternoon.

Beautiful plaza. I only went to the bank though.Im a pedestrian and my walking experience wasnt bad through all the traffic.

Went shopping and was pleased to see how many shops there are. Very clean and Starbucks is in here too.. very convenient for a lengthy shopping day!

Great outlet mall to visit. They have stores for all ages and need.Great prices and most visit.

Definitely some great deals to be found. Bought a $400 brand name suit for $200 !! Beware though, not every store is bargain priced in my opinion. What I suggest is knowing the price of item you want and shop in a variety of retailers there to see if you can beat it.

The doctors are awesome and Maria the attendant that takes care of the glasses was wonderful I feel that the price that they have advertised for bifocals was off because when I went it was way too much than what I expected it was going to be as advertised but as far as customer service excellent.

Its a decent outlet mall. Not a lot of bargains, but the stores were nice and mall was well maintained and fully occupied. (no vacant stores). I was surprised that they had a food court, but its a nice touch. Parking on weekends is tight. Midweek- no problems parking at all.

Great outlet mall with lots of spaces to hang out! My only issue would be that the there is not very much stores open, lots of them shut down. There is a train and some playgrounds to. There is also a little river type thing in the middle to sit around. And its a outdoor mall. Overall, pretty good outlet mall.

I dont care much about shopping. I go into a store buy what I had in mind and come out. But my wife, she had a blast! She loved the stores. She spent 5 hours because everything closes at 9 pm, otherwise we would had spent several hours more had we been there early. What I loved was the fact that there were many seats for us guys everywhere to wait for our wives and companions outside the stores.

An incredible variety of outlet stores.

Pretty mall with nice landscaping, some stores are outlets and some are normal stores. We normally go to Nike and in their sale section you can get lower then normal prices as well as The Disney store. The Carter’s & gap kids have better then normal prices in their stores. Also every now and then the Janie and Jack store will be worth looking though. Definitely the best deals out of them all are the coach and the Michael Kors store.

Tampa Premium Outlets is full of awesome stores and deals, located in a busy commercial area, theres plenty of options and great verity for eateries.

Its a middle of the road outlet. Lost a lot of the stores. Stores that are there usually pretty good. Sometimes stock is low. But it is an outlet. Usually pretty clean for such a busy place.

Rebook store. The gang is amazing and prices are also great. They support with 20 percent military service. Thank you!!

A nice place to visit with lots of great places to eat right in proximity. The outlets here are clean and so are the grounds. If you like to shop or just walk around this a a great place to go.

Love this place! Come here with my fiance to check out a few stores now and again, such as Puma and Direct tools. The last time we were there, we got stopped by a middle shop selling hair products and such. Talked us into a fairly large purchase on the spot, but was a great deal.

The Disney Store is no longer present, neither was the Luggage Outlet, but a safe and pleasant place to do your shopping and dining.

Great place to go, you can find almost anything you are looking for. There are lots of places to eat in the area, prices are reasonable.

Have great store options and the outside setup makes it a better shopping experience for me.

Got a milk shake at the Hersheys ice cream store $9 tasted like they put vanilla ice cream with Hersheys chocolate syrup. Dont bother wasting your $$

Tampa Premium Outlets was really a fun place to visit. Great shops and all the major retail stores could be found here. Super clean and all the employees at the stores were friendly, courteous and helpful. Really enjoyed myself at this location.

There are factory outlet malls that sell extra stuff for low prices, but this is not one of them. Dont go here expecting warehouse prices youll be disappointed. You can find some unique items however the price points are what you would expect at upscale stores.Nice vibes. Nice stuff.

Not crowded at all. Stores had doors open to let the walkers have something cool.

Nice complex, fun to visit and walk through. We went for the Disney store mainly, which was underwhelming. Selection was quite small as the store was also. Spacious indoor food court, nice outdoor common area and water features.For a large place, bathrooms seemed sparse and hard to find. We also expected more restaurants, there’s only a few lunch and dinner type restaurants, there are many ice cream and treat type shops.

Very nice outlet mall of upper tier retailers. Nice place to spend a few hours shopping. Found several great buys at Ann Taylor and even at Michael Kors.

Great shopping Mall. Being an outlet mall you can find some good deals. Many brands around. Its a nice open mall for friends or family outing. Many restaurants around it too. Ive been to 2-3 of them already.

Favorite Simons outlet by far! They have all of my favorite stores and the location is nice although very busy. Nice and clean restrooms and food court. As a avid shopper those things matter!

Great place to shop and find some deals! They have a great variety of stores and they have an Auntie Annes which is important in my book haha!

The outlet looks really nice and there is lots of clothes stores to chose from. They were good at covid safety rules. Most stores had limits to how many people were allowed in at one time.

Most of the stores we visited were very nice and accommodating, with friendly, helpful staff.Then we visited the Sketchers outlet and all that changed. The staff was not helpful, and there was no place to even sit to try on shoes. I love Sketchers shoes, and wear both work and athletic shoes. I feel Sketchers has a great product, but apparently, their outlet store franchise needs to visit other shoe stores to see how it is done properly.

Very nice stores, friendly staff. Lots of places to sit outside watch the water fountains and take in some FL sunshine. When your done shopping check out restaurants around the outlets. Rock and Brew, Longhorn, Cheddar Scratch Kitchen, BJ Brewhouse, or go across the street to Five Guys, Blaze Pizza, Crumbl, Zukka San for sushi. So many options or you can go fast for McDonalds, Taco Bell, Wendys, Chik Fil A, Culvers, or even Fords Garage, Chuys, Bahama Breezes. So many options and then go bowling and laser tag at Main Event look them up.

Each store opens onto a nice outdoor walking area with addition kiosks for shopping. A food court is in the center, but the Argentinian stand is the best. If you are planning to go to the Disney Warehouse Outlet, prepare to wait. You check in outside. Give them your cellphone number, then wait to get a text message stating you ate now in the que to wait another 15 minutes to get into the store. I waited 2 hours and finally gave up.

Love this place. Better offers than the Orlando ones. Less crowded for sure and a good variety of stores.

Lots of parking. Easier to get to from North of Hwy 56. Coming from the South, there is often a backup of cars. Might try coming up 41 and over to 54 next time. Lots of stores to peruse. Another benefit of the area is simply the variety of restaurants to choose from. Theres also a Costco across the street that I would consider signing up for if the traffic coming from the South on I-75 was not so bad. I see them doing some construction at the moment on the exit ramp, so fingers crossed.

This is a really nice outlet mall, all stores have good merchandise in comparison to some other outlet malls Ive visited. I would visit this mall again.

This is a beautifully designed outdoor outlet mall. Very clean and well kept shopping center. They have a large variety of stores. Most of the stores there are on the high end like coach etc. Im not sure why they call it an outlet mall. Nothing here is less expensive than it is in the stores at other locations. There is a big food court area and a nice outside area with seats and a pretty fountain. Its a nice place to go for a day of shopping or browsing.

Great mall with everything! Amazing deals and super nice facilities. It is all outdoor and has beautiful landscaping and fountains throughout the mall. I love shopping there and getting great discounts!

A nice clean outlet with a variety of stores....prices vary so know your prices before you shop, some are good others not so much. The food in the market wasn’t very good and the lines long....so read reviews before you choose which one to dine at. There are a variety of places for little ones to play and a train that makes the rounds tooting it’s horn and can carry adults as well as children. I was traveling by plane so my shopping was limited but could of purchased several things otherwise!!

When you first pull into the parking lot you dont realize how big this place is, or how many stores there are here. But after 2 hours of walking around, and spending several hundred dollars, I realized that this was a very large outlet mall. It is also very well kept and very laid out. The common area has seeding that overlooks a large Fountain and is very beautiful, especially if youre just looking for some place to sit and relax while the wife shops. I took pictures of most of the shop the signs, so you can just browse through them to see what stores are there, as there are too many to list here.

Good place to buy clothes shoes and nice snacks . You can buy almost all famous brands clothes and shoes at great prices . Easy accessibility of all shops

I love the Tampa Premium outlets. I frequently come up every couple months to do a little gift shopping. I have never had an issue with the cleanliness of the area.I was at the outlets when an incident broke out, a fire alarm was set off. Everyone was asked out of every store, courteously and asked to wait in the main area. There was an announcement overhead to just exit stores. I phoned my friend with Pasco county EM and asked if they knew of anything and they told me it was a false alarm. Shortly after the alarm was cut and we were allowed back into the stores we were shopping at. My Nike associate( who helped me place my items down before the emergency) handed them right back to me upon entry back in and the security was very nice.The bathrooms are well maintained, I’ve had to go to guest services once while being there, just to tell them a soap dispenser was out. Other than that, they keep the outlets very well maintained and I am apart of their email list so I know of any specials.

We really enjoy this outdoor mall, the problem is, after the last couple years its really gone downhill. Stores are going out of business left and right, and despite the fact that the mask mandates were lifted, a couple of the stores still had strict restrictions and no mask to offer. We even went in one store where we were the only people inside, and wanted to purchase a $200 watch. However we were refused service because we did not have a mask and they did not have a mask to offer us. I know everyones opinion on this is different, but it seems to me that if they cared more about putting money in the register, maybe so many places wouldnt be going out of business.

One of my favorite locations to shop in the Tampa area. Lots and lots of brand outlet shops. Very modern and new area that brings a relaxing feeling. In the vicinity you will find Costco, gas and tons of brand name restaurants. Easy to get to from Interstate 75 (SR 54 ) exit and head west. Once the exit is fixed the traffic should run smoother.

Has a lot to offer, food court is good and they serve adult beverages outside bar. All of the outlet shops like under armour, addidas, vera Bradley......and many more. The home furnishings store there is great too. If you are decorating or redecorating your home or office then you should try shopping there once.

Lots of great deals, especially for first responders and teachers. There are a variety of shops for everyone to enjoy.

This place is your typical suburbanites entertainment, complete with your food court, diverse crowd, and retail + prices on discontinued and irregular merchandise that should be sent to Ross or Marshalls. Its good for a morning stroll to get some exercise, but if you go to this outlet looking for bargains, youll be sadly disappointed. Outlet malls in general are stupid tourist traps and this one is no different.

Very easy shopping here. Laid out well. Social distancing very much in effect. Ample parking. Go caught in the rain, but not wet, as there was an overhead covering. Loved this outdoor mall!

I LOVE THIS OUTLET MALL!!!❤️ This outlet mall has amazing stores. They have a huge Nike store for you to find the best athletic outfits. They have a large food court, candy store, and a Nestle Toll House cookie store. You can sit down at one of their beach chairs in the middle of the mall. If you need a new phone you can shop at one of the mini stores in the halls. If you like Starbucks they have one of those too. If you or your kid loves Disney then pop into their Disney store for some great deals on classic disney items. For anyone you has to deal with middle school dress code rules for shorts then go to adidas for some basketball shorts that aren’t too baggy. Finally, every store had very nice and helpful staff! Overall this is a very clean and cool store!

Wide variety of shopping and stores love this place and the kids like it too because youre constantly going inside and out to get to the different shops its also a nice place just to walk around if youre not looking to do shopping
