If i could leave a -5 star review i would. they just installed my new roof and there’s termites and rotten spots in the wood. maybe if they hired more people on night shift, there would be better high quality control.
Excellent. Purchased plywood. Lumberyard was really busy. Trucks being loaded. We were waited on promptly and our truck was loaded with a short wait.
Great place, great people. They always have plenty of stock. Only downfall to them is you can only make a right hand turn when ya leave.
The representative was good but the difference from them and Lowes was over 1100...unacceptable
Very helpful and friendly staff. Took care of me quickly and good prices.
Helpful for what I needed today. They dont stock alot of tools.
Very disappointed. After moving to the area I was looking for a residential door for our new home and was referred to Tibbetts. I called and had to call multiple times asking for pricing. The gentleman said he would call me back but never did. I ended up going to the glass door store and they had pricing and ordered the door for me in a conversation that lasted 10 minutes.
Their customer service was terrible, the yard was dirty and wood was just thrown everywhere. Never buying there again
Great place it has everything you need as hardware and wood
Only place around that had what I needed and the service was great.
Very good pricing and the guy named Cowboy was extremely helpful loading me up. I’ll definitely be back!
Always able to provide the materials I need at a reasonable price.
Putting in hours to make it happen.
Best lumber place in pasco!! Hardworking people !!
They had an usual cut ready and in stock for me after checking that the local Lowes and home Depot didnt carry it. Was much appreciated
Fast unloading friendly service
Beautiful place to work send the best management you could ever want to be around .. bless to be here and around this beautiful wonderful individuals.
Very good helpful information and service
Needs work
Be careful if you see their orange truck. Their driver does not stop for pedestrians in the crosswalk. If you complain, the company will not answer.
Friendly service, they deliver for free when they say they will.
No nonsense lumber provider. Good prices, friendly staff.
Lots of Trim and doors to choose from. Very little tools but lumber and door trims good selection
Closed on Saturdays?? Not good for the average homeowner. Good thing Lowes is right across the street and open.
Poor customer service. For an individual who is looking for help with several projects requiring building materials, after having not just one but two different poorly handled phone conversations with the woman who answers the land o lakes location. I will be finding other sources
Good prices. Staff was helpful and friendly.
As a Realtor and house flipper, I really appreciate the selection, service, and pricing.
I was just charge $37 for a piece of trim that I paid $17 at Lowe’s. Down right criminal. As a contractor that grosses in the 7 figures I will never return
Attention Tampa Bay Area: DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LUMBER COMPANY. Why do I say that, read this saga and how Tibbetts Lumber Treats customers. We purchased $25,000 of impact windows and doors for our newly remodeled home in 2015. In addition, we spent another $20,000.00 for interior doors, baseboards and trim. From the 1st day that the 3 sliders went into our home, they did not function properly. Tibbetts employees came out to adjust the sliders. Within a few months, the rollers were crushed. It took Tibbetts 6 months to finally respond to us and check out the sliders which upon inspection two sliders where in operable and the third was on its way to not operate. Keep in mind that we are two retired adults so the sliders where not overly used or miss used. It was determined after fighting with Tibbetts that 2 panels where defective and needed replaced. After 6 weeks of waiting the new panels and rollers where installed. Tibbetts representative said that some of the rollers did not have screws to hold in place. Shame on MIwindows and doors who is the manufacture. Of course calling MI, they will do nothing until Tibbets initiates a claim. Well, good luck with their response. No sense of urgency, no returned phone calls, total did-regard for the customer and that is not factoring the money that has been spent. Fast forward the picture to September 2017, guess what, the sliders do not operate. Tibbetss sends a rep out to look at the sliders and determines that panels are defective and tells me that they will overnight new rollers to correct the problem. I call Tibbetts 2 days later and ask when are they coming to install the new rollers. I had to wait another day to find out that MI windows and doors did not ship the rollers they were waiting for the panels to be ready which would be in 6 weeks. A manufacture who does not care along with Tibbetts. I am then told that MI misunderstood and was shipping the rollers to my home address overnight. I received the rollers and called Tibbetts to see when they are coming out to change out the rollers. Now they inform me that they are not coming out and that I was sent an email with 3 contractor names that I could call and arrange the switch out at my expense. Tibbetts is now known as a company that only tells you have the story of what they are going to do. I called the corporate office, received a cold reception from them. They could not determine who to transfer my call to in order to assist me. Tibbets gives you roadblocks every step of the way. Eventually, Tibbetts did contact an construction to come out and change out the rollers and assess the problem. This outside ccompany determines since he was the only one that would take a level to the base plate and determined it was not level, thus two years of doors not functioning properly.. Both sliders cost $2900.00 and the small slider cost $1,900.00. I receive a text message from Tibbetts, no phone call, stating that the contractor gave them the information about in-level base plate and the rep needed to check with his boss. So, two weeks go by and not contact from Tibbets. I email Tibbets and then tell me it is not there problem and it is our contractors problem and they were handling the defective panels and for me to arrange contractor to be here when MI windows and doors is here. Again, another roadblock by this company. So, I sit here today totally frustrated with a call into our contractor and for me to follow up with Tibbetts. This company feels that they are fault free and it is everyone elses problem. Sad that a company would react in todays environment. Take head and buyer beware of Tibbetts Lumber and MI window and doors. Stay tuned for the next chapter in this saga.#TibbetsLumber #MIwindow&doors #Santangeloandsons #windowsanddoors #lumber
