I made a near last minute request to Big Frog Wesley Chapel for a training class I was attending. The order was for 7 shirts in various sizes with two color printing on the front. The order was quickly processed, and completed when promised. The shirts were a big success and I highly recommend Big Frog Wesley Chapel.

They took 2 weeks to make my shirt and I called they told me it would be done that day it wasn’t and I had to wait. And when they told me the day it would be ready so I showed up and they forgot to do my shirts. But once they did them. The shirt has ink on it from them and I can’t wash it off. Y’all need more professional people working in there.

I have had positive experiences with this Big Frog location for silk screening needs. During a visit to do a special project I met with the owner who noticed I was wearing an embroidered shirt from my business. He indicated he could do embroidery for us, and I thought it would be nice to have a local source instead of having to order from the manufacturer with embroidery which takes a while. He also indicated he would be able to do the embroidery for the same or less than I was paying.When I was ready to give them a shot at our business I purchased 27 brand new shirts for my staff and brought them in for embroidery. I supplied the logo file AND the digitized embroidery file which should have prevented them from having to charge me a setup fee.They wanted to use their digitized file to make sure it was right, so they charged me a $50 setup fee. I didnt really argue the point, just paid the fee. The owner had told me he would match or beat the $5.00 I was paying per shirt for embroidery. When I met with one of his employees she indicated it would be more than that, probably $6.50 each. She said she would confirm once the setup was done and the stitch out was completed. I was supposed to have a stitch out within a week...which turned into more than two.When I finally got the quote it was for $8.25 each. This is for 27 shirts. I had already been waiting over two weeks, my staff desperately needed shirts, and I still wanted that local connection...so in the spirit of supporting a local business I went ahead and approved the price. I was told I would have my shirts within two weeks.I literally had to chase this order to get it completed...it took them well over three weeks to complete the order. When i looked at the finished product it LOOKED OK when I picked them up...I handed them out to my staff who at this point have been waiting well over a month for shirts.Heres the major issue. After being washed ONE TIME the embroidery puckered and pulled so badly that its virtually unwearable. This was embroidered on wash and wear shirts...and they simply arent now. Even with ironing the shirts look terrible.I reached out to the owner and asked if we could come up with a solution to this problem and got no response. I reached out again and got no response...so here I am writing a review.If you want screen printing or direct to garment printing these guys are fine...for embroidery you should look for someone with more experience and better equipment.Photo of embroidery included with review.

My dad and I ordered The Price is Right shirts from this location and we were very pleased with our purchase! Kaitlyn was extremely cooperative with our suggestions and talented with the work she did. The quality of the design and shirt was exactly what we were looking for and more! Both she and Mike were very quick with making the shirts and contacting us. I highly recommend you consider this place. The staff is very helpful and their work is top notch! Prices are pretty fair, as well. We will be using their business again!

I have been frequenting this location for years driving 1 hour to give miss Haley my business. She is a professionist and take her craft serious. Miss Haley customizes my clothing as if I bought them right off the rack at Sacks. She is super friendly and make your visit warm and welcoming I refuse to go anywhere else.

I originally chose this location because of the high reviews. When I ordered I was told I was going to wait a little longer, which was 2 weeks, for my order and I was fine with that at first. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing, including the sample verification email. I call the day after the 2 week mark to check the status of my order and they tell me I will get the order early the following next week. Here we are today (early the following next week) and now I’m being told it’s early next week again. I’m a little disappointed. I would have rather had a realistic time frame given to me instead of telling me a time the order would be complete (that wasn’t achievable) to get the money out of me. I do not believe I would do business here again. I personally would not recommend if you have a decent size order.

It took a long time to get my t-shirt but the girls were sweet. Ill probably order from them again. I hope ot doesnt take as long. I kind of got tugged around on my time frame and showed up to find out my shirt wasnt done like I was told it would be done the day before. 🙃 oh well I guess.

Manager was very helpful and accommodating I came in for hours before I needed 5 shirts she was able to make exactly what I was looking for. She made sure that all the sheds where exactly what I want in everything came out perfect except my baby ones I will you forgot to put the one in the middle but I glued on a little paper 1 and it came out just perfect for the pictures. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back for my next childs birthday!!

I never created custom anything before but Big Frog was ready to help any way possible. I was in need of bridal party shirts for my sister’s bachelorette party and despite my inexperience with coming up with designs they brought my ideas to life! I’m very happy with how the shirts came out and all the girls loved them. I ended up coming back for additional shirts for my birthday at Disney. Again, I didn’t have much of an idea for them to go off of but they definitely got creative and delivered an amazing design/product for my mother and I! So whether you have something specific or need help with the creative design element this place seems to do it all. Mickey helped me with both of my orders and she rocked! :)

I was reluctant to order a custom shirt because I was fearful that it would cost extra to get it faster, there would be some astronomical minimum order number, or/or they wouldnt get what I wanted and I would have to provide all artwork.I was so wrong!! Answered promptly, easy pricing over the phone! Sent me an invoice after I agreed to size and color and type of printing, paid, sent my idea, and within a half hour I had EXACTLY what I had envisioned! Approved and no joke, it was finished within a couple hours and ready to pick up! WHAT?! This was yesterday; I drove 20 minutes to Lutz to pick it up and it was a 1 minute process. They encouraged me to check it out, make sure it was what I wanted. Literally exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Big Frog for custom shirts. Apparently they are willing to help out Brandon/Valrico/Tampa area by delivering orders upon request. I will be using them exclusively for all my wacky shirt gift ideas from now on.

I needed some last minute shirts printed with a custom design (band merchandise) and Big Frog was able to quickly produce very high quality printed t-shirts. I dropped off the file and they took care of the rest, the print quality was 10/10 and the graphic sizing was perfect.

I recently ordered 2 customized shirts from big frog and thought the shirts looked great but they got my order wrong. I ordered a men’s shirt with a specific picture on it and a women’s shirt with a different picture. When I received my order, the pictures were flip flopped. I was told that they were going to fix it and call me back. But I think he was just blowing me off since he did not sound convincing and I obviously never got a call back. So I paid for 2 shirts that I just donated. Not very happy of the overall experience. But I do have to say it was convenient walking in and ordering a customized shirt. Just wish they got it right.

I walked in with an idea for a t shirt design that I wanted to print. I was pleasantly greeted by Mike the manager. After briefly describing my idea, he brought me over to his computer and got right to work! I was very impressed. He showed me how my design would look on different color and style shirts. Long story short, after about a half hour, I placed a 40 piece order and left very satisfied with the experience!

As soon as i walked in i was greeted. I had an idea for a shirt i wanted that was Jurassic Park themed, the girl who assisted me was very friendly & patient with how i wanted it to look. It turned out awesome!For the shirt & printing on BOTH front/back it was $25.67. The whole process literally took no more than 20 min. I really liked this place & will definitely be coming back again.

The customer service here was amazing! I had an emergency rush order that I needed done as soon as possible because I had a flight to catch in the morning for an event which the shirt was required!I emailed them the evening prior to my trip to explain my situation to them and how my shirt that was required for the event was destroyed earlier that day, which now needed to be replaced before I departed. Less than 10 minutes after sending the email the store owner gives me a call to let me know that it usually takes 24 hours to process and complete an order, but he also told me to be at the store first thing in the morning by 9am so he could try to get it done before my flight, but made no promises as he had other customers ahead of me that morning which was completely understandable. At this point I’m hoping and praying for the best as I know I am crunched for time.The next morning I arrive at the shop and as soon as I walk in the owner and his staff greeted me. After briefly explaining who I was he immediately began working on the custom artwork for my shirt. After he finalized the design, I gave him the replacement shirt that the design had to be printed on and I started to walk out as I assummed it would take a few hours to complete. Before I could get to the door he asked me if I had a few minutes to spare as he would jump on my shirt right away as he understood my emergency. Twenty minutes later I was walking out of there with a brand new shirt that looked amazing. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get the shirt done and how good it turned out. I had a new shirt and I made my flight on time! I was truly grateful that they were able to squeeze me in on short notice like that and how accommodating they were! I will definitely be using them for all of my custom shirt orders for now on! Thank you again!

This place is terrible. Not willing to work with customers. Service personnel won’t even read emails all the way through before responding. It’s pretty much useless to try to email. Service is terrible here, and it seems like all they want is to look out for themselves. I wouldn’t bother with this place.Response to owner:I attempted to ask for a quote in two separate emails, yet no response was given by your staff as if they did not even bother to read my email. There seems to be issues with communication with your personnel. You also say you would like to repair this issue, yet you have not attempted to contact me once. I have since gone to another shop.I was able to get a better shirt for a lower price. Seems like your prices are not very competitive either.

We started using them about 2 yrs ago. The 1st guy that helped us was great but he wasnt there long ago our initial order and since then we have never gotten an order on time. Our shirt had to be special ordered so I get it would take a little longer than using stock they have in the store but we never got our shirts on the day they were promised; it was always delay several days if not a week or 2 after. The only reason I kept reordering shirts was because they had all of our information and it was easy to re order; I didnt want to go through the hassle of starting with another company. But today I called to reorder and they didnt have our file anymore; we had to start from scratch. So I figured if I have to start over I would do it with a different company!

We love our long sleeve shirts we ordered from Big Frog! Excellent communication and great product. We will be using Big Frog again!

I recently found Big From when I searched for a company that could make a custom design for 1 shirt. I learned that the process involves applying the ink directly to the fabric. I was happy that it wasnt an iron on design. I was able to go into the store around 4 p.m. and walk out with the completed shirt before 5. The shirt was a gift. The receiver was so surprised with the unique yet practical gift. He said it was the best gift he had received all year. Very impressive staff and service!

By far these guys have the BEST customer service!! They customized my lightning jerseys for me, when there was just a minor complication with the jersey I brought it back and they fixed it no problem. One of the best parts about Big Frog is that you can bring in your own shirts (though they have guidelines as to what blends of shirt work best with the printing). The designers were friendly and easy to work with. The process was quick and simple, and came out exactly as I hoped. I needed these shirts fast and they were able to turnaround my order on a tight schedule.

I ordered DTG shirts for my bowling team. I was able to order a small quantity of shirts (3) at a reasonable price. Since then we have had a few roster changes and the fact that I can go back and order one shirt for the new team member is invaluable. While not as durable as screen printing with the proper care the DTG garments are holding up just fine.

2 shirts designed and made during a conversation about videos games... The shirts came out flawless, the prices are on point and the service was outstanding. Win-win-win!
