Nice store. Realistic prices on used furniture. Was surprised they seemed to have plenty of people working but I wasnt able to get anyone to help me. Everyone seemed more interested in getting furniture placed on the floor. 🙄

Found the perfect dinning for a low and affordable price

After browsing the place for a couple months, it really looks like some great deals to be had if you check their stock semi-regularly! Plenty of barely or gently used items for discounted prices, some great hidden treasures.. but you gotta keep an eye on their stock.Staff is pretty helpful and friendly, helped me load a table and hutch and no issues with customer service.

Best place to buy furniture. Big selection, good prices. Love it. Need one of these in Zephyrhills.

This store is amazing! I have bought so much from them its crazy! Been going there for about 12 years. I have bought one dinning room set, bar stools but mostly home decor like pictures, rugs, palm trees, lots of decorator items, Oh and I just bought a teal chair that matches my living room perfect. If you see something you like better buy quick! I went back the next day for a sofa I wanted but was running late so I left and figured I come back the next day and it was gone! I am still sick about it! But at least they had the chair that goes with sofa in living room! Also picked up a couple more pictures and a huge metal hanging sculpture! I am redecoraing 4 rooms in my house so thinking of consigning all my old stuff! It would be much easier than selling everything and its still nice and modern!

Like any stores, its hit or miss but mostly, there are good consignment furnitures at a reasonable price. Its a fun store to stop by. Great staff service too. I hear, some people go there everyday.

Recently purchased a house and did not want to wait 3 to 6 months that most furniture stores are making you wait . So glad I made the choose to fill my house with The Room Exchange pieces . shopping there is fun and staff the whole staff is kind as they never makes you feel like your bothering them even when they are extremly busy ! Delivery was Awesome As Chance and Justin drove out to Valrico and they were extremly helpful moving my furniture and setting it up for me .I have a narrow hallway and some tuff spots to move stuff around, they were very careful with everything and worked well as a team . This place is AMAZING!!! looking for a great deal on furniture or home decor, this is the place to go. Its all consignment plus every so often they get in new model home items.

The place is not like it used to be, theres lots of items sold on the sales floor, very cramped and hard to view items in tight space. They either need more space or remove the sold items from the view of customers

Just bought a beautiful couch at a great price at the Room Exchange. Kim was an outstanding at helping me figure out if the couch I liked would work in my living room!

I met an associate of the room exchange at work and was super nice! She recommended I stop in and check the place out being I’m in school for interior design. I stopped in and not only did I see her working, but the selection of merchandise was amazing. I ended up getting a cool one of a kind piece. I wish I could remember her name, but at work her transaction name was under her boyfriend/husbands which was Aaron Breher. Great staff, amazing finds, and fun sales associates!

I would definitely say this is the place to be when looking for quality, affordable pieces. I bought two beautiful queen size, soldwood nightstands for $256 total when I almost spent $800 on nightstands at ashely furniture and those pieces were not 100% solid wood. You can really find special pieces here if you go on their Facebook or go to the store frequently since there stuff does sell quick. I almost bought pieces of furniture I didnt need because of how beautiful, affordable, and amazing quality the pecies were. The staff were nice and they made things simple purchase wise and how the pieces were going to be taken.

Fantastic place to find quality, gently used furniture and accessories. This is NOT like a yard sale or flea market. They only consign items youd be proud to have in your home. I walk through this store whenever Im in this plaza because the selection is always changing and you never know what you might find! Friendly, helpful staff make it a great experience.

Love going to Room Exchange. The staff is so nice and helpful. I always find something that I have a use for. After repainting the entire interior of the house I found several items to redecorate with. You cant beat the opportunity to save money for things that are in great condition. Its close and easy to visit.

This is an awesome store. You need to get in your vehicles and drive out there because it will be well worth it believe me. I have gotten many many pieces from there and they are displayed in my home. People are amazed when they come in my home and I tell them that I had gotten it at the Exchanging Hands .

Everyone in the store is very friendly and helpful, especially the owners. The wide selection and variety of items allow potential buyers to be as creative as desired and find exactly what they need. The prices can’t be beat. Delivery is also one of the best experiences.To date we’ve decorated bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and playrooms with the furniture and accents at the store. Strongly recommend shopping with Room Exchange and their 5-Star experience!

Great consignment store highly recommended. You can actually get deals here not overpriced items carefully set up like a room. Many bedroom sets as well. Helpful staff and free pickup. Gentleman who delivered our furniture were awesome. Put everything together saved us slot of time. Best consignment store in North Tampa. I also recommend Triage Consignment in South Tampa.

This is an excellent furniture consignment shop. Really friendly and helpful staff. Its consignment so the choice is eclectic but good condition and *extremely* reasonably priced. I visit frequently and have bought several pieces that I am pleased with...and not bought several pieces that I went back for too late! So word to the wise: if you like it, get it right then! ;) 5 stars.

I had read positive Google reviews of this store for its used furniture, so i decided to make the 20 mile drive there because i am looking for several used dressers. I was pretty amazed at the size of the retail space, and how full of furniture it is. The furniture is nicer than typical thrift furniture, nothing needs repair, and the prices are a little more than thrift shop but still very fair. Add to that the fact that they offer delivery service which i needed to make use of. Their delivery schedule is pretty full and i wanted a Saturday because I work full time weekdays, so my delivery will be in 2 weeks. They said if came back and purchased more before delivery day, they will add those to my delivery for no additional charge. I took them up on it and went back today, with the delivery a week away, and added 2 more pieces to be delivered. They also carry lots of home decor (vases, serving bowls, paintings, wall decor, etc,) all nice, and the decor prices are pretty much thrift shop prices. I will be back again but for bow, i cant wait for my delivery!!

Hidden Gem! I frequently buy and sell pieces at this wonderful store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The furniture is reasonably priced. Over the years I have furnished my entire home with beautiful one of a kind pieces from The Room Exchange. I have visited many high end furniture consignment shops and this store outshines them all. My wife and I have both bought and consigned at here since they opened. They have a huge selection of constantly changing, quality items at great prices. There is nothing else like it in the area. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a bargain purchase or, if you want to get rid of something, it’s much better than a yard sale and safer than selling to random people on the internet.

Large showroom style presentation of furniture and home decor items. Reasonably priced including the nice picture and frame that we got on sale! Staff were noce and helpful and attentive even though it was fairly busy.

Great service. Just ordered some model home furniture for delivery and it all looks great. Delivery was on time and efficient. Jon and Cam were excellent and are great representatives of the service from this shop. Highly recommend!

Inept at best. I called them and spoke to a woman about bringing in my grandparents formal dining room furniture for them to sell. The woman told me that the next available day for drop off was 3 weeks out, so I made the appointment and gave her my name. That was all that she and I spoke about. She asked me not one question about the set. She did not ask me to send photos or describe the set in any way. I showed up with a truck bed full of furniture 3 weeks later only to be told by their staff that they would not take the set due to the chairs having a rattan backing and they are difficult to sell. I then asked for the manager. He confirmed what I had been told by his staff. This company does one thing and one thing only - take your furniture and home goods and sell them for you. You then split the money at the agreed upon rate. You would think that after being in business for years that there would be some sort of method or protocol when fielding calls about a client bringing in an ENTIRE SET OF HEAVY FURNITURE. Apparently not. The owner was kind enough to offer selling the beautiful hutch that came with the set. As if I would conduct business with them on any level going forward. The set was donated to Goodwill where I hope it can help someone. That wonderful bit of karma is the only reason they got one star (Oh, and they dont let you leave none on Google). Inept at best.

John and Travis who delivered our furniture were totally top notch!! Careful when bringing items in, and you can tell they communicate and work well together! They even stopped to pet my dog :). Absolutely recommend The Room Exchange!! 😍

Very clean facility. People very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I enjoy coming here to look around and most always find something I could use. Their facility has more than furniture...very enjoyable to visit.

I called multiple times with no answer so I decided to load up my vehicle with many items and drove 30 minutes just for them to tell me nobody could take my items since it was past a certain time. I offered to carry it all in myself and call back the next day to work out the details and they offered no compromise or empathy for my situation. Very frustrating to say the least. Please either be more accommodating or answer your phone.

We consigned 2 sofas to The Room Exchange. There was a very small charge for pickup since we live outside their normal pickup/delivery area but the charge was very reasonable. The person who picked up the sofas helped us to set the consignment prices. We signed an agreement where we would receive 50% of the consignment price upon sale, and that the Room Exchange could drop our selling price by 10% if it didnt sell within 30 days, 20% if it didnt sell within 60 days and 30% if if didnt sell within 90 days. The first sofa sold in the first month and The Room Exchange literally cut a check to us on the last day of the month in which it sold, and we received it shortly after. Just over 3 months later, the second sofa sold at 70% of our original asking price and we received that check too, shortly after the end of the month. We never felt the need to follow up with the Room Exchange to see if our sofas had sold as the checks arrived promptly and we knew we were dealing with very honest and trust worthy people. I have been on their website and am pleased at the quality of goods being offered and will consider them in the future if we have needs of our own to purchase furniture.

Nice size, lots to select from. I stop in regularily just to be nosey and look around. I usually leave with something, not always, but thats because I have to talk myself out of buying. I see a lot of things there I want but dont need. Next on the list is a sofa/love seat or a sectional. I know where Ill go. Might not find it today but you never know what will be there tomorrow.

I picked out a butcher block cabinet for my kitchen,I told the sales lady i had to go home and get my sons truck she took the tag out and said she would hold it up at the counter till i got back ..i live 8 min from there...I asked her, do you need to put the table in the back? no she said i have the tag .I go home get the truck go back( LESS then a HOUR) get there to pay, pick up, well it was sold i was told.. YES the table they said they would hold and took the tag out of SOLD the table in less then a hour....So dont believe what they say..if thats the way they do bussiness ill go to Tampa and shop.
