Great customer experience and problem resolution. I had my 17 VW Jetta tinted here in February after searching for a reliable place. There were issues with the install (gaps, bubbles etc) for unknown reasons. I brought these to the attention of the management on site to which they responded with scheduling a time to fully re-tint and told me if I was not satisfied with the re-tint they would do a full refund and removal. I appreciate the level of customer service and patience MCOR displayed despite my obvious level of irritation due to the first tint job. The re-tint was worlds above the first job (maybe newer tech, bad day, coulda been anything the first go around). Unfortunately she was totaled less than a month later but I will definitely be bringing my future vehicles here for my tinting needs. Thank you MCOR!

This company exceeded my expectations. They were highly recommended by Chevrolet being that MCOR is GM authorized. The staff were helpful, friendly, and patient. We got an appointment right away. We left our truck on Friday to add some accessories and picked it up on Saturday. We were blown away. I would highly recommend MCOR.

My initial experience with Mcor was good. I had my new car tinted and they did a good job. But more importantly Ive going there several times for other items I need and they have always been exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even gave me a great deal on some 4 awg wire I needed but since they didnt have the color I wanted, they gave it to me at a great deal. Also their prices on alot of items are cheaper than even Crutchfield and Amazon.

I brought my Mercedes CLS 550 to get a new sound system and my salesman couldnt be bothered. Gave me no information just told me it would be expensive and asked for my number. I Handed him my business card he said I will draw you up a proposal and send it to your email. It was crickets after that. Guess I wasnt good enough for this place. 😕

Prices are pretty similar to other places but its a hard time and they didnt have a lot radios left to sell! Other than that service was great and friendly.

I spoke with a salesperson about what I was looking for specifically and he sold me a unit that I could buy at Walmart that does not do what I wanted. Wasted my time, money and ruined my wifes birthday present. THANKS FOR WASTING MY MONEY. I will never do any business with this company again.

Overall, okay service. I dropped my car in for 12, and they weren’t able to give me a time to pick up my car. I drove to Lutz from Tampa (a 40 minute drive), and they prohibit waiting in the lobby area. So I had to Uber to some random spot to wait for my car and when I asked the representative for a time estimate he simply said “anytime between now and 5”. Super inconvenient as I literally had to stand outside to figure out where to go as I had to wait for 5 hours to tint a SINGLE window...... when I got my car back the entire door was dirty and dingy.

These guys are top notch. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products theyre selling. I went in for window tint and dealt with Dave. Dave was great, he didnt try to sell me more than I needed, but he did inform me, in great detail, as to all the options they have available to me. They got my whole car done in just under three hours and the tint came out looking excellent. I will absolutely be going back to do the windshield and have an alarm installed. Might even get some rims eventually.

I have had 2-3 other vehicles tinted here in the past and just recently had my truck done. I also had them do a Rhino Liner instead of a drop in plastic liner. I love it. Tony helped me this time around, but they have been professional every time I have been in there. I am leaving 4 stars for the speed, value and experience. The 1 star missing is after speaking with a manger this morning. Issue: picked up truck after getting Rhino lining done, inspected the work, it was great. End of business time and rainy, no chance to see anything else. Next day found a bad scratch and liner over spray surrounding. Dave, after some talk, said they would fix it, but after conversation this morning after getting a estimate on repairs made it seem like its my fault, or that i put it there, brand bew truck, 40k paid 3 weeks ago, not even 700mi on the clock. I take care of my stuff, even more so cars. I just hope this mistake will be fixed as promised by Dave. This is the reason i was so hesitant on even getting this done, for damage done like this. Please feel free to contact me over this issue. UPDATE:changed to 5 stars for Craigs stand up service in resolving the damage.

Called them on Saturday 7/9/16 for replacement speakers, dropped vehicle of Sunday, had vehicle by lunch time Monday. Tony was great, went over options without trying to sell me more than I wanted. They also installed replacement door handle I had purchased elsewhere, while panel was off for reasonable labor fee.Great experience overall....

I had MCOR install a flat sub in My F150 2 years ago and they did a Great job and the price fair. Recently I had some issues with the sub working sporadically, so I took it back to MCOR where Craig was eager to help Me. MCOR replaced the sub and Craig told Me it was covered under warranty. They also did not charge for another installation fee.If You need any accessory, or audio work done on Your vehicle go to MCOR and see Craig .I highly recommend them !

The price was great and I was shocked that it was as inexpensive as it was seeing that my car has a total of 10 windows plus the windshield strip. We had all 3 vehicles tinted. Initially my husband spoke with Cristina via email and she was very helpful with explaining the pricing and she was very quick to answer any questions. When I called Cristina by phone she was very friendly and she made it very easy to schedule all three in the next week. Everyone there was very professional and Cristina made the drop off and pick up process very simple.Once the tinting was complete it looked very good and they have a lifetime guarantee. I would recommend MCOR to anyone for tinting. We will definitely bring future cars when we I need them tinted.

I just bought my first new truck and wanted it to be perfect. Tony Suggs took great care of me. I was able to get Rhino Spray in bed liner in my truck bed, bumpers, fenders and trim, heat resisting tint, and accent lighting. I can’t believe what a great job he did. Ive had three experiences with MCOR.1. I asked them to rhino line my dirt bike frame. They wouldnt do it, so I brought it to lineX and they did it.2. They rhino lined my truck bed. The work was great but there were a lot of shop fees that I wasnt expecting that increased the price.3. They tinted the windows on my f250 crew cab. Tony helped me know what my options were and I ended up getting the glare strip on my windshield that was only $25 to add. They had everything done in two hours and it looks amazing. This was definitely my best experience yet here. I felt the price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Ill update it on here if any problems show up. I smiled the whole way home because the temp was so much cooler inside and the sun stopped scalding the children in car seats. Thanks for your help Tony!

Headliner replacement. (not so good). They use power screw drivers on plastic trim! 10/28/2019, review 12/30/2019. Total of work $471.58 Called them first, seemed knowledgeable about euro headliners. Work was ok, had residual glue spray, etc. Tonight I spent 3 hours fixing a horrible rattle. Once I pulled down Overhead console - It was evident they work quality was very low. Screws missing, screws stripped, wires mis-routed. etc. etc. NOT A QUALITY JOB. Premium price, sub quality work.

I just had some custom work done on my 2019 f150.I purchased weathertech mud guards and had MCOR install them.While i was there i talkedto Tony about a led light bar for my truck. Whenever I get a new car I take it directly to MCOR to have the windows tinted. They do a fantastic job. They sell top quality window tints including a lifetime warranty against fading and peeling etc. I always go for the 3M but they offer other products too. They also do after market seat covers and audio for the car as well as other gadgets... and Im sure Im missing some of the products and services they offer. Check them out.

I visited MCOR Automotive to have my windows tinted. Upon pick up, all of my dash lights on my 1 year old car were on. They explained that this is normal and they have to jump start some cars after tinting. The man who explained this was very knowledgeable and kind. About a month after that I begun to notice a rattle in the panel of my rear windshield. After spending $150 to have the dealership look at it and fix the broken clips, I called MCOR. They denied everything. I have never had issues with this before and assumed it was a related problem. Flash forward to a year or so after tinting I start to notice a rattle in my door panel. Again after taking it to a dealership and being charged another $150+ it is yet again more broken clips now in my door from where it was tinted. They did a wonderful job tinting and Ive rated accordingly to that. Customer service was spot on. However, I am very upset over the ownership of damaging the clips and not notifying me when it happened.

Weve been customers for approximately 6 years. MCOR has installed speaker systems, lighting systems, and glass tint for all our vehicles. Just had them do another window tinting for a new one.. As always they are courteous, professional, and attentive to detail. Tony was great and even comped us the dark upper windshield stripe because weve been customers for so long. Had my windows tinted didn’t like it the first time then came back as a returning customer because I wanted them darker. You would figure they would offer some incentive for coming back but no. Also I was given a verbal quote of $75 to tint my front windows when I picked up my car it came to a total of almost $100. Just really disappointed I had to pay extra then what I was quoted I don’t think I will be returning for any other services

I needed my front windows tinted on my new car. Bill was super nice making my appointment. He said it would take an hour-hour and a half tops. I arrived a bit early...3:15 for a 4pm appt. Tony was great in explaining the different tints and the warranty. He told us it wouldnt be long at all...he was right...it took a half hour...we were out of there before 4pm. Great Experience! Called to make an appointment. Very friendly and efficient. Took two minutes to sort out the appointment. When I arrived a CSR come from behind the counter to greet me, asked my name, knew I was coming and said that the car in the bay was coming out. My pickup went in at exactly my appointment time. While in the lobby, no less than three CSRs approached me, asked if there was anything I needed. All super friendly, knowledgable and proactive. Two hours later I rolled out with an almost perfect match to my factory tint. Handshakes, Thanks, and smiles.

Brought my brand new Alfa in for tinting. Process started out great, but then the machine broke down. The manager Craig, went over and above the call of duty to apologize and asked me to come back next day to finish the job. They are great! I used them to reupholster the seats in my car, they did a beautiful job. They are well priced too, they quoted me a few hundred dollars LESS than other places and did a fantastic job. I wished I would it have used them to install my radio too. The price was significantly lower than the local car dealership, which also did not have a weekend option for application(had mine done on a Sunday). 5 STAR Experience! Excellent response times from my original inquiry as well as excellent follow up. I had a custom designed Alea leather kit installed in my 2016 Tundra and it came out beautiful. I wasnt sure of what color to chose between factory match or darker but Cristina Garcia recommended the correct color match and the stitching as well... I trusted her and it turns out she was right! They finished on time and actually ahead of schedule. Highly recommended! Call Cristina!

The best of the best. MCOR absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way. I have had Car audio systems since the 80s and this is by far the cleanest sounding, highest quality installation I have experienced. George is a great salesman who is not pushy and does not recommend things that are more profitable. He listens to your request and makes it a reality. I dont normally write reviews but if you want elite level service and support before and after the sale make the drive. MCOR is the best in my opinion.

I recently took my car to MCOR to have two 15 inch subs installed in a custom fiber box. I took them in a picture of what I was looking for and they did a perfect job. I was amazed at how well it turned out! They even went a step further and added an LED light in my trunk to make it look better. I cannot wait to go back and get more stuff added to my car. I definitely recommend MCOR. They were VERY knowledgeable and were able to answer all the questions I had and explained everything.

Have used MCOR previously for windows dow tinting, so easy choice when it came to deciding where to go to get my Rhino liner and bed cover on truck. Called Dave to set up appointment, and he was able to work me in based on my short notice. Opted to wait in lobby entire time work was being performed, and witnessed how profession Dave and all of the staff I reacted with customer, and knowledge of products they carry. Liner was installed on time, and done exceptionally well. Came back next day to have bed cover installed, from order I placed day prior. Again, nothing but exceptional service from Dave and the crew. Went out of my way to let the manager know they run a professional, friendly, and clean shop. Highly recommend, and will be back for more accessories in the future.
