Front desk girl Luisa was friendly, helpful and attentive. My OD was mr. Petrio, he was also great, explained everything very well, was patient as I wasn’t sure if I saw better with “1 or 2” but very helpful & and gave me some contact water at no additional price. The sales people were great both Andrew and Meca were very helpful, and provided me with the best options that were within my budget and gave me great saving specials. I was given a tray to place my glasses after using them so they could then be sanitized. 5/5 as the team was friendly, amazing selection of glasses and store was very clean.

I was coming to Pearle Vision after going to several locations looking for a new pair of glasses. This is the only place that I felt welcome the staff was extremely friendly and was able to help me with all the information I requested. Luisa was great and found out what my insurance covered since I wasn’t sure. Mica who is the manager was really knowledgeable. He helped me with selecting the right fit and told me things I didn’t even know when it came to the different transitions. The store was clean and inviting. Wesley chapel has a prime optical spot with Pearle Vision.

Walking into this store was a breath of fresh air! I was greeted by the technicians, Luisa and Sherell. I came in to browse for a new pair of glasses. Everyone was supper helpful and very knowledgeable. Mica was able to answer all my questions and left the store very happy. I will be doing business here again.

I ordered progressive lenses and they made me nauseous and gave me a headache. Andrew from Pearl Vision took good care of me. He made sure I got lenses I was happy with and their lab turned around a new pair super fast. They refunded me the difference with no resistance. Highly recommended for new frames, they have one of the biggest selections in town, and my experience here was top notch.

Absolutely love this place the selection on frames is great! They carry new styles and have top designers. I went to Eyeglass world today and the customer service was awful. I stopped in Pearle Vision hoping for a nice change and that is exactly what I got. The manager Micah was working alone but still provided a great experience he was juggling the phones, another customer, and me all at once and didn’t skip a beat. He was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He assisted me and another customer with the best care I received. The last place I went to should probably get some help in the customer service department because this store is everything. I will be returning with everyone I know.

So pleased with our experience at the Wesley Chapel Pearle vision. This is a new facility which is clean and they are taking the proper Covid protocols. The doctor was excellent. I’ve never had an actual eye exam - other than the basic exams at school. Going into my appointment I was extremely nervous but everyone was very professional and comforting! Cant imagine Ive been so blind to see that there has been this amazing optical office down the road from me this whole time. Dr. Lee was super professional and informative, Luisa the technician was so friendly and inviting and the whole sale staff Austin, Mica & Andrew were extremely professional and helpful with finding me the right frame for my obnoxiously round head. Strongly recommend if you havent gone to this office to try it out. You will not be disappointed and thats on my mama.

By far one of the best vision companies in the area. I came into Pearle and was instantly greeted by Mica the store manager. This guy knows his stuff!! He was like an encyclopedia of knowledge about glasses. I even gave him a pair I need adjusted and BAM flawlessly fit perfect again. He was very dedicated to his employees while also working with me to find the right pair. Wow. What a great experience I had at this place. I was VERY VERY hesitant to go to a plaza store verses an actual doctors office. Im glad I set up an appointment because I had some of the best service ever. Very friendly staff. Extremely professional. All my questions were answered on the spot. I went in for an eye exam and new glasses and Pearle delivered. Louisa made the initial tests and set up easy and fun. The initial eye doctor was extremely professional and answered my million crazy questions that i always tend to ask. And to top it all off, Andrew treated me as a friend and I never felt pressured for anything. I would recommend this place 100%.

I am sorry to post a negative review as I never saw technician or doctor. I made an appointment on line and confirmed my appointment and insurance information via text when asked. Drove 30 minutes and when greeted girl at front desk ask me to pick out my frames. I ask why pick out frames when I didn’t yet have an exam. When I requested an exam first she ask for payment. I said I had Medicare which covers annual exam. She said they don’t take Medicare. I ask why they ask me to confirm insurance beforehand. She said Oh that goes to corporate and our franchise doctors don’t see that. Duh?I would have bought new glasses but needless to say I was offended driving from Dade City to Lutz as I just wasted $25 of gas.Rather deceptive in my opinion to request my insurance carrier then wait until I get there to say I just wasted my time and gas. My experience at Pearle Vision was very pleasant. The doctor and Andrew, who assisted me in eyeglass selection were extremely courteous and professional.

The moment I walked into Pearle Vision I felt so welcomed and was greeted with a smile by the entire staff. The woman who assisted me before meeting with the doctor was delightful and the doctor was incredible! Andrew, the sales associate who assisted me, was very knowledgeable and charming. He helped me pick out not one, BUT TWO BEAUTIFUL pairs of glasses! Before going to Pearle Vision, I never felt confident wearing glasses and only wore contacts. Now, I cant even remember the last time I even wore contacts! About 4 months ago I bought glasses from The Wesley Chapel PearlVision store. Ever since, I was having issues with my glasses so I walked in for help. I cant tell you how nice and helpful everyone was to address my concerns and come up with solutions. It was a great experience and collaborative effort. If you want great service and the best selection of glasses around, go and see The Manager, Austin or one of his associates, like Andrew or Mica. You wont be disappointed.

We went to Pearle Vision (Lutz) across from the outlets on State Road 54 last week. We were greeted by Austin. All Covid safety protocols were in place. The place was immaculate! We had never been to Pearle Vision for an eye exam. We had a great experience getting all set up for our appointment with Dr. Petro. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED the entire experience! I was there with my family of four, and three of us were seeing the doctor. We all had a great exam! Dr. Petro took his time and explained everything. After our exam, we met with Andrew to get our new glasses ordered. He was so great at going through all of our options! We all picked out new glasses and Andrew gave us his complete attention. We never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend Pearle Vision Lutz!

So I am sitting in a local restaurant and I have a problem with my glasses. The plastic bridge broke and irritating when I put them on. I searched the web and Pearl Vision was near by. I called and they said they could fix so immediately I went over. They repaired it and no charge…..wow great service.

Very pleased and grateful to be a patient of this pearle vision location. I absolutely love my new pair of glasses. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! I purchased my new glasses in January this year. While working I dropped my glasses and one of the lenses popped out. I contacted pearle vision and spoke with Andrew who advised me to stop in and they would be more than happy to put my lens back in the frame and secure it with that tiny little screw LOL. I went after work and Andrew was ready for my lens issue. He placed the lens back, tightened the other lens and while I was there adjusted and cleaned my glasses. I left feeling very well taken care of and thankful for his help!

My first time visiting Pearle Vision was in 2019, and I just had my annual appointment today. The staff at this location is PHENOMENAL. I was so happy to see the same faces I saw last year! The young man and the 3 ladies up front were beyond helpful, communicative, and most importantly, welcoming. Dr. Petro made my visit quick and easy, and he was also very kind. I loved this location and I look forward to my next annual visit! I even bragged to my friends that I won a Pearle Vision Mug from the spinning gift wheel

Very enjoyable experience at this Pearle Vision today! Ive always preferred Pearle Vision and recommend Pearle Vision to everyone. Ive only had good experiences (across several states) but this place is my favorite. I was the last appointment of the day but you wouldnt have known it. Everyone (Heather, Shannon, Dr Petro, and Austin) were very knowledgeable and really kind to me and my mother. I had a lot of questions. They were all fun to talk to. I tried on several glass (around 8) and they didnt make me feel rushed (or guilty) at all. They actually took the time to bring me more glasses to try on to ensure I was happy with my choice. No hard sales either. I definitely recommend.

My wife and I entered the Lutz Pearle Vision store with more than a scintilla of apprehension. Our flaming concerns were soon doused by Shannon and Austin. They soon put us at ease with esoteric precision with their knowledge of lenses, frames and fittings. So, we confidently made an appointment with the optometrist. We now have glasses that we like very much. We had a great first impression and a great experience with Shannon, Austin and the Pearle Vision store in Lutz. We highly recommend them.

I just came from Pearl vision in wesley chapel. myself and my family all went to gt our eyes tested last week. We called ahead this morning to find out if our glasses are ready and Austin who apparently was having a bad day very rudely said they are here and came in yesterday. My husband said ok no-one called me he said they did but we specifically told them to call a different number when he asked me whats the best number to call. They should have removed all of the old numbers. My husband said no problem. We arrived there at 1:18pm. My husband walked to the door and pull on the handle and read the sign that said they will be back at 1:30. So he got back in the car and waited. Austin came to the door and looked and waited for mu husband to come out. He had an attitude and rolled his eyes and said WHAT (wow is that professional). We said finish your lunch we can wait for a few minutes, he said NAH its ok and I can see him shaking with anger. We sat down and I asked him a question about my glasses and every answer was I guess so I said I can wait for the doctor because I did not think he had the answers. He told me that one glass is progressive and the other is a reader and I said well that will mess up my eye sight because I need the same priscription for both glasses (one for work and one for home). He rolled his eyes and said well do you want a refund I said no I have to get accustom to it and will try it for 2 weeks but if they are 2 different priscriptin it will mess up my eye sight being diabetic. He rolled his eye and I said are you mad? he said yes because I was having lunch I said well you didnt hav to open the door or come to it at all we had no choice but to wait. He said well I am not your flipping slave. He was yelling and we couldnt get a word in. I husband said please do the transaction and lets go because I worked all night and need to go to sleep to go back to work. He said well I worked all day. This kid was arguing with us and raised his voice so loud, it was a disgrace and a shame. Noone was there in the office so he thinks it was ok to yell and treat someone with such disrespect. It is a real shame, I recommend so many people to pearl vision and I am just ashame this is the treatment they get. I will never send anyone there again if they cant feel comfortable and then he give us half of our money back and said he did not have a pen in the office for us to write own his name or he did not have a manager or they dont have a district manager. Everything we asked him he just kept admiting he was rude because he did not get to finish his lunch. Well we told him we can wait. I feel dirty,abused and ashamed to know my insurance picked this company to serve us. Just ashamed. I hope my son (who is the same age and has a master degree) does not treat people like this. I am so sorry I went to this place. I must say the doctor was absolutely wonderful and the young lady as well was super. Austin does not need to work with humans however, I am so ashame of him and would be dissapointed if he was representing my company. I would give this company or location Sierra center blv. in wesley chapel a 0(across from Tampa outlets), they are horrible. This place could be so much better if they wanted to. I visited this store and placed my order for frames (Expensive frames). The lady that took my order said it will take 14 days for the order to arrive. Well, here we are 14 days later and my frames hadnt arrived. I call the store and spoke with a lady that claimed to be the manager. This lady tells me that she spoke with the lab and they had some delay because the frames broke while being worked on and they had to re-order them. I tell this lady, am sorry but no one has called me to give me an explanation for the delay until now that am calling. She tells me that she spoke with the lab and my glasses will be ready for pick up either that same day or the next at the latest. I get to the store the next day and they tell me that they are sorry but they are just 1 day past due since its 14 business days. Well, no one told me that, regardless why are you past the date?. They tell me that I will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday, keep in mind that this was a Saturday. I said to them, I want my money back. They tell me they will call me as soon as they speak with the lab. Well, they call me back a few minutes later and tell me that I can either wait till Tuesday or go to their lab, which was 30 minutes from them. I give up on waiting and decide to travel to the lab location. So I ended up spending $300+ in addition to spending gas and money because of these peoples lack of professionalism. This is a new store. If this is the way you are beginning I honestly dont want to know how your service will be a few months down the road. The frames they have are beautiful, but their service is terrible. Forgot to mention the attitude the guy who was in the store that day gave me. I hope the owners read this and take some action because the way this place is being handled is very poor.
