Mike and his crew were excellent! Got there early everyday and finished 2 days before expected! The workmanship was very quality! there were little side stuff they took care without me asking! Now, my kitchen is the nicest place in my house! Top notch company! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Had the owner come to my house to give me an estimate for a new kitchen. He took measurements and told me he was going to draw up a plan and send it to me with the cost. That was almost 2 months ago, still waiting. Never heard back from him. Very unprofessional!

Today I called Mike at KitchenAlity to see if he could help me with a project I was in a bind with. By the way, this project had nothing to do with my kitchen. We had never met before, but after originally thinking he couldnt help, he called ME back and within an hour of our original conversation my problem was solved and project was complete. I am so glad I made the call to Mike and Katie, and look forward to tackling my kitchen and closet design needs with them in the near future. This is more than just a great business, they are awesome neighbors too! Im proud to support this local business!

I had put this project off for years because everyone who remodels anything has a horror story to tell, well I do not and it was because of the Fantastic People at KitchenAlity.Its not just about competency, which they have plenty of, but it is also about attitude. The wanting to do the job right, the attention paid to the myriad of tiny details and the ability to be honest with me when something went wrong and not just covering it up, but making it right. Brian came out to my house to give me an estimate for my bathroom remodel. He was great when he came out, telling me how wonderful my bathroom was going to be. I was very excited to see the designs. However, over a month later, I have still not been able to get in touch with him for the estimate. I dont understand what happened. I have called the company several times, and I have sent him emails, but sill nothing. Very disappointed with this company. Dont waste your time!

Remodeled bathrooms wonderful

Most unprofessional company we have ever used. They sub out their work which they did not make us aware of and they pay NO attention to detail. They basically take your money and run. Horrible install that needed to be redone by another contractor. Doors were left broken and grout redone as it was done in different colors. Would Not recommend.

Cabinets started falling apart after 10 months. Have spent over two years trying to get them fixed. Owner says he will fix. Its been over two years. Had to hire a laywer. I purchased one of thier top of the line products. Was told they were selling and installing solid wood cabinets. Recieved wood and particle board. Will update reviews as time goes on.

Best kitchen I’ve ever cooked in

Found Kitchenality on the Houzz website and they had really good reviews. So needless to say I had them come out to my home and give me an estimate for a kitchen and three bathroom remodels. I was really excited to get started and was given numerous brochures and phamlets to start picking out cabinets and various other finishes. After meeting with Katie I was informed I would be receiving an itemized estimate via email in approximately one week. The first week came and went and week two I called Katie to inquire about my estimate. After a phone call, text and voicemail I never heard back from Katie. It wasnt until I called their main office number and spoke with the owner that I was verbally given a ball park number for my estimate and was informed I would receive the itemized estimate in a few days. Well those few days came and went and I NEVER received my estimate even with follow up phone calls. Long story short DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I guess a kitchen remodel and three bathrooms must have been to small of a job for them.
