We have ALOT of fence on our property, their install crew was exceptional - fast, efficient, professional, knowledgeable. Tom, the owner, so friendly, professional, and just really great to work with. He came back the day after to adjust an issue between our fence and our neighbors property, cant commend him enough. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Tampa Fence Company. I requested a quote Sunday afternoon. On the following Friday I received a voicemail at 11am asking if someone could stop by that day between 12-1 to measure my yard. I promptly called back, the phone was answered by saying well? Can I come now or not?. I let them know an hour notice would not work- I was at work and my husband works nightshift so he was at home sleeping. I said middle of the day is not great for us and asked to schedule an appointment for another day, preferably right as they open or later in the afternoon. The lady asked if earlier would be better, to which I reiterated yes. She said okay, I can do 1. Although this isnt a convenient time for us, I said we would make it work and we scheduled an appointment for 1pm this Monday. This morning (Monday) I received a text from the same lady asking if she could meet my husband at 11:20am instead of our 1pm appointment. I replied and said no, 11:20am wouldnt work because my husband works nights and that 1pm is already super early for him- the same conversation I had with her 3 days prior. After not showing by 1:10, I gave her call and asked when to expect her. She was immediately confrontational. She stated I cancelled my appointment in my text that morning and she was somewhere else. When I explained I hadnt cancelled my 1pm appointment, that I said she couldnt come at 11:20, she spoke over me, cutting me off and said I was wrong. I said I was confused and wanted clarification, as I hadnt cancelled the 1pm appointment, but she yelled that she wasnt going to argue with me, that she was in East Pasco at a different appointment and Id need to reschedule. I tried one more time to clarify with her, but she continued to speak loudly over me in a condescending tone and said you will need to reschedule. I told her I did not need to reschedule and hung up. I assume she double booked, which is why she tried to come earlier in the day. I dont appreciate being talked to in such a rude manner after she made a mistake. Id love if someone in management or the owner reached out to talk about the situation, she has my contact information.

Tampa Fence did an exceptional job today building our new 6-foot stockade fence. The owner, Tom, is extremely professional, courteous, and personable, and he has a great crew of workers who worked extremely hard and diligently. It was very clear from the beginning they were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. Tom runs a top-notch, professional, quality business. I cant recommend Tampa Fence enough.

Company doesnt respond even after sending additional information requested by them. Apparently they are not interested in doing business. Definitely not good customer service.

We recently hired Tampa Fence to install a new fence along two of our property lines. They did a wonderful job! They came out quickly to take measurements and scheduled us for installation soon afterward. The whole experience was stress-free. Tom graciously answered all my questions and provided photos of past jobs for my reference. We couldnt be happier with how our fence turned out! I highly recommend them and would absolutely hire them again.

These guys did a great job on my new wood pressure treated fence. I really like their gates and the way they do a galvanized metal frame, they use quality hardware I would certainly hire them again!

Just had a dog area converted to privacy fence from chain link fence. They came and gave me a written quote with options to fit budget. Removed chain link fence, installed the new one as requested. (low to ground and tight to house, so dog would not escape) Prompt, courteous, made sure they didnt mess up sprinkler heads and fence looks great. Would recommend them and I would definitely use them again.
