This is my first time writing a review for a place, and I just had to after the great experience I had. I am new to owning a vehicle and wanted to get my oil changed and just in case have my brakes checked. When I can in my appointment I made online was for 5, but the system was a little funny and they actually close at 5. Lance made the time for me and answered every question and went above and beyond explaining my vehicle and gave me an extremely reasonable quote for a future brake repair. Definitely will be coming back for that in a month or so, as Lance left such a good impression! Thank you so much again!

Says they updated their hours 7 days ago on maps yet when you actually go to the store they have a sign posted on the door saying they close 2 hours earlier than posted (5pm not 7pm). If you want to see if you can come in youll have to just show up and hope for the best because not even customer service was able to reach the store.

I had a couple small things that needed to be fixed on my car, and Eric was professional and polite and took care of me. He took the extra time to come out and check out the things I was talking about with my car just to make sure everything was clear for my appointment. He was understaffed that week and I felt bad for him, he was clearly working very hard! I would recommend this place

Micah is amazing mechanic. He has taken that place under his wing. Treats customers very well. Him and his team do a great job and goes out of the way to make sure work is safe and complete.

Great experience here. The gentlemen working here (sorry Im terrible with names!) went over all the details of my brakes issue in detail. When I arrived to pick it up the mechanic was personable and proactively gave me discounts, which was great because I forgot my phone at home that had the coupon code I wanted to use. Service was great and I would definitely go back.

The one on white bear questions its own reciepts. Hey if i bought a tire from you for a dollar. their must have been a reason and guess what, I should be able to buy another matching tire at the same price to balance out my axel. Duhhh

I rate the customer service 5 stars, Roger has an amazing attitude and his personality was very pleasant. I didn’t want to hear I have to wait my turn. My Tire was mended and I was thankful it didn’t take to long.

Made an appointment in advance only to get there and the guy working the desk to tell me they couldnt do it. He made the claim he tried to call me but I had no missed calls on my phone. The guy was extremely rude. no apology, no explanation as to why, no offer to help find another date. They didnt seem very busy either as a couple of the bays had the doors open with no cars. I walked out and called the Roseville location who was more than happy, and very friendly, to get me in today. Last time I will set foot in this location and encourage others to think twice. Appointments apparently mean nothing at this one nor do they seem to care much about the customer.

I set a goal of getting my tires changed today. After visiting several places I called Tires Plus and they were the only ones available to fit me in on short notice. They were very friendly and helpful picking out new tires. Would recommend this place!

Make an appointment for Wednesday, so I wait 5 days til Wednesday and get here and they say its Thursday but theyll get it done. 90 minutes later they still havent fixed a slow leak. Avoid like the plague!

The Tires Plus in Maplewood provides great service for me all the time when I come to do my oil change. Though they are busy they still finish the oil change in a efficient and timely manner with quality service that can be trusted. I have not had any complaints since I started servicing my cars there for the last 2 years! Recommend for anyone.

Very slow came to get new spark plugs and wires and oil change should have taken an hour to an hour and a half. Took over 5 hours... Worse experience I have ever had at Tires Plus

I’ve gone to this location several times, and have always had great service. This last time meant the most. My dealership told me I had an unrepairable nail in my tire. I decided to take it to this Tires Plus for a second opinion, and they saved me so much just repairing the tire because it was indeed fixable. Great location, and I will definitely be a customer again.

Roger, Micah, and the service tech Elijah all are super friendly and helpful, Roger knows a lot about cars, answered all my questions and treats you like a family/friend.I got 2 cv shafts fixed (one was torn the other leaking which Roger actually took me into the garage bay and showed me) also got all 4 tires replaced on 2 different cars, and brakes and rotors done on another, for each repair all the work has been top notch.Elijah even went on a test drive with me to diagnose and fix the noise I was hearing and determind and then showed me the brake rotor noise by spinning the tire when the car was on a lift to show me it was that.I highly reccomend coming here, and checking/using discount coupons they always offer online.Plus during this time if you are an essential worker, you get an additional discount.

Friendly, helpful, but be careful, we just went to price a specific tire, and when looking at the estimate, there were a bunch of additional charges, that we felt were unnecessary. My boyfriend was wearing his military veteran hat and was told if he bought tires he would get a military discount. He didnt have to ask for it. So thats a plus for all you veterans out there. But like I said watch for the added fees for lifetime tire pressure check or something like that. It was ridiculous. The tires alone were like $800 & with the added fees it was like $1000 or $1100 it was aweful. My boyfriend just wanted tires not all the extra stuff, he used to be a mechanic so he can change his own tires. But if he wanted he would pay to have someone change them, but not anything else.

I stopped by one morning before class. I had a busy schedule and needed an oil change quickly before class. The staff there (specifically the manager) was friendly, answered my questions with honest and polite responses, and they got the oil change and inspection done quickly. This tires plus was much better than any tires plus Ive been to. 5 stars

Quick and professional, great attitude and did more work then expected. There honest and give a good opinion along with multiple options for tires. These guys do good work and are worth the value or price for tires and tire services.

Roger and the team have served me well on a couple of occasions now. I appreciate their patience and kindness as o figure out how to proceed. They have always offered sounds advice and fair prices on services.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! My girlfriend went here to get a tire balanced. Instead, they tried to sell her overpriced store brand tires (at prices nearly 1.5 times higher than anyone else) and refused to balance the tire she went in for because there is no point they said. While her tires arent the brand new, they arent anywhere near as bad as they were trying to claim and probably have another 20k miles on them. What a joke.Thanks for wasting our time. Jerks.

This is the only place that I’ll take my car. All the folks who work here are friendly, honest, and trustworthy. They’ll tell me upfront what is wrong with my car, but will tell me what the most pressing issue is and be honest if something doesn’t have to be fixed right away.

Shawn is a nice and professional service manager. Unfortunately, I had to return twice today because my tire sensor was still signaling low air pressure. Apparently, not enough air was put in, we will see. Had black dirt spots in the driver cabin which was almost fully cleaned up during the 2nd session. Lastly, the wheel screw caps were not put back on so I had to return again. Not all of them were found so they have to order new ones for me and I have to come back a 3rd time.I will most likely choose a different store next time.

I was very surprised by the quick tire repair/patch work I received here on a Sunday. I had called around to other local establishments to find they were either closed (on Sunday) or too busy, and I was even DIRECTED HERE by one of them as they knew this location Tires Plus had MANY BAYS and longer Sunday hours. I was not disappointed to say the least.

Shawn Jones went out of his way to help me in a professional and friendly manner. You dont see great service like this very often. He is quite adept at his job. Really appreciated his non pushy attitude. I will be back .

Ive never felt taken advantage of here, EVER. The staff is friendly and customer service oriented. Theyve always been able to explain to me in lehmans terms what and why something needs to be fixed/done whenever my car has come in. Not to mention, the prices are always cheaper than what the dealership usually quotes me.

Made an appointment online, received a confirmation only to be told that I had no such appointment scheduled upon arrival and no availability.

Ive been coming to this tires plus for years and they always treat me like family Roger always remembers my name and it just feels good to go to a place you can trust.

Great staffing! Super helpful! They didnt try to sell anything to you. They also let you know any upkeep you need to get for your car soon.. the wait was a little long, but given its a chore type of dsy, they did the services lretty fast.

Im a pretty patient person. I made a 4pm appointment to get new tires for my car. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment. Figure just hang out until my appointment. 10 min after 5pm...they told me they couldnt get my alignment completed because they are behind and have another appointment. Also, told me it would be another 2 hour before they can complete my alignment. Told me that I needed to make another appointment. I completely felt they didnt fully service my car or provide the customer services needed. DISAPPOINTED !

Helpful staff! Was able to fix my tire as well as educate me on stuff I didnt know! Appreciative of the time that was taken with me.

They got me in real quick to check my cars fluids. They were very kind and professional and I dont mind driving from Hastings to get my car cared for by them.

I had taken my truck there to get an alignment and the tires rotated and they said it would take about 45 minutes to an hour before they could get my car up on a lift and about an hour for the job. I said thats fine and gave them the key. Right away they were able to get my car into the lift and just left it there. It was literally sitting there with only one more car in the shop with 3 employees standing behind the truck simply cracking jokes and talking for about half an hourAfter that they finally lifted up the truck and let it sit there again for about another half hour while there were employees running around the store back and forth. An employee finally approached me and said that there is a bump in one of the tires which will potentially go bad after a while and recommended it be replaced sooner or later and also informed me that there was a nail in one of the tires. I agreed to have the nail damage repaired but the tire will be replaced later on.From then I waited another hour and this here is after 1 hours of waiting already. The car was barely touched and finally I see someone taking off the wheels. After about half an hour I see them drop the car back down and someone takes it for a test drive. He comes back and after about 15 minutes I see someone else take it out. I wait for about 20 minutes and he finally comes back and parks my car outside. I waited inside for another 15-20 minutes before an employee came in and rung me out without even saying thanks or have a good day.Overall I spent over 3 hours for an alignment, tire rotation, and tire repair when I was quoted 45 minutes to an hour. The store was not overly busy, there were no scheduled appointments as every customer after me was a walk in. I understand there was the new issue with the tire repair but that doesnt equate to two hours of waiting additionally with two test drives which took a good 40 minutes as well. Overall not satisfied with the service I was provided and not planning to get serviced at this location again.

Techs did a great job. They quoted me an hour and half and it took 2 1/2 hours however they did compensate me for that.

Went to get a rim swap. Brought in both was in and out in 20 mins.(Edit) Just got a fix on my tire (screw in it) was in and out in less than 45 mins (with appointment) staff was friendly and courteous.

Had a coupon for a synthetic blend oil change so I decided to give them a shot. Brought in my 12 Toyota corolla and the front desk salesman told me that this car could only take full synthetic, which of course is like $60, minimum. The guy was literally arguing with me. I was so frustrated that I went out and got my owners manual, found the oil info, and went back into the store. Here ya go dude, read. Dont you think 1 mechanic would have mentioned the full synthetic thing over the last 2 years of oil changes? Yeah, thats because YOURE WRONG, admit it. Not only does it not need to be full synthetic, it doesnt even need to be a blend. He said OK and asked if I still wanted the oil change. I used my coupon for $17 synthetic, which is a steal and they must have lost money. They then tried to tell me a bunch of other stuff was broken and I just said thats OK, Im not coming here again, and walked out. DONT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!

Follow up on the online appointment was fast. They confirmed my order & promptly started work when I dropped off my vehicle. The manager took the time to explain what was wrong and fixed; what to look for next time; and what to do. The best follow up I have ever had with a Mechanic.

My husband said they were good and listened to what he had to say and they didnt try to talk you into getting more fixed than what was needed.

Made an appointment online. Received what looked like a confirming email. When I arrived at the store I was told I didn’t have an appointment and the email meant they were attempting to schedule it. Guy at the store had no record of any attempt. Not the store’s fault.

I have always been treated very well and received excellent service at the Maplewood store.

Worse place ever. I am usually a patient person and very understanding. I had set an appointment for 2pm, the technician told be about an hour and a half which I was fine with. I came back 2 hours later and they didnt even call me. I came in to do an alignment and oil change. When I came back the oil change was done but they didnt even start the alignment. They told me another hour I came back later after walking in the rain to nearby stores, they said that they had another person ahead of me. The person ahead of me came in after me and was a walk in. Wasted my whole day. When I looked into the garage most of them were just all chatting with each other. Nice employees, just dont understand business practices with setting wrong expectation for time, and not following through with appointments. Will not recommend.

Good staff and excellent manager! Just got a valve stem and TPMS replaced. Nothing big. They found and removed a piece of metal from the tire free of charge and quickly corrected a false check engine light from inter phasing with computer to let it know a new TPMS was installed.

This used to be my go to auto shop for the past few years but now their service is so bad that Im no longer even considering them anymore.

I would add a gold star on the end of those 5 if I could. I needed a couple tires replaced and such and I had an appointment in Hudson. Ben and his bros got my tires changed and inspected my Tie Rods and found I didnt need to replace them. I was just lazy in getting new tires HAHA. All was great until it was time to pay. I had already had a check authorized out of my account, however my bank wasnt taking calls and their site went CRASH... Im screwed... Roger (store manager) was trusting and courteous enough to let me make my appointment in WI and he just held the Check and I called him in the morning and got prompt payment to him. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PEOPLE. and The pricing out the door was great too.. I saved a good little bit of change. If I am forever in MN, I know where I will be taking my Jeep for service from now on. in fact Next week for an alignment, oil change and 2 more new tires.THANKS GUYS!!!!!! ROCK ON

The service advisors are great; very friendly and knew what they were doing. The problem is the technicians that worked on my car took 2 and a half hours after I had scheduled an appointment. On top of that, they forgot my lug nut key and a week later when I went to get new brakes on my car it wasnt in my car. Turns out that the technician didnt put it back in my car, so I had to leave work and go get my car to then get my lug nut key. When I returned to the dealership to get my brake pads put on they told me that they wouldnt have time to put my brakes on anymore. Now I am riding around with very low brake pads, because the technician didnt do his job.

Great place to get your car maintenance. The guys here do a geat job at getting you the best deal and its an honest, hard working, professional kind of shop.

Today Tuesday June 4th at 11 am my husband called in and asked about having tires mounted on rims and was told he could just walk in this evening and they would get them done. At 5 pm arrived with 4 tires and rims in the back of our truck and were promptly told no way until FRIDAY. Lost our business, went straight down the road to Venberg Tire in Maplewood and they gladly are doing them for us. I might add that 2 workers were standing in the garage stall door way and watching the rain, real busy.

They had my car for 24 hours and when I called for an update they stated they tried to call me 5 times, never did. My tires were “out of stock”. Even though I made the appointment before hand and they didn’t tell me that when I dropped it off. If I didn’t call for an update my car would of had no work done in it. Poor customer service, poor work. Don’t go to this location.

Worst experience have an appointment on a Saturday cancel all my plans to be there on time so after arrive the guy at the desk said there’s nothing scheduled for me even though somebody from tires plus call me the day before to confirm the appointment, never go to this location they really sucks don’t waste your time

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I usually come here to get an oil change and everytime, they are pretty good. But lately my car has been overheating so I asked if they could take a look at it. Agreed for them to check the pressure in my radiator or for any leaks for a small fee. The manager says pressure and everything was fine, no leaks but my car was over heating because the radiator cap was bad. Gave them the ok to replace it and do a coolant flush. The manager comes back and says that wasnt why my car was over heating and that it was the radiator fan. Went ahead with the ok for them the replace it and that they werent gonna charge me for the new cap and coolant flush. Waited 4 hours later for another guy to tell me that the part was sent to the wrong TiresPlus and I was gonna have to wait. Ive been here since noon its almost 6 and the part just finally got here. My worst experience with these guys. Will be my last time here.

I took my car in for a simple bulb replacement (It was the weekend, otherwise I would have taken it to my main spot). My turn signal bulb seemed to have burned out.Im not sure if they replaced my parking light bulbs or what these dummies actually did... They got done and told me that the problem remains--fast blinking in the back, and no blinking in the front-- and that Id need to bring my car back in during the week for an electrical diagnosis...I took my car to my main spot, BAM AUTO, n the problem was quickly figured out. My turn signal bulb was burned out!! Tires Plus never even touched the bulb that I needed replaced! They just left the burned bulb in there and acted like they have no idea whats wrong.Turns out I cant trust anyone around here with my car, even for the simplest of services.

I have been a customer with tires plus for more than 30 years I have tried multiples locations with mixed results but by far the best location for customer service and quality work in my opinion in the store in Maplewood Mn.

This has been my best experience ever!First of all, I want to state that this is a very urgent matter. I am leaving town the next day and due to work and moving I was on a really tight schedule the week before.I called Discount Tires in advance for a quote for some winter tires. They told me to come in and they will help me. I got to Discount Tires and was told I will have to wait 3-5 days before I can get my tires. I declined their service and called Tires Plus on my Honda Pilot handless phone system and got a reach of Tires Plus manager Roger L Wright III. Boy was I lucky to have gotten Roger on the phone. He has exceeded my expectation on customer service and gave hope back to humanity.Roger explained to me that they don’t have the tires available at his store as I was driving up to their store. I told him I am actually outside. He invited me to come in and we continued our conversation. He asked me a few basic questions about my care make/model and tire size. I then told him my situation. I will need all 4 of my tires changed, tire alignment fix and an oil change. He told me sure we can get it done today for you. I will drive to our other location and pick up the 4 tires you want and I will make sure we get it done tonight even though it goes past our business hours. I told him my Manager is in town for our annual reviews and I will be in InverGrove Heights for dinner with my manager and will be back later. He called me back to check in on my 30 minutes prior to him completing the job to let me know that my car will be ready for pick up soon. I finished up my dinner with my manager and made my way to the shop 35 minutes after business hours. He then went through everything that he did and made sure I completely understood everything.All in all, Roger did an exceeding job in handling his customer and I will continue to go there long after this excellent customer service.

Needed some tires balanced but didnt have an appointment. He said they would get it done by the end of the day. They called less than an hour later to tell me it was done and charged me less than what they quoted.

Have done good work for me. Were willing to give me specific alignment configuration I requested.

Repairman Graham made sure that my front end alignment was correct even when I had not tightened the pitman arm nut correctly. Awesome help to make sure that it was right and it drives like a dream.
