I have wanted a pinball machine for quite some time. I decided to visit Elite Home Gamerooms. I am very happy I did. Terry was able to show me the various games available. As I am a Trekkee, I gravitated to the Next Generation machine. I brought the machine and I am very happy. They delivered it to my office on the second floor, on a curved staircase, and set it all up with no issues. Now, one month later, I have not had any issues and love playing the game. Highly recommended.

We made a trip out to the Tampa Premium outlets and stopped at the game room location there. John Rathgeber helped us fine the perfect table for our family. He even went above and beyond to ensure we had a table for a upcoming party since they were out of stock at the time by shipping one from another location. John messaged me throughout the process of setting up delivery and ensuring we were happy with our new 6 in 1 game table. My wife and I are very happy with our experience and would definitely do business again with Elite game rooms.

This store is amazing! It is the perfect man cave store. It was fun just to walk around and see all the pinball machines, arcade games, and pool tables.

Walked into the store today, never greeted while 2 guys were sitting behind the counter talking. Was rudely asked to not touch the wax on the shuffleboard table as I was explaining to my son how it works and how I would like to buy one. Guy was very rude, I looked at my son and said, its time to go and explained to him how I would never give my business to someone that spoke like that to us. Good luck on staying open with staff like that.

Walked in and they didnt even speak to anyone how are you to figure how this place works if you do t communicate Ill continue to drive to tampa to get my game fix ...maybe it was my dreads🤷🏿‍♂️ there was noone else in the store and still didnt speak ....
