What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!! battery for the car was dead gentleman named ASH was super helpful. Answered all of our questions. Replaced the battery for our car and even went above and beyond and while we was talking he cleaned the leaf catcher that was full of leaves and sticks. He definitely didnt have to do that. What a great experience we had here. Definitely would recommend to any friends or family. Will be returning for any of our car needs.

Needed a check engine light diagnostic and they checked and printed out the reading for me for free. Very cool and very happy to go here anytime I need check engine light checked. Happy it is near my home too!

Kudos to this AutoZone - all employees that I saw were wearing masks - correctly at that! Having lost a young nephew to Covid I appreciated that they did that and I let them know. The employee that assisted me, Ash, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He looked up my vehicle and showed me the various parts and prices for the product that would work for me. He made recommendations and then went and got the part for me. Very nice experience!

The staff was helpful but not gurus on small engines like I was hoping. Pretty typical AutoZone, which I like having one nearby. Will definitely visit again. They didnt have carburators, gasket sets, or some basic hardware for rigging a cable to my choke. I also grabbed the wrong size socket in their recommendation of what a typical spark plug size was. They returned it, but its a hassle.

Great Service at this location. Jeremy B was very helpful! He helped me pick out a good set of headlights for my mother’s car and even installed them for me. This saved me a trip to a car shop because I’m a woman who knows absolutely nothing about car maintenance. I will definitely come back to the store for any future car needs. Thanks again!

The lady swapped out the battery in my wifes Jeep. Apparently the battery is under the passenger seat, real convenient. She did a nice job in a timely manner.I am more than able to do this task but she insisted and I didnt have to make a special trip back for the core charge. Im pleased.

Called Friday morning was told it would be there by 5 p.m. didnt make had to go out of town came back monday morning and still no part! I have always had a great experience at this store, but yesterday they really helped me out! My battery died as I was taking my 86 year old uncle to the doctor. I was able to get it jumped to get to the Autozone. My husband would normally just run up there and buy the battery and install it, but he was out of town. When I got there they were super busy, but did their best to help me out quickly and efficiently! Xavier got my car up and running in no time!! Thanks for the great customer service!

Great service. I just stopped in for a quart of oil because my car was a little low. My cars manual didnt specify the exact oil type (it listed several possible types) but when I walked into AutoZone Nathaniel immediately greeted me and looked up my car to find the correct oil, and explained to me the difference between 5W-30 and 5W-40. He walked me over to the aisle to find the correct oil, suggested a couple brands, then came out and put the oil in for me. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Ill return here to AutoZone before going to Advance Auto.

Been here a bunch of times. These guys have always been helpful and quick. Their batteries arent the cheapest but Ive never had any issues. The people who work here will even stop what their doing to open another register if there is a line. I like that.

Absolutely amazing staff. They let us come in with my amputee dog instead of making him wait in the car. Extremely helpful in finding what our problem was and finding the right part. Came out with a great priced brake switch, a happy puppy, and a very happy customer.

Needed a headlight replaced...no experience with replacing parts in a vehicle whatsoever. The staff helped me pick out the headlight I needed for my car. One of the associates, Jeff, then taught me how to replace the bulbs! Rather than just doing it himself, he took the time to teach me how to replace the bulbs so that I can do it myself the next go around. Much appreciated!

Everytime I go in there, I usually have questions about what I need or want to buy; Everytime I get my answers, and sometimes they go out and test something for me. I had my engine light on and they ran a test and told me what the problem was. I had taken my car to the mechanic and was told that they could run a test but it would cost me $100.00 This test was ran for free at AutoZone and all I needed was a better gas cap.

I have nothing at all bad I can say about this place. Everything from how the store is constantly clean and yes even the restroom is always clean and smelling fresh unlike alot of parts store restrooms. The staff never waits for you to come to them. They actually come from behind the counter to see if your finding everything you need asking how your day is going well and if theres anything they can do to help. The last time I went there, I purchased some new wipers and after I checked out he insisted that he was the one to change them so there wasnt a chance that I got dirty. Im more than capable of changing them myself but told me it wasnt a problem and he would be more than happy to help. Not only did he change them. He also cleaned my windshield and put some rain-x to help for when it rains hard. Thats why Ill always shop at AutoZone whenever I need parts. #AutoZone4Life
