A technician from Dynamic HVAC parks his service truck in our neighborhood overnight and on weekends. I asked the driver to park the vehicle somewhere else such as the home office or at his house instead, but he continues to park the truck in our neighborhood. I also spoke to the receptionist and asked her to pass on my request to a manager. A work truck stored in a residential neighborhood is an eyesore, unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of respect and consideration for the community which supports local businesses like this. I respectfully request that this truck be stored in an appropriate location. I appreciate your consideration in this matter. Thank you.

Excellent company. They replaced my ducts. They were on time, professional, and did a quality job. They left my home very clean. I had one grill that was an odd size that wasnt in stock. They came back the next day with the new grill and a box of filters! Highly recommended.

Jessica was amazing from day one and helped with all details. She was very responsive when leaving a VM and all emails. Dynamic accommodated me on a hot holiday weekend for an install on very short notice. The team lead by Ivan was great. Ivan was very respectful of kids still sleeping and very clean with the removal/replacement of a 3 ton unit. Ivan explained the system inside and out and showed us how to use the thermostat on a program or override for an on/off operation. I can’t say enough to the team’s professionalism. I have another unit that will need replacement and they have secured me as a customer for the next one. This replacement was first lead by a call for service on a compressor, however Jessica did not push for a replacement and was helpful to let us make the decision. In the end after several days, I called inquiring about a replacement and was provided with 4 different options (2 different manufacturers and 2 different seers for possible energy savings). Keep up the good work team Dynamic! Thank you.

Dynamic heating and cooling is by far the best AC service that I have ever dealt with. They are always on time for appointments, very efficient with their work, and always clean up after the repairs are complete. The person who schedules appointments is also very kind and helpful. Dynamic heating and cooling did a great job on our unit. They went through great measures to make sure everything was installed perfectly! They also came back out to inspect the unit the next day and installed an easy access filter compartment to make it easier for us when changing filters. Highly recommend!

I have a two story addition on my house that has had issues cooling/heating upstairs/downstairs. One will be hot and the other will be cold. I have had other AC companies try to fix it. Darwin came out and immediately knew how to resolve my A/C problems. He and his team were knowledgeable and professional. They corrected my issue on the first try. Darwin even followed up to make sure I was happy. Thats great customer service!

A friend recommended them to us and so we called to get a second quote on a replacement AC Unit. Their price was slightly lower but I was not very happy with the level of service from our former AC company so we tried Dynamic Heating & Cooling. They have been professional and did not try to use high pressure sales tactics. The unit was installed quickly and so far is working as advertised. I would definitely recommend them based on our limited experience so far and would have give 5 stars if we had a longer track record to judge them (but hopefully I will not need to call them for repairs for another 12 to 15 years ;).

My most recent experience; Aug 2, was very positive. Service tech cameout to perform routine maintenance. He was punctual, polite and startedright to work (I had a very important appointment I had to meet). The jobwas thorough, completed early and no problems found. Thank you Dynamic.

Awesome response!! I needed to replace my HVAC due to a total system failure (Id been limping it along for years). I contacted Jessica at Dynamic and she coordinated for technician to come to my home for an assessment (I already knew the system was gone). Team of Dynamic confirmed what I knew. I requested estimated for larger more efficient system. Later the same day Darwin called and offered several options and an opinion of what he considered the best for my house (not the more expensive solution that I was actually planning). I agreed, his team was on site that afternoon with the system and had it installed and operational by early that evening. I had a very happy wife and a cool and comfortable house! This is my third purchase from Darwin and his wife Jennifer--very happy every time. Call them when you need help!

Called the few other AC repair people and one came out. The guy that came out from J and L told me I needed 5 pounds of coolant a new condenser for $2300. Dynamic came out and inspected all parts of my AC added 1 pound of coolant and charged me 95% less. People need to shop around as the scammers are out there 👍🏻

He is prompt on showing up or calling. He is informed on his product and will find out if he doesnt have the answer. His help are professional and the office staff is outstanding. Professional affordable informative. Last year they recommended a system replacement. I declined. They repaired it for 6 months. Then a different part failed. Well now a different part failed. I am positive that the failures were unrelated issues. I just wish I had taken their advice. They are certainly honest and not just out to replace units. I am having them install a new system that would have saved me money every month since I didnt take their recommendations.

Came right away on a Sunday afternoon. Very nice young man! Unable to fix our problem because both out units were so ancient, refused to let us pay for the service call! You have already won our buisness for the a/c replacements, thanks!

Unfortunately I wish our experience was better. We have trouble getting company to return calls. They will tell you they have called however number doesn’t appear in call log - hmmmmm. Company put in new unit and in less than a year it has needed service several times, service calls include putting wrong filter size in units, we now have compressor out and have waited over 10 days for part, company has had compressor for three days and wants me to wait another 4 days before fixing. Did I mention we work in FL, temp in work space exceeds 90 degrees, and space is unusable to employees/ business. If frustration and chasing a company is something you have time for - this is the company for you.
