This is the best oil change place Ive been to in a long time. The shop and waiting room were clean, everyone was really nice, and they did a good job. I also had a tire rotation done, as well as a few other things. No complaints!

Friendly, efficient and not at all pushy about add in services. I pulled in at 7:55 and was in my car and on the road by 8:05. Truly amazed! I usually have to sit and wait for 45 minutes at other places and they dont vacuum my car for me. I will be back.

Went in and got a patch on my tire as well as an oil change. Was there for 45 min tops which is fast to get multiple services done. Everyone was friendly and service was fantastic. Thanks again

Whoever changed my oil took something from my vehicle, then claimed they didn’t when I called the store and told me “maybe it fell out.” Jarvis showed great customer service at least.

So...yes they were friendly extremely knowledgeable, I left a good review from the survey sent the same day before realizing some major issues. So first off, and Im not sure how I didnt notice but the dipstick, I think for the transmission fluid was left off and it was shut in the hood, I didnt notice until a buddy got in on the passenger side and said something was sticking out. Upon seeing that I checked the levels via the dash computer on board as the guage seemed fine. But the computer says 17% oil life and I took it in at 25%...this is probably a very rare occurrence I imagine. Angel who is a manager I think was extremely helpful regardless even though he didnt touch the truck, but Im taking it in to the dealership tomorrow because I needed to get my emission systems tested as well as thats something I got told needed done as well. I will update pending what they say but Im leaving this at 2 star for now because they were extremely friendly, just an off day probably.Edit: So after taking it to the dealership to service the check engine light, everything was fine with the oil/transmission fluid. So just the one discrepancy with leaving the one dipstick out and shutting it in the hood which was an odd occurrence more than likely and not a pattern.

I just moved here 6 months ago and this was my place to go get my oil changed up until last week I had taken my truck there for an oil change and was told that they were under staff for doing any tire rotations I proceeded to say if you do not do tire rotations you need to put that on your website once again if you do not do the service put it on your website.

This is the most expensive place for an oil change. Paid $95 bucks just for an oil change when regular is $29.99. No free car wash or clean of interior. Staff didn’t even look professional. They tell you to remain on vehicle so you don’t see what they’re doing.

I went in for an oil change, it was fast and they had excellent customer service. They explain to you everything you need to know about your cars current shape and if it needs any maintainenace or replacements. They dont push you to buy anything on spot.

Squirrels had gotten into my engine and chewed the wires, I did not realize that was even a thing. They showed me the damage and were very kind and professional. I am so grateful for their expertise!.

On Saturday I visited the location in lutz @12:30 after one hour and half waiting the manager moved my car and took a suv instead was in different line to but it a head off my car and after my car went inside the shop he came inside and I mentioned to him that all those car they came after me and in front of the customers he said to me do you want your car outside he called Nelson the only one change oil in three lift and he told him move that car out and sure Nelson did and the manager refused to mention his name he was an African American gentleman very poor customer service not hiring enough people and they lost me as a customer for good as I used to take my other tow cars

Patty explained all of the services and was very thorough. The staff at this location went above and beyond to explain everything to me and to give me the best price. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the best place I have ever been for an oil change. They were very professional, courteous and worked diligently. They did not try to scam me and say I needed something I didnt. They knew my car really well. They were so nice. This is where I will go from now on. They were also very consciences about the virus. They wore gloves and masks and didnt enter the car. They were impressive. I rarely write comments, but these guys deserve it.

My check engine light came on and I pulled into the lot, this very professional gentleman immediately asked how he could help and got me on my way in no time. Absolutely an angel! Thank you 🙏🏻

Patty is the face of this Jiffy Lube location and I enjoyed working with her. She was professional and knowledgeable. I had very little verbal interaction with other employees. A mechanic drove my car way too fast as he circled the site following the oil change. When it was time to hand off the vehicle to me, it was clear he had been on his cell phone as he drove my car around the buildling, he barely acknowledged me, and continued his call as he exited my car. The top of my front floormats were vacuumed. No glass areas were cleaned. If you need a quick oil change, most Jiffy Lube locations meet that need efficiently, and this location meets that standard. Just dont expect the extras they often tout. While Patty was great, I cant recommend the mechanics who actually worked on my car.

Quick and courteous. Spilled a little as they were putting the oil in which make a terrible smell, but it burned off quickly. Washed the windows and did a thorough light check to ensure safety. I would suggest going here for a fast and efficient oil change.

I went in for an oil change and I had them check my battery/starter for me. The customer service was phenomenal! Darryl C., AJ & Chris, are amazing! Definitely recommend going here for your car needs - they have a mechanic on site so they do more than just oil changes :)

My wife went there today for a full service oil change for synthetic blend. She also had an air filter put in and a cabin filter put in and asked them to rotate her tires all of which they charged her for. When it was time to pay for everything she asked them why are you charging me for tire rotation when you didnt even do it. She was watching and she knows they didnt do it but they still tried to charge her for it. Thats fraud. They said they would refund us for it but there was no apology because they know they got caught red-handed trying to cheat her. I will never use this location again. I would appreciate a response from the owner with his thoughts.

This Jiffy Lube was the best one Ive ever gone to. I have been to three other ones in the United states and this one is a 5 star all the way around. Good customer service, they were all very well trained and did their jobs like they were suppose too will definitely go back.

I went here just a few days ago for my normal oil change. Everything seemed to be going normal, but I received a phone call from someone working here saying my oil was abnormally low so they would have to completely flush it and clean it out. I said sure do whatever you need then paid and everything was fine. Two days pass and my car engine light turns on. I check the oil and noticed they filled it an inch higher then the file line told them. I had to have my boyfriend come over and empty my oil and refill it to the appropriate amount before my engine became anymore damaged. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t check to see that the oil wasn’t over filled before you made me pay for it. I totally would not recommend this place.

Very rude when asked about Groupon coupon. Stated they had to have 24 hours notice before they could even give me an oil change and they wouldnt even accept or apply a discount from towards a full synthetic oil change there garage was empty so it wasnt like they were slammed and then to pay 99.99 $ is ridiculous and no discounts for veterans. So I went to their competitors used my discount and didnt have to even get out of my car was out of there in less than 10 mins no more than 55$ and that included tip. There is a reason why you guys are using Groupon cause you need sales not to run your customers off.

Well I’m converted. Why didn’t I know that this place will let you do the oil change while you wait in the car??? They got me immediately in and it only took about 15 minutes. I normally do this stuff myself but I got a Groupon for $20 and decided to give it a try. I felt like a queen as that washed my windshield, aired up my tires, and made sure everything looked good. The whole team at this store was beyond amazing! I cannot say enough good things about them and how great they all were. I had a bad experience at another store yesterday when I tried to get my oil changed so this was night and day different. They filled up my tire pressure and topped me off with fluids which was super nice since my windshield washer fluid reminder light had literally just come on. I work super close to this location so I will most definitely be back. Kudos to the staff at 54 in Land O Lakes!!

Okay so I called first to check on prices and if they took a coupon I found online. The manager would not honor the $20 coupon only $15, I thought that was strange but whatever. So I get there, one of the reps says we arent doing the vacuuming or the windows. I said why not, its apart of the service he said oh my manager told me to tell people that Im like well I kinda wanted the whole service( its to expensive to not get the whole service, but I had the coupon so I was trying to chill) the manager says fine. So Im already having bad vibes because they just seemed lazy, kinda like that work was beneath them. So Im sitting inside and the guy asks if I want topped off on coolant, it would be $4. I was looking on the website at that moment so I showed him where it said it was a free service. He said that page must have been a lie because it also says they work on batteries and they dont. I showed him the website for himself to which he says, fine just this time but in the future just remember we dont do that for free. So Im beginning to lose my chill as I feel played or manipulated. I asked him once it was time to pay what services I received and he said they did all this stuff and vacuumed and washed windows just for me. I get out to the car and the floor looked okay..... until I lifted the Floor mats and all the dirt from on top was under the mat to appear as though it was cleaned! Oh and also on my receipt it had a section talking about a service they do to batteries..... but he told me that I was looking at a fraudulent website when I mentioned batteries. At this point I dont even trust that my car was even serviced. Sad part is you cant even speak with a manager because he was the manager. Over all the staff was no helpful(didnt even come tell me about my air filter or what my car may need), seemed lazy and very miserable and unhappy to be working at Jiffy Lube. Im thankful I had a coupon so it makes it a little less bad(even though he wouldnt honor the actual amount). The appeal of Jiffy Lube is a nice thought but after today I will never go to the Lutz location again and I will absolutely not recommend this service to anyone I know.

I was only showing 15% on my oil what had happened waas when it got changed the people forgot to reset my oil I want to Jiffy Lube and they didnt try to rip me off a reset for me and told me my oil Was fine

It was kind of expensive, but thats the car business, and he helped me find the best discount/coupon available. My car was not driving great when I took it in, but it is now. My family was in a time crunch and I asked my Girlfriend to take the truck to a quick change place and make sure to be aware of the high costs. When she came back home I saw the invoice and almost had a heart attack. 128 dollar for 7 quarts of oil and a oil filter is absolutely robbery. 128 dollars for 15 minutes of work is absurd, thats almost 500 dollars an hour. They charged he 6.90 a quart, times 7 is 48.30. So the jiffy lube crew charges 80 dollars for a oil filter and maintenance? Absolutely robbery.The Tuffy Tire and Auto Service in Land O Lakes has a Synthetic oil change for 49 dollars. Half the Price of Jiffy.

I won’t go back. It is not the intensity of the upselling, its that what the manager was saying I found questionable. (IMO)Plus he ran down my battery by testing it, and had to jump it so I could take it home to recharge it. And I was only there for an Oil Change.

I found a $20/off coupon on Google so I decided to go here.... I have extremely bad anxiety and social disorder so going to get oil changes are very hard for me. Im very happy i came here the service was straight to the point ..... The 3 guys working were polite and very helpful. I ended up getting my tires rotated and a oil change... I paid about 60 bucks ....ill be going back this week to have my brake pads done which were completely gone and i had no idea thankfully they showed me!

Overpriced and rude. The manager AJ has no clue what theyre doing. The service is WAY over priced. The owner and corp doesnt care about their customers. Avoid this place

Excellent customer service provided to me this afternoon. Junior kindly checkef the air pressure of the tires in my vehicle. I was with my children and had a long driving ahead of me with bad weather. I was very concerned because the warning light in the dashboard was on. Junior took the time to make sure they were all at the right air pressure and made me and my kids feel safe on the road. Businesses need more employees like Junior! I highly recommend Jiffy Lube and Junior.

Avoid this place at all cost. They over charged me by $104 and taken over 2 months to return my money. The manager AJ is worthless, the owner of the branch incompetent, and corp office doesnt care. Go somewhere else for any service.

Going in at around a relatively crazy point in the day, I was grateful that they had an opening for an oil change. And thats where the positivity stops. Asking for AN (1) oil change. After about 20 minutes, I was handed the bill. Instead of the $25 oil change that have been offered on their prices, they charged me for a signature oil change, or they proceeded to run a full diagnostic on my car and perform various services including, apparently, vacuuming. At the cost of $47.96. They didnt even vacuum. Being in a rush oh, I did not have time to debate nor talk about this experience, but I will make sure to let as many people know to stay away from places like this.

The best people around. The employees here can teach many companies about customer service. I only come to this place not just because of they great service and knowledge the have, but also the people that work here. They always make you feel welcome.

I had good experiences in the past but this time i trusted them as i usually do . And when they had issues removing my lugnuts which is ok but i told them i had a 20+ hour road trip and come to find out my lugnuts on 4 wheels were not tigthened . I had severe damage done to my vehicle as 2 wheel came out as i was driving . Not very happy as i was put in danger . They will be seeing my lawyer

Drive away far and fast. Charged me over $100 for oil change. A week and a half later my car was idling rough and vibrating on acceleration.I had to find somewhere else to get the car repaired and pay for a rental while it was being fixed.Turned out they used the wrong oil and almost destroyed my car engine. The fluid levels that the receipt claimed were topped up were not.Also, on the day of service I had to go back inside and wait because upon return I realized that they had not performed the complimentary vacuum, even though it said it was done on the receipt. If you dont care about your car then youve found the perfect spot right here.

Jiffy Lube, has always been my go to oil change company and now that they have broaden their service to other car related items it has been a very good thing. You cant go wrong with Jiffy Lube.

My wife takes our cars to this location for oil change and other normal maintenance. They always treat her well, and dont give her any run around. They have always been quick and never tried to pull one over her. Friendly staff that takes the time to help and ensure all issues are taken care of, and have been super helpful.

His staff said that it will be charged when you drive in. No matter whether you change or not change the oil, you have to collect your expenses. The first time I met this black shop, I chose to change it. After about 2 minutes, he changed it. I didn’t see him change the oil. Deceive me who is not in the line, do not want to be deceived, dont come here

Came in for an oil change, was very quick and easy. Loved that they looked over the rest of my car and brought a few problems to my attention (specifically that one of my headlights was out). Offered to fix it, but were very polite when I said its something I can do myself. The woman who helped me was very welcoming and nice.

They are always friendly and give me a heads up on what needs to be done to maintain my car and keep it running well (based on mileage or a detected problem). I like the convenience and have rarely waited more than 30 minutes.
