Went here to get engine light checked and they did not have working equipment. Were kind enough to point me even to their competition across the street to help me out. This is my go to place for anything for my car.

I didn’t get his name but I was helped by a gentleman on Thursday 6/17 around 5pm. He helped me install my windshield wipers… and I have had bad luck doing this.. they seem to just fall off in the middle of the rain… oops. But he wanted me to learn how to do it. This is the first time I’ve been to a place like this where the man helping me didn’t harass me and tell me how pretty I was and asked for my number.. because I was a female. He was professional and helped me and others. I am thankful for not being scared and shaking due to my anxiety. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m ‘excited’ for this hurricane season because I’ll be able to see when I drive an hour to and from work. I hope he has the best luck. Just thank you. You’re out of the way from where I live but I know where to go when I need help with little car issues.

Friendly and knowledgeable service. Great inventory selections. If youre in a pinch and for some reason they dont have what you need in their store, they could look at other stores inventory and if its close by, they would have it delivered to them and have it ready for you to pick up in a few hours. What an A+ service.

They are friendly, convenient with a well stocked inventory of common repair and maintenance items. I mostly shop on line for in store pickup where I can apply a coupon code. I bought $100 worth of items yesterday and applied a 25% coupon and saved $25.They will test batteries, alternators etc for free. They have a good selection of special tools that you can use at no cost if you buy the parts from them.

Came in yesterday with an issue with my wifes vehicle and hard starting. The employee That helped us was Marc. After doing a diagnostic check on battery and alternator. He determined that the battery was bad. He then pulled up info on vehicle and found that the battery was eligible to be replaced at no cost. He then removed and replaced the battery in the stifling heat. He made my wife’s day and turned what could have been a bad experience into a truly pleasant one. Kudos to Marc!

I came in to get some wipers installed, that I had purchased at another location. Daniel was very helpful and responsive. I recommend this location for good customer service.

Good store to shop at. Very knowledgeable staff try to make sure that you get the right parts. If the parts are not in stock they will order him and let you know you can go and pick them up at another store. The store is neat and well-kept. They are pretty well stocked for most production cars.

I went in for a battery replacement last Sunday. Dave not only tested my old battery but also the charging system. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Dave treated me like I was a valued customer. I will return to this store for sure.

If you want to hear sighing and talk to someone with an attitude go to this location off of Collier parkway! Went in to return a coil compressor and the slob at the front desk had nothing but an attitude. No wonder he is working at advanced right? 😂 bad experience. Will probably stick to the autozone across the street.

Chelsey helped my family and I greatly. We had concerns regarding our 2003 Chrysler Sebring. We visited for a battery and alternator test because my wife had a issue that morning trying to get the kids to school. Chelsey executed the test professionally and even check our wiper blades which we ended up replacing due to a torn wipe. I commended Chelsey and Ryan the General manager for my great experience. They came right out and tested my battery and alternator. So very nice and accomodating.

Been going to the same location for 11 years since I moved here from Chicago back in 07. 99% of the time they have the parts stocked, the 1% of that is when they either have to get the parts from another store or have to order it. Execellent customer service and friendly staff.

Had engine battery problem with Ford Hybrid. Michael Rotolo quickly diagnosed and expertly replaced battery. He answered questions and provided tips on battery maintenance while changing the battery. Other workers in the store (Jason and Keera) assisted by ordering air filter from another Advance Auto Parts store and called me when part arrived later the same day (Sunday). Great service and good prices. Will use their service again.

Got a set of front brake pads for my wifes car. Box said ships were included. Get home theyre not there. Go back to get them and they tell me theyre not included even tho the box specifically says they are. They take them out and make a hardware installation kit and charge you extra for that. Horrible customer service. Plenty of shops to take business to in the area. Id suggest any of them over this.

David help me out today I needed a gasket material that would hold up to fuel and he led me right to it gave me two options I took both.

Today I went to Advanced Auto Parts and had a really tough time changing an old oil filter on my 98 f150. I was struggling to remove the filter. Employee’s Michael Rotolo and David Whithead noticed this and offered assistance in finding the right part for the job. Wonderful customer service and wonderful people.

All my break lights went out simultaneously so I knew Id have to fix it. I went to this store and Mike and Kira really saved my skin. They educated me on the problem and sold me the part to fix it. They told me where I would place the new part. I went home and googled a video on how to fix my car and now all my lights are back on. :)

It was busy and i understand, but i was told they didnt have the size pipe i needed when clearly i saw they did. I ended up taking my business to autozone because they spent 2 seconds to actually look.

Dirty store. I waited for 10 minutes to be waited on. While there was a employee talking to someone behind the counter about personal business. While the other employee tried to take care of everybody else.

Michael Rotolo and Jason went far above and beyond. My day started across the street at Autozone and as I was getting ready to pay, I noticed a core charge for a new battery. I asked why they would charge me if they were going to change the battery out... they WERE NOT going to change it. It was 30 minutes to close and they didn’t have the time. I drove off and went to Adavanced where Rotolo went above and beyond ensuring the battery was properly tied down (it was not when I showed up) Advanced should give this man a raise!
