I shopped at this location this evening, not to many people shopping leaving the store completely empty. I was greeted and that was it, neither of the associates told me about the promotions going on. Didn’t ask if I need help finding anything. From my past experience working at polo ASSN at the Orlando outlets, I know the standard for customer service is very high. After checking out the manager (as read on her tag) handed me my bag said “have a good night”, and immediately walked away from the counter and into the stock room.
