I was recently working on a fundraising event for a nonprofit organization. I approached Good Guys Golf Carts to donate the use of a couple of golf carts for the event. They agreed to do it, but later completely ghosted me and left us high and dry. They led me on and didn’t give me time to seek out another provider. Not cool “good guys”.

We were referred by a former employee Kaleb, who said they were honest and did good work. They exceeded our expectations. Mark & Roanne helped us buy and customize our first golf cart. They took time to answer every question and there were quite a few. They didnt over or under sell anything and made sure it fit our budget. Didnt hurt they offered 0.00% interest for 48 months and delivered at no charge. They set clear expectations & delivered on all fronts. We couldnt be happier with our purchase. When it was delivered another person, on a golf cart, rode past and yelled out, hope you got it from Good Guys. We did and will again.

Great place to do business. Fair price and stands behind product. Had one small issue and they took care of it immediately.

I give up on these guys. Quoted a price on battery replacement and charged me $200 more than they quoted me, and offered a refund. Went back to use the refund towards the running boards. It was $200 more than the $200 credit making it $400.00. It was also there for an occasional no start, they said it worked fine and they could not fix it unless it would not start for them. They charged my card for the running boards and delivered the golf cart back to me. To my astonishment when we arrived back in Florida there was my golf cart without any running boards that I paid them for and it would not start. They refunded me again. I had someone else look at it that questioned the quality of work they had done on it. I called Good guys back, and they said 3 weeks to pick it up. They obviously don’t want it back.

We called looking for a certain hard to find Yamaha Golf Cart and Roanne was above and beyond helpful and patient as we asked many questions! They came through when numerous other stores said no one in the state could get what we were looking for! I am above an beyond impressed with their service and would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a golf cart to give them a call!

Rory and Ro were amazing to do interact with when we were out looking for a used cart. Started at Good Guys, Rory showed us around and explained how refurbished ones are built and the warranty. We left to check other dealers and within 45mins we were back!!!! Roanne helped us design our refurbished cart and explained the process. Dropped my golf cart off on the 26th of July and got it back the 5th of august and then we started looking at the cart and it turns out they put a-lot of scratches on the cart the guys there working seemed sketchy from the start.

These guys are phenomenal! The entire experience was nothing but positive and easy. I am very pleased with my custom cart. Roanne was responsive all throughout the process. The entire staff is courteous even when my cart was delivered the driver showed me specs on the cart. Ill definitely buy again from Good Guys! I love my color Ro helped me pick out.

We didnt purchase our Yamaha cart from Good Guys, but wish I had. We had an issue with the batteries/charger on a cart we just purchased a month before. The guy we bought it from blew us off. Called Good Guys and they told me me to bring the new charger in to test. It went bad and had to buy another from them and they didnt mark it up 100%. Great price and he had to retrofit it. They also gave me extra keys for the ignition and the glove box at no charge. The level of customer service at this place was incredible. Any future needs we will be coming to them. Glad we found them and they are close.

Fantastic experience building my cart with Good Guys from start to finish. They were very helpful and nice to see a thriving family owned small business, gave my experience a personal touch.

Ive bought a cart from Rory and had him work on another I had before they were here. Very happy with the one I bought from them and the follow-up care as needed. And he was unstoppable in tracking down the problem I was experiencing with my other one. Highly recommend these guys and any poor reviews are most likely from competitors.

Excellent follow up service. I developed a battery problem shortly after buying a new cart. These guys diagnosed it for free. While it wasnt their fault or anything they did, they pointed me in the right direction. You wont be disappointed if you choose to do business with these guys.

Wanted to purchase a golf cart and I was concerned on what they were trying to sell me. I wanted something brand new and I was shown ICON golf carts that they are not even an authorized dealer for. How would they honor warranty repair or help at all. I purchased from another local dealer.

Our golf cart would not take a charge, so I called Good Guys and the young lady that answered was very helpful, and I could tell that she was friendly and smiling on the other end. They picked it up and by the next day had a estament and repaired and returned the next day after. Nick the driver was very friendly and kind. A pleasant experience for sure and we will be calling on them again the next time we need servicing.

Not helpful and worked on my golf cart. Not qualified to be working on them. Tried selling me a golf cart I did not need. Talked down to my wife like she was dumb. They will not be in business long treating customers like that. Showed me a golf cart that does not have ANY batteries installed. Are they going out of business?

There excuse was “must of been a misunderstanding we were drinking”No the owner clearly text me to bring 500 deposit tomorrow and 10 days to pick up and pay balance. Wow! The shop shines from the outside with all the lights, my husband and I had to stop and take a look. We walked a bit outside, it was a bit rainy out drizzling really, the salesperson came out right away and was so patient with both of us, while holding an umbrella over us. Just top notch service. I ask a bunch of questions, I mean I work hard for my money lol and even on this drizzly miserable day the salesman was so Paitent. I didn’t think it could get any better and then we went inside to finalize the deal and the staff inside was like a watching a family work together. Just great, I got a great deal and my husband is very happy with his new cart. Lol, now he loves taking it out every weekend. My biggest complaint is they should include a free dinner with a purchase I hardly ever see my husband on the weekends.
