This review is not regarding the doctor, which I couldnt even see. Here is my story. I called this morning asking for an appointment because I had blood in my right eye for 4 days. They asked for all my info, including insurance. Everything was ok and they gave me an afternoon appointment, which was fantastic. But, after I went there, filled out all the forms with my very personal details and waited for them to call me, one of the representative told me: oh, the doctor doesnt take your insurance, you can either use a different insurance or pay $110 out of pocket. Thank you, but why didnt you tell me over the phone this morning? 0 Star for professionalism... and for the respect in other human beings.

Yesterday was my fist visit to this location, and first time in years since visiting an eye doctor. I called the office and they were able to find a time to see me same day! The office staff (front desk team) we very friendly, and personable. They made me feel very comfortable. When it was time to see Dr. Robinson he was very knowledgeable about my issue and explained it in layman terms. Hands down I would recommend this clinic.

My daughter and I have been going to Tampa Eye Vision Center in Lutz for the last 4 years and we are very happy with our experiences there. Dr Robinson and his staff are very nice, professional, and courteous. Dr Robinson takes time to know his patients and that is a nice touch that I am very thankful for. We recently moved to the Spring Hill area but I am still going to this vision center because the care is so well there.I would recommend this vision center to anyone in the area.

Yesterday was my first visit here and I was very impressed. Leslie at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Robinson seemed very thorough in checking my eyes and took time to explain in detail my situation and what was needed. I was very appreciative for the manner in which I was treated and recommend this clinic.

I’ve been coming to this place for two years. Because of the pandemic, they obviously wouldn’t see me. They let my prescription expire and refused to give me contacts to cover me until they reopened. I made an appointment two months ago for today. They waited until I walked in to tell me that they no longer take my insurance. Ridiculous!!!! That’s all the girls up front have to do all day: make appointments and coordinate billing. Terrible place. Go somewhere reliable.

Everyone here is extremely nice. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Excellent refraction and help selecting glasses. I wear progressives and am happier with my new glasses than I have been in years

Dr. Robinson is awesome! You can tell he is very versed in optometry. Knows what he’s doing and gives you solid recommendations on products and things to keep “an eye” out for as time goes on in life. The staff are wonderful too. Don’t waste your time, efficient, and very friendly.
