Signarama does a magnificent job in making your custom sign requests. They are also very timely. I called in a sign request on a Wednesday, reviewed a proof on Thursday, and picked up my custom sign on a Friday. Hows that for service? We contacted two other sign companies for an estimate for one building sign, two monument signs and two small door signs. One company said that they could not work with the format of the logo we provided nor could they reformat it. The second company never followed up with an estimate despite me contacting them more than once. I called Signarama and they sent a sales rep out within 24 hours. They reformatted our logo to a format they could use, provided an estimate, built the signs, and installed all with ease and professionalism. Do not waste your time with any other sign company. Signarama will work with you to provide a top notch product that you will be proud of!

When you want and expect great customer service then you need to make an appointment and speak with Tina! I made an appointment with her to talk about my company shirts that I needed embroidered and before we agreed upon the final product, she showed me 5 different styles to ensure my company would be happy with the end result. I never felt rushed and she understood my every need. When I place an order, she ensures it is completed in a timely manner. Hands down, Tina is the most customer service oriented professional I have met in the Tampa area.

Outstanding experience. Ordered a 13 flag and it came in from the vendor without the top being sewn. Found it 2 days before our open house event and notified Signarama. Ordered an aluminium- acrylic routed sign with LED lighting for a Med Spa. The finished product was gorgeous. We had some slight issues with the paint finish but they were very willing to fix the issue and make sure we were satisfied.
