I went in to find homecoming shoes, what I found instead was a beautiful associate named Tyler. His lushes curly hair helped me find my dream dress shoes. Thank you rack room and thank you Tyler for giving me great customer service.

The service was excellent! I couldnt find a matching shoe. They took every shoe box in that section & looked in the box until they finally found the other shoe. Then gave me a discount for my waiting. Great place!!!

It’s unfortunate to have to come into a store and be disrespected by the associate, Tyler really should be more polite to the customers. Harassing us and telling us they’ll be closing soon and disrespectfully in front of customers blaming us for coming in late, that is no way to treat people no matter what the circumstances are. Truly disappointed and I hope no one experiences if they ever run into Tyler at this store.

Found shoes for my g-babies with ease. Disappointed they werent buy one, get one like normal. Didnt really understand why they werent.

Thet had a sale on slides but they have so many rules to the sale I couldnt find two pair to purchase. 😔After attempting to buy seven pair I just left and made my purchase elsewhere. The staff was not helpful at all, she stood behind the register and just kept saying you cant get these and they had the sale stickers on them.

Shop around before falling for their BOGO...found cheaper prices somewhere else so it might not be worth it

I found a pair I like it, had to settle in the other one. (They had the BOGO)inventory very low, just the sizes on display.

My kids are in that awkward size between kids and adults. Most stores do not really provide a good selection for this size. Rack Room had so many different styles to choose from that fit my kids needs! In and out in under 15 minutes with great customer service.

The employees here are so nice and helpful, they were very kind in helping me find shoes for my work. Prices were about what youd expect, but you can find good deals if you shop the clearance. Customer service is definitely lovely though

I rate this store 4 stars because of the lack of staff. They had 2 people working the entire store with both on registers with a long line. There are no other employees to help customers in the store. The store was clean and the 2 staff members were polite and professional. This is my third visit and wont be my last. If they had an extra employee to help customers on the sales floor, they would have gotten 5 stars.

Great variety of shoes

Most of the product out dated. There are some shoes from the first time I visited the place back in 2010!!!I went yesterday to check some deals and found out that Rack room shoes the only store did not have any discount beside their BOGO 50% since million year.I dont recommend it at all.

Love going to this store. It might just be me but when I go its never busy. The only thing is for me I would have to order online. More of a selection there than in store.

Good deals. But I will say I was very uncomfortable on how the staff reacted to me. I was watched closely because of my bags (I get it) but was very unpleasant to shop when MULTIPLE employees watch and circle you like youre stealing.

They had exactly what I wanted, prices were good, I got the 2nd pair 1/2 off, and they gave me a 10% off military discount. Cant beat that. Saved me about $100.

Horrible customer service, and a very dirty store. I went in looking for some Converse sneakers and had just left the actual Converse store in the same shopping mall. The same sneakers were actually more expensive at the Rack Room Shoes store then the Converse store. When I asked the sales associate Adam about it, his response was well we are 50% off the second pair so we have to make a profit somehow. Very rude response and a disgrace to have on a sales floor.BTW Converse is currently running the same promotion and usually are here at the outlets.

I just had probably one of the worst customer service experiences I can recall, at this store. My family shopped and found what we needed and then proceeded to the front to check out. No one was within eye sight so I went looking for someone to help us check out. Not a big deal. I found “Kari” the “manager trainee” and said politely “hi, can we check out?” To which Kari looked at me like I asked her for her life savings and let out an exasperated sigh and pursed lip. I didn’t know what to say other than “I’m sorry?” Which, why again am I sorry for asking to purchase an item ? To my apology she replied “it’s ok, I just have a lot to do and no one wants to help me.” I didn’t respond to that. Then after that she said “but I guess that’s life” in yet another exasperated grumble. Ok Eyor, it’s been a real pleasure. If this is a manager trainee... that’s not too impressive. Unreal.

Customer service is excellent and the employees do a good job trying to keep the store organized. Karla in particular was very helpful today and was very patient with my husband and I. He helped us find two shoes that werent in the store and even called another store to keep them for us. He also gave me his address because he didnt know where he was. Overall, he was very friendly and helpful.
