The service was awesome and the embroidery that was done on my kiddos hat was 👌. We both love the blue NY hat that we bought.Thanks to the young man that helped us and was attentive while we were visiting the store last week.

Store is supposed to open at 10am . Woman finally comes to work at 10:30am. No welcome to LIDS nothing. I’ve never seen anything like it.

The girl who works in the store has terrible customer service, would not help me find my hat size. I asked her if she can help me find my size she replied by telling me if we don’t have it on shelf we don’t have it at all, it was not busy at all I found my size no thanks to her. I won’t ever come back

Horrific experience, and disgusting customer service. My brother went to get his hat engraved and the lady with an Assistant Manager title was rude from the beginning, she failed to listen to directions and when performing the engraving made it looked horrible, my brother complaint and she made a hole in the cap, he demanded a refund and this lady made up a policy about refunds. If I am paying to personalized my hat it is based on what I,ME, want MY hat to say and look, not based on how YOU think I want it. Anyone can make a mistake, just dont be douche about it. Wont recommend it and now I understand why the place is always empty.

3 stars - took about 45mins just to get 2 custom hats when we were told it would take 15mins. Better expectations should be set

Lids has a great selection of hats, though this location in the Tampa Premium Outlets in Lutz lacks Lightning caps. They have two or three, compared with more than 20 for the Rays and at least a dozen for the Bucs. Shouldnt the team that is doing the best professionally in the local market have the best representation? They had more University of Miami hat choices than Lightning caps.Other than this oversight, the store was well stocked, they had great prices and the staff was friendly.
