I purchased a new home recently and had my landscaping recently done. I came across this company as I was looking for landscape lighting. I was getting estimates from electricians in the area who’s products we’re not as well-made as Volts. The Volt lights and the control box were extremely well-made and very easy to install and operate. I was able to do the entire project on my own and I saved hundreds. It’s also very easy to add lights to your existing system as you add more landscaping to your home. I’m extremely happy with their product and I would highly recommend and use again.

Volt makes an excellent and well engineered product but in addition, their customer service is first class. One of their Forever Bulbs failed after a few months use and they replaced it, no questions asked.

We had a landscape lighting person come out to give us an estimate. For $2,400 we would get 7 spotlights and installation.We purchased a Volt light kit through Costco. The kit included 6 spotlights wire and transformer. We added an additional spotlight and the total came to $350.00I am 76 so was concerned about doing it ourselves. After receiving we decided to give it a shot. The only difficulty was digging the shallow ditch for the wire. The builder left a large amount of small rocks where we had to dig. Total installation time amounted to 5 hours.The quality of the lights and seem well made and feel they were made with quality materials.

Volt Lighting has an excellent product. The customer service is by far the best Ive ever dealt with. When you call a person actually answers the phone, no punching in numbers. Highly recommend this company and their products. My landscape lighting is gorgeous!

Im thrilled with Volts customer service and warranty. Great customer service started with my phone call; a real person answered the phone and sincerely wanted to help. I had to send back the transformer because the light sensor stopped working. I worried I would have to wait several weeks to get the new or repaired transformer. Volt provided a mailing label, making it very easy to send back. I received an email the following day that they had received the unit and would be sending another unit the following day. I got my new transformer in 5 days.Super quality product backed by a great warranty and awesome customer service. Thank you, Volt!

The lighting and accessories are top quality. The 300W transformer box was really easy to install and set up. Mine is mounted under shelter but it seems it would stand up to almost any environment. I had my first set of lights installed in a single afternoon and lighting up the architecture on the first night.I placed a good sized order of like 14 lights, transformer, cable, stakes, LEDs and I am not lying, the box showed up the very next day even around holiday. I am still confused by it. This isnt Amazon and the label on the box said UPS Ground. Just weird.Add to all of this a holiday sale and it was an awesome experience. I am about to place another order.

I purchased the 100W slim line transformer with photocell and 3 and 6 hardscape lights. The quality is great and easy to install. Thanks for offering a quality and competitive price products. I decided to go with the stainless steel transformer due to the quality and the reviews on durability compared to the cheaper big box store transformers.

I bought Volt Lighting products for my landscaping project on the advice of my landscaping contractor. It was his assertion that the quality of product from Volt Lighting would be far superior than what can be purchased at a typical big box store. This was excellent advice! Their products are of very high quality and their selection is full of out-of-the-ordinary products. Above and beyond the product quality, their customer service is top-notch. A PERSON answers the phone when you call. :) How refreshing! I purchased my products about 5 years ago and everything looks like it did the day it was installed and all of the products are performing properly. Within the last few days, I contact Volt, as my landscaper had knocked off a couple of my path lighting heads and the finials were lost in the grass and I could not locate them. They were not parts that could be ordered separately on Volts site, so I called them and the gentleman that answered the phone (Trey) indicated that my path lighting had been discontinued, but that they still had some finials in stock. He offered to ship me 3 finials at NO CHARGE! Sure as sugar, 2 days later, they arrived. You cant beat that kind of service in todays climate. When I re-landscape my front yard, I will not look anywhere else beside Volt Lighting for my lighting needs.

After looking at the local discount stores for a transformer to suit my needs, I got fed up looking at sub-standard (Cheap) transformers. I went on line and stumbled onto Volt transformers. This was the best thing for sure. I read about the construction, and abilities of this transformer, and decided this met my needs. I called the company (Volt), got some straight information, questions answered, and ordered this unit. It came very quickly, and I was more than pleased with the purchase. First off, this is a high quality transformer, well built, and solid as a rock. It was so easy to install, and looks fantastic. The dual systems work perfectly for what I was trying to accomplish. Im able to have a group of lights stay on from Dusk to Dawn, while at the same time have another group of lights on for a limited amount of time (Dusk to however long I desire). The dual options of 12 V and 15 V outputs is perfect for the long runs, and number of lights on the run. This unit is absolutely soundless. Ive had others where you hear a hum, but this one is dead silent. Making connections are so easy, requiring only wire strippers, and no other tools. The connections are tight, and theres no worry about them getting wet, or coming loose. Once you close the door latch, the unit is water tight, dust and insect proof. I hate opening a panel box and finding something with more legs than me.The one thing I can say is; You get what you pay for. Yes, this may be a little pricey for some people, and even if you get the single purpose transformer, which too is a little pricey, you will be glad you made the purchase. The Volt transformer (in my opinion) is the Rolls Royce of transformers, and built to last. Quoting Forrest Gump: Cheap is as Cheap does.

Our neighbor put Volt lighting in and we were so impressed we asked him about it. We purchased ours a few months ago and upon our neighbors recommendation, (he paid someone to install his first round but installed his own in the backyard) we installed them ourselves. It was not a hard job at all, the layout and adjustments to light position were the hardest part. We have only installed the ones around the house and have not tackled the areas away from the house yet. Those areas may be a little harder considering we cant cover the wire up with just mulch. :). I think it looks wonderful! And with the money we saved by installing them ourselves we were able to get more lights. We love the way Volt has provided us with added security and not to mention beauty to the house we love. Thanks Volt!

I have purchased and installed 3 Volt landscape kits around my backyard pool over the past 2 years. Their hub system makes installation a breeze. Volts lights are super high quality. Their customer service is also excellent. I did have a problem with a couple of lights 2 years after installation. They replaced them immediately. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Poor customer service via website. I tried to place an order for international delivery and they insisted on large minimum even though I have done $1,000s of business in past. They were totally indifferent to my raising this. I have transferred my business to a supplier who appreciates it.

Quality and lighting of these products far surpass anything I was able to find off the shelf at any hardware store. I worried that the lights would appear blue like many recent exterior LED landscape lights, but quite the opposite. Their LED fixtures high quality, solid brass, beautiful and provide the perfect warm lighting effects I needed to highlight my mid-century home. Consistently impressed by everything Ive ordered from this company as well as their responsiveness if there are any issues. If I could rate above 5 stars, I would. If your looking for exterior lights and want the best, seriously consider them. Easy to self install and beautiful results.

High quality products, excellent customer service with knowledgeable reps. Shipping process was fast and returns were easy. Great lifetime warranty. I bought a 300 watt transformer and 20 lights and it looks great. Only minor issue is the plastic spike mounts. They are strong but may crack if driving into hard clay. Be sure to hammer over the underlying support to reduce chance of cracking the plastic spike. Would definitely still recommend these products and use again.

My volt light totally failed. Customer service asked me to send the light back which I did thinking the 100% lifetime guarantee was real. A day later I received a call from a customer service representative who indicated the cause was electrical. I said okay what about the 100% lifetime guarantee? He indicated that the 100 lifetime guarantee sounds good but it is actually only for manufacturing. I asked what does it cover? It does not cover the finish of the unit or electrical deficiencies in any way so it really is not lifetime or 100%. If you are reading this go to Home Depot and buy the Hampton which I did and actually when a unit did fail they replaced it right away- no questions asked for 5 years the Home Depot representative said- good luck with anything with Volt and the 100% lifetime guarantee.

Great product and better customer service! I purchased my landscape lights over 4 years ago. After daily use, my transformer died. I called Volt expecting them to find a loophole in the Lifetime Guarantee offered on the transformer. Nope. I told them what the problem was and they immediately sent me a UPS return label. I dropped the box off at a UPS store at 5pm and two days later I had a brand new transformer (an upgraded model) delivered to my door. We get so used to companies trying to rip us off, its refreshing when a company does what they say they do. Thank you Sean & James! Thank you Volt!

Years ago, my landscape contractor transferred my account to Volt. Customer service has been courteous and responsive each time Ive called. I cannot recommend them enough, Im very pleased with their service.

Very high quality product; much better than anything in a big box store. I used a total of 11 spot lights—combination of Big Dog and Fat Boy with two 150 W transformers due to spread out nature of the layout. Big Dogs are more robust than Fat Boy, but the latter are still adequate. In a belt and suspenders approach, i buried the wire in waterproof conduit and connectors in water proof junction boxes, just because. That also gives me more peace of mind for inadvertent wire cuts years down the road.

I’m totally satisfied with the purchase I made in choosing this landscape lights especially the lifetime warranty it comes with. It beats buying cheap lights that’ll give out in a few months or fade out it’s color due to the climate. The connection process was easy but what I love the most is the transformer/photocell that turns them on and off automatically. Though I still have more to install, I can’t wait till I’m done to really show my work and see how great they light up my front landscape. I’ll be posting pictures later on after I’m finally done. I HIGHLY recommend Volt Lighting to light up your life.

This is by far the best value for a transformer on the market. The quick connector clips work perfectly. Its too simple! The 12V & 15V options allowed me to split my runs without voltage drop. The stainless enclosure is high quality. The Salty Dog MR 16 shielded in-grade lights are amazing! I achieved the effect I was hoping for. Super high quality lights, couldnt be happier. Thx!

I did a ton of research before picking these lights. I wanted to replace the lights the previous owner had installed which were old and many of which were not working. I had a contractor come in and give me a $6k estimate to do all the landscape lights in my yard (26+ in total) - that was just for installing the lights to existing wires in the ground. Installation is very easy and the lights are very high quality. Also you get a lifetime warranty. I am using all the Infiniti series lights in my Florida home. Shipping was really fast. So far so good and the lights work great. When ordering I had accidentally purchased some extension poles that I didnt need and had to return - supper easy to do that and they responded to me via email in less than 5 minutes!

The quality and functionality of the Landscape Kit I got from Volt has been second to none. Every night for almost 4 years now my lights have automatically turned on/off without fail. They look absolutely great and have been rock solid. I finally had a minor fail. One of the LED bulbs went out. I contacted Volt customer service and without any hassle at all a replacement bulb is being sent to me. I can now report that Volts warranty and customer service is just as rock solid as their products. If you are looking for a quality lighting system you will get it from Volt. I highly recommend.

Bought Volt because of great quality. However, recently had 2 well lights leaking. Extremely easy return and replaced with even better product. Great products is always great, however buying from a company that actually does what it says it will do is highly unusual. Dont buy your landscaping lighting anywhere else.

I have installed 6 Volt floodlights and 3 spotlights that light up Old Glory on my flagpole. Over the past several years dealing with the company for questions about the products has been expedient, thorough, and courteous. The construction of these lighting instruments are the best in the industry emiting a very bright light that covers a wide area evenly which provides me good light for work or walking in the dark. You will not find this level of quality and solid construction in a box store or hardware store.

VOLT lighting saved me almost $10k! I had local companies quote me to install my outdoor lighting in the front and back of my house around the pool. They quoted me $12k. I googled and found Volt Lighting. The reviews and the DIY videos were easy to follow. I paid $2200 for my light fixtures at Volt Lighting and the lights look phenomenal. Even one of the companys that quoted me came out to see them and were amazed at the quality of the light fixtures. If I can update this post later Ill add pictures.

I only ordered grease to make my cords slide in better in dry outlets. The price of freight was way more than that small product and I had in mind to wait when I would be going to the Tampa area and pick it up, but then I saw the offer for free freight and after I ordered it using that free freight code, I received the product promptly which I really appreciated. I consider that great service and appreciate it very much. I would really think of Volt Lightning in the future for future products.

Volt lighting products are well made and last for many years. I have had their path lights for 15 years and are still working beautifully. Great Quality, Customer Service, and Value. I purchased two kits from Costco along with an additional path lighting kit. While they looked good on the website and the reviews are positive I wanted to see for myself. WOW, was I amazed from the start... I know people dont normally get excited over how a product is packaged, but I have to say Volt puts as much thought into their packaging as an I have seen. Just from that alone I figured everything else had to be good quality and wow was I correct in that assumption. The lights are heavy brass that will stand the test of time. The transformer is a work of art in stainless steel. I was a little disappointed at first that there is no way to mount the transformer on a wall without taking it apart and drilling through the back, but once I put it together and had it installed I really like the look of it.I called the support line and was surprised to have the call picked up right away and the person was a Volt employee, not someone in a call center somewhere. He was knowledgeable and very helpful along with being very cordial.The runs for my lights exceed the recommendations for the supplied cable so I had to order a larger gauge. I found Volt prices were competitive with other online retailers and auction sites.I will be purchasing more accessories from Volt and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a system that will last a lifetime... speaking of lifetime, their warranty will make sure the system lasts...

Great product offered at a good price point. All the products I ordered were shipped promptly in excellent packaging. Customer service is exceptional and is the best I have encountered with any sales/manufacturing company.

Order arrived complete and on time. Volts products are always high quality and these were no exception. The new silicone filled connectors really made hooking the system up easy. Also like the improved connector block on the transformer. Being able to select LED bulbs of warmer color range and lower wattage is also a plus. Great set, highly recommend!

The flood likes are working as expected. The bulbs for the grass path and area lights are not working as expected. They periodically turn off and then back on. About half of them act in this fashion and they turn back on in a relatively predictable time frame of about 12 to 15 seconds. I have checked all the connections and I can still not figure out why this is happening. Would appreciate any assistance you can provide on how to resolve. We are purchased another set from Costco to install in our Beach House and Im hoping that I do not have a similar problem. Look forward to your response.

Let me start by saying, I never write reviews.I make an exception here because I am so impressed with the quality of the product and the service I received. Altogether I ordered 15 VOLT® Max Spread 9 Hats, 3 VOLT® All-Star™ Cast Brass Spotlights, and some other miscellaneous items to replace some existing lighting Id installed a few years ago.The orders arrived promptly and were well packed to prevent in-transit damage. The quality of the fixtures was immediately evident too: robust, well engineered and easy to assemble. They do look amazingly awesome too.Installation was simple and straightforward and everything just worked! My wife, ever-critical of my ability to complete DIY projects, has been extremely complimentary of the result - which was an unanticipated bonus.These fixtures are expensive though. I did get a price break on the first order and only wish that Id planned ahead so that the discount covered the complete purchase. I still have more to do, so Im hoping for an end-of-summer sale to finish the rest.I have no hesitation in giving the product and company a five star rating.

Sturdy landscape lighting, nice surface color, parts look and feel very worthy. We use 10 W halogen bulbs with the max spread heads and the light is very warm and provides a good radius of light. Just be aware that the lights do not come with low voltage cable connectors nor light bulbs.

One of the best experiences I have had. The product is top notch and I get compliments on the quality. (many have since bought volt products after seeing my install - no praise on my end, the product sold itself). I once had an issue with a couple bulbs (3 yrs after install) ... they processed the return/replacement through a very simple / pain free process. I highly recommend them for quality products and excellent customer service. (If I remember back, their customer service before I bought the product was fabulous as well - very patient to make sure I understood what I needed to ensure a successful design and DIY installation). Great Job - such companies are far/few these days.

I have been buying products from Volt Lighting for several years and finally got around to writing this much deserved “5”. It is probably the most efficient company that I have ever dealt with. Most of the time when I place an order it is shipped with an hour or less. The quality of the product is superb. On only one occasion did I have to have a fixture replaced. It was about three years old and just quit working. Upon calling them they promptly sent me an RMA and the replacement was shipped quickly. Volt Lighting is a tremendous company and I would not consider shopping at any other lighting company.

After I bought my pathway lighting system it turned out the transformer had a bad switch...I had a new unit in 2 days. One of the glass units was broken..again a new one in 2 days. I purchased a kit to install lighting in the front of my house. The kit contained all the necessary components for the job. The install went smooth for some one who never took on a lighting project. One last thing, the quality was supper, the lights where of solid brass with a nice 4 foot lead. My house looks great.

These landscape lights are awesome! I ordered 2 to try and then ordered 17 more to completely redo my entire yard. Wish I had found Volt and done this sooner. Compliments from my neighbors confirm that I was right in doing this.

We ordered a second harp landscape light after our original order of one of those and several other matching lights. The quality and elegant look of these lights are unsurpassed by any others we have seen. I bought pathway lights and it is a good quality but these lights are not cheap. They are cheaper than brand name lighting.Customer service is also very good. I had a broken glass cover which was promptly replaced.Do not buy plastic stakes - use metal stakes even though they are costly.

As a complete novice working on my own landscape project, these guys have been with me all the way with technical support and advice. Sure...their items are a bit pricier than the chain stores....but its been worth it given the service that i have received. Junk! Got new volt light from costco and one is already dead on arrival, called them and they did not want to ship me a new one right away. Good thing i bought them in costco where i can return their junk no questions asked.Edit: I was willing to send the defective product back but you asked me to send it in first and would not ship a replacement, that is not how it works. I paid for a new item and i expect them to work, Im not going to go through all that bs sending stuff back so you can confirm it doesnt work and send me a replacement whenever you feel like it. Send me a replacement first and I will send the broken one back! Also, your customer support sucks!

After researching landscape lighting for a couple of months, both locally and online, I was fortunate to finds Volt Lighting. My lighting project was HUGE. I called Volt numerous times before ordering to get answers and suggestions. Every time I call I was very pleased with the information received. The quality of the all brass fixtures isnt beyond compare. I love their lifetime warranty. Very Very Pleased.

One of the best mail order experiences Ive had to date. I replaced our entire landscape lighting and found that this is THE PLACE to get the material. Everything was superior quality down to the led bulbs and wiring. The outdoor fixtures (all brass) are heavy metal and well worth the price. You simply cant go wrong with Volt.Do yourself a favor and stay away from the junk carried in the hardware stores and get something that will last a lifetime (did I mention everything has a lifetime warranty?).

I used to buy cheap solar and low voltage lighting but always had problems including poor performance, failure, and throwing them away annually. You may pay more for Volt lighting at first, but will make up for it in the long run. I have also found customer service to be excellent.

It took almost a year to complete our pool and dock project. After completing our master piece we ordered some spot lights for the palm trees, 14 Path lights and a couple of flood light to make a statement in our Bamboo wall. We wanted to illuminate a 6 foot dolphins statue that is the accent to the pool. Our backyard looks amazing, we purchased the 300 transformer thinking in face two to illuminate our rebuilt dock. My next project will be the front of the house. My husband and I loved the results, we hired a landscape professional to install. So far everything works wonderful!! Definitely will stick with VOLT

To put it simply, they are an outstanding company to work with. With their professional advice & the quality of the 24 low voltage Led lights I purchased and installed myself, our house is undoubtedly one of the nicest lighted homes in our community, so my neighbors & friends say. Most of their products have a life time warranty and when one burns out, theyve been quick to overnight a new one to me.This is my 6th personal home Ive owned and Ive been down the road with the less expensive plastic lights in the past and unlike the solid brass lights I purchased from Volt, the others tended to fade & required continuous repairs or bulb replacement.If & when we buy another home, I will solicit their professional advice and buy from them again. I purchased the 300 volt transformer to use with some LED fixtures I picked up on clearance and am very pleased with the apparent quality of the unit and how easy it was to install. The case is well built and looks great, and the internal hookups are a snap to use. I have never worked with low voltage before, but it couldnt have been easier. So far so good. I have put in six of the walkway lights. Everything works as well as I could have expected. And every thing goes together very well. This is a very nice product and I feel like I got a really good value.

I ordered these lights and slimline transformer sight unseen but their quality is better than expected. Easy to install. Volt CS is very attentive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. A top notch product and great experience.

Love this companys products, very durable and there customer service is top notch. I purchase a starter pack from Costco and the install was quick and easy. Had some problems with two bulbs and they replaced them without hesitation. Since then, no problems. Purchased a bollard light and the install again was super easy. The shadows this light produces are fantastic. I plan to purchase two additional bollard lights in the near future. You WONT be sorry if you purchase from Volt Lighting.

First attempt at landscape lighting and I love the results! Only regret is I should have talked to the Volt “experts” to make sure I got the correct lights for my application but it worked out. Lights are great quality and look great! Easy to install and the “kit” provided everything I needed to make this a successful experience. I plan to add more Volt lights later.

Installed 2 brass spots to illuminate a new 25’ flagpole which turned out to be great looking. Your staff suggested the proper wattage for what I wanted to do which allows for a nice illumination without being too glaring and certainly is “neighbor friendly”. In fact he now wants me to give him a crash course on what/how to do the same because he was so impressed. Small negative, bulbs a little difficult to install, but got past that easily

I had a problem with a couple of timers. I called Volt and was pleasantly surprised at the quick, no-hassle assistance given. They immediately sent a return UPS label for the timers and returned a new/repaired timer was sent to me within a couple of weeks. Their customer service is outstanding and its nice to know that a company stands behind its products. I have over $4000 in outdoor lighting from Volt and the relatively inexpensive timers are the only issue I have ever had with any of the lighting products.

We live a few blocks from the ocean. Other brand fixtures we had fell apart in a few years. Volt lasts and their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. They respond and resolve product issues quickly. Best value for the money and they have a large product selection.

Order a Copper set of walk way lignting and installed a few days after receiving. Next day it rained and every light was stained. Even the lamp posts showed signs of staining. Called Volt customer service and was informed this is a natural patina. Nothing stains after one rain. So Disappointed.

Purchased down lights for a new patio. They are very well made, installation was simple and the look is exactly what we wanted. I would have given 5 stars except one light shorted out. I was able to remove the light assembly and place electrical tape on the damaged wiring. This may have been caused by sharp metal edges within the assembly.

The products are great but the customer service is amazing. I called several times before making a purchase and the people I spoke to were incredibly helpful. The fixtures and equipment I purchased from VOLT was also very impressive and high quality. I hadnt ever done an outdoor lighting project before, but I did have experience with house wiring and some 12V DC. They talked me through what I needed to do and the install went wonderfully. As a woman Im often dismissed and talked down to by electrical and plumbing companies, but I am delighted to report that this did not happen with VOLT. I bought Volt Electric landscape lighting kit from Costco. I had no experience with this type of work, but was able to set it up within just a couple of hours. The quality of the product is amazing, especially compared to similar products offered at hardware stores and it looks great. My experience with Volt Electric directly started when I ordered additional items directly from their website. Delivery was quick and the product just as described and massive. Somehow, the bulb quit on me just about 4 weeks later. After sending one email to Volt asking if that was normal, the sent a new bulb in the mail free of charge, no questions asked. I thought that was impressive.
