This is a great company to work with. They were so fast and helped me move things I couldn’t (single mom). The luxury vinyl looks beautiful and is excellent quality. The texture feels like wood. This is a company you want to work with on such a large project, such as flooring. They made it so easy and the quality of the work is 20 out of 10!!!! Love my new floor!!!

We had a massive project. We had tiles and glued down hardwoods that had to be removed before our new flooring was to be put down. Jason and his crew were amazing. They did all of the work professionally and arrived on time and ready to go each day. They communicated constantly and updated us with any issues. They also stayed within the quoted price. Excellent job from start to finish. I initially spoke with Adam who was friendly and helpful in explaining the process of replacing carpet with vinyl flooring. Gino came out and took measurements and offered us the quote at a very fair price. He offered us some helpful suggestions and was very patient with us. Jason and Mike did an outstanding job installing our new vinyl flooring in 2 days. It was estimated it would take 3 days, but Jason and Mike worked quickly to complete the installation in 2 days. In addition, Jason offered us some good suggestions on cleaning the vinyl flooring going forward. He is very professional and even helped me put the furniture padding on the furniture so it was ready to go when they left. I would certainly use them again for my flooring needs and would highly recommend!

As part of a restoration project my whole house had to be re-floored. it is finished sent two guys out, Jason and Mike, and they finished the whole project very efficiently. Very friendly guys, and they are deceptively fast.A couple of weeks later I found a spot I was a little concerned with and contacted them to see if they would check it out. They were very flexible to work around my schedule, came out and agreed with my concern. Turns out it was just a little settling of the laminate and they fixed it on the spot.I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and especially Jason and Mike, to anyone that needed their flooring replaced.

Our experience with It Is Finished was phenomenal. Great quality, price, and customer service. Mark installed carpeting and Jason installed hard flooring. Both turned out beautifully. Mark and Jason worked so efficiently and quickly. They didn’t stop all day. Our whole house was done in less than two days. Amazing! Highly recommend!

We had wall to wall carpet removed and replaced the bedrooms with carpet and tiled the hallway. It looks fantastic. The showroom selection was great. Mark did carpet installation and Jason did the tile. They were on time and professional.

Recently I had a horrible flooring experience with laminate install which left gaps between the carpet and laminate. I sought out for 3 estimates and the customer service was terrible! The contact people were either rude or the prices that were proposed was unreasonably high. I was about to give up and just live with my damaged floors until I saw the It Is Finished add online. They responded immediately. Gino came to give me an estimate. He listened to my situation, visualized the problem, and gave a realistic resolution. Everything Gino said he was going to do he did it. In my time of doubt waiting for installation to begin Gino took my calls and answered every question and assured me everything was going to be OK. Not only was Gino excellent, the installers were just as great! The were efficient and quick. They did an amazing job! I am highly satisfied with this company and will definitely use them in the future for any of my carpet needs!

Highly recommend! I used them to install and finish hardwood floors and Im extremely happy how they turned out. They used a custom color stain I picked out and they were very polite to show all of the different finishes and stains available. They were very responsive and very quick to resolve any issues. Amazed at how easy a process it was with this company as I had done some shopping around and left other places overwhelmed. The installation guy Mark and crew were very prompt, professional and efficient, my carpet looks wonderful and I would certainly recommend this company and the whole staff. I used It is finished to replace all existing carpet in my home, including stairs before listing the home for sale. It looks amazing and the installation process was quick and professional. I had to change our date of installation a few times because of moving and Adam was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this company.

My wife and I are very happy with the product and the installation. The crew was very good and did a very professional installation. They even moved the stove from its nook and laid the vinyl. I was not expecting that.

Gave 5 stars because their workmanship was exceptional. We had carpeting replaced. Very clean and fast, even though we had a power outage! Price is very fair. No hard sell, which I like. The staff and installers are both professional and personable. Will use them again.

We just completed our third flooring project with VERNON and It is Finished Flooring. Jason has been our installer for all three projects as we have redone the flooring in our house. Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. Jason takes great pride in his work and does an amazing, beautiful job. One of our bigger projects required a wood floor on top of a tile floor to be removed before our install. I was very impressed with the time that was spent prepping (moving our furniture and protecting cabinets, isolating the dust) prior to any removal being done. They treated our house like it was their home and the finished project was beautiful.I would highly recommend this company. They have great product selection, fair pricing, great customer service and the work is 5 star.

I looked for a long time for the right flooring, brought home samples, didnt like them and brought them back. Gino made it so easy by bringing floor samples to my house so I could see which one went best with my decor. The job was finished in 4 days and I am so pleased with it. I would highly recommend this company.

The first time the installer came they had the wrong carpeting. The second time they came they didnt have enough carpeting. The third time they didnt put down the reduction strips. Called Vernon and complained but he was to busy to be bothered . Called around to find someone to fix our carpet and was helped by E and W carpeting. We were informed that our carpet was put in using the wrong tack strips, the carpet was to loose and the carpet was finished by using left over strips pieced together. We also found out we greatly overpaid by 800 dollars . Add the 350 dollar repair bill and we overpaid by 1,150 dollars. I have the bill from E&W carpeting with written statement by the installer who told me to use it to sue. Any questions everyone ?

We love our new Flooring. Thanks to Vernon, Jason, Michael & Dominick, Professional, Prompt Team. They adjusted the flooring for skewed walls & floor and spoke with us about it prior to placing the floor panels. Moldings were neatly cut & placed. They were pleasant. Vern was able to schedule a crew so I could stay on schedule. His estimate was very fair, as well. What I was most impressed with is that his crew were able to fix an old bad patch job with salvaged vintage heart pine boards to match my 90 year old original flooring! Fantastic!
