Rich was great from start to finish. Good price, awesome installation. Very polite and detailed in his work that you could tell he was proud of. We had a new double and single door installed that is hurricane wind resistant with a new garage door opener. Very quiet and sturdy. Couldnt be happier.

Where to start. I ordered a new garage door from Precision Doors on June 24th. After many phone calls and a different story with each call, I was once again told the door was going to be delayed. Long story short, if I had waited for the door to come in from Precision, it would have been more than SIX MONTHS before installation.So very frustrated with what happened at Precision, I contacted Bayside Garage Doors. I dealt with Richard and Jonah. They were both amazing to deal with. I told them what I was looking for. They told me the door could be installed within 3 weeks (special order door too). Called Bayside Garage Doors in the morning. Rich worked around my schedule and worked on my garage problem in the afternoon installing new springs. Advised me to call garage door opener manufacturer to have them replace a damaged PC Board free of charge to me. He told me he had the PC Board in his truck but had to charge me $200.00 for it. I will use his services and recommend him to anyone.

My garage door broke (jammed sideways in the track and broke a window) early one morning. I called Ritchie at 7:30 am and he said he would be there between 9-11, same day. He arrived on time, assessed the problem and quoted me a price. He immediately went to work and finished the project in a couple hours. My door is twenty years old. He examined all the moving parts and showed what needed to be replaced immediately and what could wait. He never tried to up sell me on anything. The price was almost exactly what I expected. I found him to be honest, responsive and reasonably priced. Give this guy a call for sure.

My experience with Bayside Garage Doors was excellent. I had somewhat of a garage door emergency as my door would not close. Richard was able to get a tech to our house that day during a very busy day for them. The tech arrived, masked, and quickly found the problem and repaired the door. He also added a few reinforcement bars to the doors, stopping its sagging once fully opened. A big-name company who had made an attempt a year earlier to fix this particular issue had told me I needed a new garage door.Not only did Bayside Garage quickly fix my issue, they also strengthened the door....all at a very reasonable price. I can’t say enough about this place. I had an issue with my garage door not opening or shutting properly. We highly recommend Bayside Garage Doors, both for service and installation. When our door failed we called called the people who installed our doors as well as numerous others that advertise on the net. They all declined because our door was too large (20 ft. wide). Luckily we happened to try Bayside and they responded immediately, got the door up, allowing us to get our cars outside. They ordered the replacement parts and installed them within a week. I called Bayside Garage Doors after calling other places that said they come day and night. I was not able to get anyone to come because it was a holiday, New Years. One of the places had me on hold for over 20 min. I was told that he would be here between 12 and 2pm, he was at my door at 12.10. He did a great job, very nice to deal with. The gentleman I spoke with was very accommodating. Said they could squeeze me in as their technician was in the area. Technician called to advise he was a half hour away. After getting the big run around from the warranty company, the job was done quickly and efficiently.
