Called yesterday to get a unit and Tonya was very helpful. When we got there to rent the unit, she told my brother-in-law about a special that was going on for a unit inside the main building. She had everything entered and going over the contract in no time. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location. They have up to a 10x30 unit.

However, call to schedule a time with the office ahead of the day you are wanting to use it because they go fast.2)Very Clean bathrooms. Smell of fabulous hits you when you open the door.3) Flat bed dolleys to use throughout the facility for loading and unloading. **PLEASE PUT THEM BACK WHERE YOU FOUND THEM FOR OTHERS TO USE*4)Water cooler located outside of office with cups to keep you hydrated and cool. Best part.....ITS CLEAN!!!

Miss Angela is an absolutely God Send!!!! She is such a great person altogether very sweet and tough exactly when she needs to be. I had expressed some concerns about theft and she showed me all the different camera and the doors and the accessibility for space renters. She made me feel so much better. I also loved hearing her story about her not putting up with any funny business from anyone Lol! Love her, I enjoy coming in to pay my bill just so I can see her.

We dealt with Elizabeth to initially get the storage rental set up. Before leaving, she made us aware of the discount available to rent a truck to use to move our items into the space, which we took advantage of the following Saturday. Angela helped us on that Saturday. Both ladies were extremely professional and great to work with. But above that, both ladies took the time to make us feel comfortable and confident about dealing with Life Storage and its employees. I had my oldest daughter with me on the first visit, and my youngest daughter on the second trip. By the time we left, we felt like we had known both ladies for more then just that day. Both Elizabeth and Angela were extremely friendly, personable and courteous, and a real pleasure to deal with.

Excellent facility. My experience here began after the storm Harvey in August of 17. Getting my household furnishings stored then was a major accomplishment and Angela was tremendously helpful. She was equally helpful over a year later when it was time for me to recover my possessions and refurnish my finally restored apartment. Angela is an outstanding representative of her company and sets an example for other employees to follow.

This location is wonderful - very convenient - and Angela was extraordinarily friendly during my initial set up process. She took time to show me the unit, explained the ins and outs of the facility, and was willing to answer absolutely any question I might have. Great experience with Life Storage throughout my moving process. I wasnt sure when I was going to close on my home, they had a great special for the month of November and worked with me when my rental pushed into December. They only charged me day rates and even allowed me to utilize the company van to get my things out of my storage building. Highly recommend.

This place piles on the fees and takes up a LOT of time.. Im not even getting a unit, my friend is, but its taken us half the day to get a unit and a truck and he is still being charged for a full day. Had to do all the leg work on getting information to them and they still charge an admin fee... Mind blowing how many excuses a company can make up on an invoice to charge their customer.Have all your insurance paperwork ready when you come and prepare to be bounced around locations of you need a truck. Had to go from Beaumont to Lumberton (a smaller town) for a truck and you are still charged for the extra miles.

Shelby, Katy, at location in Lumberton tx and Mrs. Anna who made reservation for me made my experience very welcoming and made sure i had all the info, space, equipment and help i needed. Plus let me know how safe my things are at that location. I wouldnt suggest any one to go anywhere else but here when needing storage!

Customer service was great. Very kind and professional. The Lumberton location was out of boxes but the manager allowed me to have there display boxes free of charge. Highly recommended life storage for your needs.
