Drove over an hour to buy 2 machines and get one repaired. Had 150 Benjamin’s in in my pocket and couldn’t get it done. May want to try elsewhere, they didn’t seem interested. Great open display, extremely knowledgeable, very disappointed we couldn’t do business. :(

Absolutely the first place to go for pinball or arcade games. We shopped all the local suppliers and many online, none had the knowledge or the customer service of Marshall and David. We have now brought two machines home. Actually they delivered and installed both immediately. Each time they worked with our schedule. And after stayed around to answer any further questions had about machines. They followed up each time to ensure we were satisfied and to see if they could answer any questions. Bought my first pinball machine through Little Shop of Games after numerous friends in the local pinball scene recommended them to me. The entire experience was nothing short of excellent. Dave, Marshall, and Dennis were all super friendly and knowledgeable and no had no problems answering my eight million questions. If you are in the market for a pinball machine I cannot recommend Little Shop of Games enough; when it is time for pin number two and I will absolutely come back.

THE BEST pinball store in Florida! Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell that they really care about their customers. They also have retro stand-alone video games for sale. If you need pinball parts to repair an older machine or upgrades for your newer machine, they carry those also. Their prices are always the lowest around. Top notch! Definitely worth a visit! I noticed this place a few years ago and was curious to stop in. When I did, I was so glad because the staff there enjoys talking about the games, letting you play, and explaining them to you. They have a real passion for all these pinball games. Then, this week I learned that they started renting the games during Covid. It was my 61st birthday and with other things not feeling so comfortable with Covid, I thought, how about set up up a temporary gameroom in my living room. So, I rented two games. They rent them monthly for $400 plus $150 for delivery/set up/pick up. Then I said, what if I get two and they took a little off the 2nd machine but the other fee stayed the same. I cant tell you how much fun I have had in just the 3 days Ive had the pinball machines. Ive been having friends over and people cant believe how cool and fun these games are. The latest pinball machines are so amazing, simple, and fun with all the music, sounds, and recordings. Even my wife is getting addicted. I highly recommend these people. They love what they do.

What an amazing shop.I walked in about 4 months ago, knowing nothing about pinball machines. Marshall and Dave spent time teaching me basics from how to turn on a machine to tips for tournament play. The customer service is unparalleled.I recently made my first purchase from them. They delivered it to my home and then spent time helping me set up and dial in the pin. LSoG has a great atmosphere to check out new pinball machines. The staff was super friendly and answered about a million questions we had. There was no sales pressure here and the staff has a genuine passion for the hobby. There is a large selection of newer Stern titles and a handful of used tables with a variety of themes to try out.We pre-ordered the new TMNT Limited Edition as our first New In Box pinball machine from Marshall at Little Shop of Games. His knowledge and expertise with what is on the market, what is selling well, and what most people are finding fun was unmatched, he definately has the the pulse on pinball and helped us make the right choice.The carrier was late delivering the games to the shop on delivery day, in which case, most shops wouldve just rescheduled delivery. Not Marshall; knowing his customers had been awaiting their machines and many had taken off work, he pressed on and delivered, our machine arrived at 915 PM after he called to verify the time was ok. Even with it being late he made sure the machine was properly set-up, leveled, defect-free, and damage-free, had the latest code and and was ready to play. When he noticed the glass had some scratches in it, he took pictures and directly emailed Stern for a replacement.We love Little Shop of Games, and will come back again without a doubt. The vibe and atmosphere of the shop was inviting and not intimidating to a newer player in the hobby and there was not any sales pressure. Marshall was a class act with our purchase, delivery, and set up. A+ service!
