Nice, clean location with a friendly staff. Plus you can find just about everything here, including furniture (not a huge selection but worth visiting for end tables, console tables and chairs). It also seems that they change inventory out pretty frequently, so you can visit one day and come back a week or two later and see some completely different items. Great place to check out if you need anything for your house but don’t want to break the bank.

This store is great at a good location and well organized. Staff is pleasant and empowered to take care of issues in the moment. Will shop here again.

There is this young guy who help me today with purchasing two rugs. He was so extremely helpful. Hard working young men who has not even finish his High School....I was very impressed by his kindness and professionalism.I hope his parents are proud of him, and I hope management of HomeGoods are grateful to have him.

I really like this TJ Maxx / HomeGoods store. I was able to purchase everything needed for a gift basket, including the basket. The store was very clean. And, the cashiers were friendly and efficient. I would go back again.

Overall I love the store and customer service is always good, but a lot of times certain sections look like a hodge podge of rifled through items making it difficult to find what I want.

This is fairly strictly accessories and VERY little furniture, which is what we were looking for...🤷‍♂️

Love this place. If youre looking for decor of almost any genre, youre likely to find it here. And at reasonable prices. Ive also bought pots & pans, kitchen storage items, and utensils here. Right now, there is an almost overwhelming array of Halloween & autumn decorations. This is my go to place for quality accent pieces at good prices.

I walked into the Lutz store on Dale Mabry and felt a breath of fresh air! Manager named Will approached me with such a kind and light heart. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of all of his product! Every time I enter into this store everybody has a smile on their face and are friendly during this strenuous time! I will forever continue to shop at this location!!

Had a wonder experience today at the Lutz Home Goods. My wife and I were in the market for an area rug when we had the pleasure of being greeted and served by Braxton the customer service person. This young man helped us on our selection and carefully rolled and carried it to a closed register to check us out with no wait. Braxton made this an overall great experience in this well stocked store!!

Always an interesting place to go into. Lots of variety and some things that are hard to find at other places. Prices are reasonable for good qualty merchandise. Cashiers are always nice and the line moves as quickly as possible.

The Manager at this location was extremely rude and argumentative with my wife. I called him to ask him why he would be so rude. He told me my wife was a liar. Refused to talk to me about the situation. Terrible customer service and the manager is under qualified not capable of his position. Do not shop here.

Went to visit the store, looking for throw pillows, I guess its not a season for the regular kind all they have was Christmas kind of throw pillows. But if you ready for Christmas they have lots of. 😊

Very easy to spend more money than intended in this store

Somehow we tend to gravitate towards HomeGoods when we want to browse but know were going to buy stuff anyways, whether we want it or not, they just have some really interesting finds here at a decent price. So if youre in the market for anything inside or outside your home, for your kids, gifts, food and drink, or even your pets, check this store out. There will be something there that youll put in your cart, even if you never knew it existed until you went to look around. Dont forget to check out the clearance sections too, you never know what might be hiding on the shelves.

Great store! So glad to have Home Goods in my community now it isnt as busy as one in New Tampa or Carrollwood so easier to browse and shop. They have so many great options for household items, holiday decorations, gift items and candles. It is a great place to shop!

Unique and one of a kind items that you have to grab before you put it down and its no longer there on the shelf. Good prices and stock changes from week to week with different items. It is always a good stop.

HomeGoods up in Lutz has everything for the home. I loved shopping there. They have such a wide variety of merchandise. They have everything for the home from bedding to yard ornaments. If you have never been to a HomeGoods, I suggest stopping in one, theres three or four of them around Tampa. They are also very reasonable on their prices. They even have House furniture and wall art.

This is One of my favorite stores. So glad we have one close to us now. Everyone here is really friendly and the prices are amazing!! I bought Christmas decorations for my tree and my tree never looked better. 🎄

I would recommend Home Goods for all of your accessory needs in your home awesome stuff quite a few unusual items. If you can find some extra time one day you should find something that you fall in love with for your life style in your home or future place to live. I recommend Home Goods with a fire star.

Homegoods always has a nice mix of styles. I love how I can go with my kids and mother-in-law and all three generations are able to find things we like. Prices are kind of hit or miss. By and large most things are priced quite well but then a handful are either crazy good deals or overpriced. Makes it more fun to shop there I guess. Staff is super friendly and this store is always spotless and well organized.

This is a favorite of mine for home decor. They have everything that is artsy, sailboats, pelicans, lamps, tables, shelves, dishes, coasters, and much more. You will love it!

Even with everything that is going on with COVID-19, this team at Lutz HomeGoods On N Dale Mabry have done everything they can to make me feel safe while Shopping. It cant be easy to have to go through this as a retailer. I look at shopping here as a privilege not a right!! Yes stock is low, but we are still in the middle of a Pandemic!! They are still very friendly and helpful through it all! Thank you Lutz HomeGoods for all that you do! I myself appreciate it!!

Great selection, as one would hope from a HomeGoods. Only complaint is the checkout line. Every time Ive been in, Ive had to wait longer than one would expect...usually longer than Ive been browsing the store. The staff is always friendly, though, which helps. Could be just my timing, but Id budget extra time at checkout if you are on a tight schedule.

Walked in to browse as we have not been in this store before, we had just moved to the area. The arrows on the floor to direct shoppers ( covid19 distancing ) are not very thought out to go with the flow of the store shelves. A store clerk berrated me LOUDLY for being on the wrong side of a wide aisle, so with what I had seen in the store, which wasn’t much to look at ( sparsely stocked shelves )and rude clerks, my wife and I turned around and left. We won’t return even if they were giving away free money

Always finding great and sometimes unique items. This visit I found a coffee (hot/cold) cup perfect for Jim. Also Gizmo got a new food and water bowl on a small stand, nothing but the best for our princess. I got a large white square really cool cake/pastry stand. So pretty!♡♡♡

Great location. Pretty much has everything I need. I went in looking for mirrors as Im going to upgrade my bathroom. What great choices. Home Depot had very little of what I wanted and so did Lowes. So I went to Home Goods and oh boy was I surprised. Great selection

If I could give this place zero stars I would. One of the managers (William Willard) there has a terrible attitude. He always seems like he thinks he is better than everyone else. Every time I go to this location I try to avoid him at all costs. If I need any help I will bypass him and ask someone else to help me, thats how uncomfortable he makes me feel. Well, this time I was not able to avoid him. I was with my children (who were being kids but well-behaved) and my MIL and he was stocking some shelves. My children were looking at some of the Halloween decorations and saw a coffin which they tried to open to see what was inside, when Mr. Willard says you are no to touch those in a not so friendly tone of voice. Now, if my children are misbehaving or doing something they shouldnt, I am not against anyone correcting them, HOWEVER, its not always what you say, its how you say it. Anyway, I let it go and kept looking around but my children were very curious to see what was inside the coffin as was I. I opened the coffin and with my amazing peripheral vision I see him rolling his eyes and nodding his head while he is with another staff member. I AM AN ADULT and if I want to see whats inside this darn coffin I have the right to do so. I was extremely bothered by his attitude and had I been alone I would have approached the situation but I was with my children. I walked out of the store immediately after that even though I wanted to purchase some things. I walked my MIL and children to my vehicle and I walked back to store to have a talk with him. When I go to approach him he tries to ignore me. I stand there and wait for him to finish what he was doing and I ask him if he is a manager. His reply was I am one of them and says nothing else. I said Ok, well I would like to let you know how uncomfortable you made me feel in this store while I was with my children. He replies those skeletons (which were in the coffin) costs 125.00 (could be wrong about the amount) and I didnt want them to break. I said, yes, well, I am an adult and I have the right to look. I told him that I saw him rolling his eyes and nodding his head and he says I wasnt talking about you. He was looking straight at me when he was doing this. No apologies, no Im sorry if you felt that way but that was not my intention. There was nothing. I will never be going back to store again and I will also be taking this up with corporate. You shouldnt be in management if you do not know how to treat people.

Things were over priced this time. The pillows that I did buy, ripped at the zipper seam after having them for 1 day!Very disappointed this time.

OMG! Just going into a home goods store stimulates all the senses with the colors with the materials with the pottery with the cookware with the vases with the flowers. I could go on and on. I had never been in this Lutz store before and it just is perfect. The prices are so affordable. My friend bought two pillows two accent pillows a plush throw for her sofa and a wonderful snake toy for her to chihuahuas at a ridiculously low price. Thank heavens for Home Goods stores. The Christmas decorations have encouraged me to decorate this year. The store was just beautifully decorated.
