Inventory level is low like most all bike shops during Covid. Staff very helpful. Will be checking back regularly.

Ive bought more than a dozen machines from Yamaha of Lumberton since 2006 and every transaction has been flawless. Its a rare occasion when a dealership owner is out greeting folks and working on the sales floor. Ive been out of the area for the past two years, but I plan on buying my next machine from them. Great service. With the pandemic going on this was the 3rd dealership that we went to. NO ONE HAD ANY QUADS! We stopped here about 45 minutes before they closed and the buying process was so easy. They only had one Polaris in stock and it’s my first new four wheeler so we got a 450. I did not want anything too powerful until I got used to a smaller one, and after hearing it and sitting on it for 10 minutes I said this was the one.I loved it here, we were not rushed by sales man like prey, and we were able to browse without being bothered. We didn’t plan to buy a four wheeler when we came in so being able to sit around and talk between ourselves was nice. When we were ready to pull the chord we said that we wanted to buy it and was out of the door before they closed. We have been pleased with every purchase over the years!! Junior is awesome!! Only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because the aggravation of receiving the “certificate “ once paid in full. After 2 weeks of “ I’ll put it in the mail today” we just drove the 6 hours to pick it up. Yes it was still on her desk. Very disappointing!!

Had a problem with one of the machines we bought. After 2 weeks of no returning phone calls and stalling, went and picked it up and fixed it myself. It’s a shame I have to spend more money on something that should’ve been covered under warranty.

The prices were the best, (by far) in the region. I was ready to settle for a used one when a neighbor drove up in my yard with a side by side. He let me know that he had shopped in two of the same stores that I had when he found the store in Lumberton. The prices were drastically better than other stores.The staff was mostly helpful and knowledgeable, especially when I was able to speak with the shop mechanic. I would highly recommend this store, (just like my neighbor did).One of the cons-Unfortunately, this was a near perfect experience with the exception of one event. One of the quads out front was being sold as “new”. The price was right, but the story didn’t add up. Upon further investigation, the quad had over 17 hours on it and there were vines wrapped around the inside of tire and axle. My confidence quickly declined, but was restored after viewing the prices of the actual new models.I started shopping at the beginning of November and priced several quads. When I saw the prices in Lumberton I was pleased.AA

Absolutely the worst customer service.

Service department is very unfriendly and very unprofessional. Trust me. Carry your business elsewhere. Every time I deal with them it’s like pulling teeth. They will never get my money or business again.

I was put on hold for almost 30 minutes. Got tired and just hung up. Worst service ever.

Dropped my wheel off to have a tube put in second day still no call saying it’s ready so I go up there at 5 o’clock still not ready and there excuse is they were busy assembling new inventory. But due to Covid19 there show room is closed. So In other words there service sucks! I will definitely go to Currie Chain Saw (HONDA) next time.

It was a great experience they have a excellent quality of inventory and the help that I received was great. I would recommend anyone interested in making a purchase for a 4 wheeler or quad. Yamaha of Lumberton is the place to go so go ahead check them out .

I have to say this is the most pathetic power sport shop on the East Coast! Every time you call there and ask for something their immediate response is no we don’t carry that we can order it and have it in three weeks to two months for you though! I will be writing to Yamaha corporate in New York State as well in the office in Iowa to make sure that this dealership is recognized for the worthless human beings that work there !!

I came in looking for a authentic Yamaha part for my wifes grizzly and the staff here were knowledgeable and very pleasant. They have a nice variety of new and used things here. The place was very clean and well stocked.

I’ve been threatening to buy a new bike for about 2 years now, I almost gave up. Having nothing to do last weekend I came here and had a wonderful conversation with the most pleasant salesperson. Even though Elizabeth wasn’t totally familiar with the new Yamaha Star Venture Transcontinental, I finally got, she was patient and gave me an unbelievable price. Even having spent the entire day with them, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had when purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks Elizabeth, the bike and your store are absolutely awesome!

I left paying less knowing they detected a problem, fixed it and it was safe to drive. I am very pleased with the service given for over seven years.

Ok. Went back after two years of not going here. Truthfully they have the best prices anywhere. No (as of now) destination charge or prep charge. My xmr 1000 wouldve been 1600.00 more elsewhere. Junior and his stqff were always friendly and so was the f and i girl. It even seems the service dept has under gone some changes both guy at the counter were friendly the younger one especially seemed eager to help and both the shop guys i met were friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy to spend my money closer to home and have gladly changed my rating on them. A big thanks to the crew there for helping me pick up my dreqm machine.

I recently purchased a Polaris 4 wheeler from here, great experience. Even when we had a little trouble with one of the lights on it they took it back and made necessary repairs with no problems. Would defiantly buy from here again!!

Brought a 2018 Yamaha 450.. best price in the area! Bubba was awesome, kept us informed of everything! We came close to closing but we was not rushed. Laura got the paperwork done quickly and Bubba stuck around way after closing making sure we was good. I highly recommend this store, you won’t be disappointed.

I called to inquire about a bike. They werent rude, but also werent very engaging. Like they didnt want to talk. Not a good impression.

Went in for a rear tire change. I supplied the tire. They were quick to do the change and the price was fair. The reason Im rating them 2 stars is because it was obvious to me that someone had taken it for a test drive. Leave your keys with them only if you have to.

Worse place I have ever been to. They pretend your not flirting with each other. After 20mins a police officer walks in and the rush him but forget the other people there.

This place is out there in regards to location but worth the drive. Massive selection of atvs SXSs and bikes. Great people who generally care about the product they sell. Good service dept. I missed my appt and they still got me in and out same day for my first service on my Yamaha Kodiak 700.

It was a good trip but the experience is a little too short it would be better if they give u tours of the place and how each vehicle was built

Wasn’t satisfied at all . For KTM maintenance I would recommend another ktm dealer 100 percent. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all and i had my bike there for a week and no feedback whatsoever. I picked it up with no diagnosis and no work done after a week of it sitting in the shop there. I would’ve been happy with a diagnosis and a phone call explaining the situation with the bike. Took it to another KTM dealer and was blown away with the difference in customer service .

Its the second time i came inside the store and Noone ask if i needed any help.

Was told they had parts in stock that I needed but when I drove almost an hour they didnt have what I needed

Tried selling my old dirt bike there after 1 year of not hearing from them. went to collect my dirt bike only to find out when i got home that the radiator coolant was empty and battery dead when i called and asked they said they could sell me some coolant and a new battery. all in all i would NOT recommend anyone this dealer because of the horrible customer service

They do good work, however they are extremely slow. It seems to be a lack of management. I have been waiting on common seals for 3 weeks, which worst case scenario could have gotten from California in 5 days tops. Take your parts with you because they have a huge bottleneck in there repair process. Other than that, satisfied with the quality of repair.

This is terrible place for the business I was looking for Canam Ryker this guy he was like this is what we got no test riding, without finish conversation he just walk off, but thanks God for the Baker in Fayetteville they let me do test ride and deliver to my house same day .

It makes me sick to my stomach knowing that I purchased my grizzly 450 from Yamaha of Lumberton, in then finding out the customer service side of this company is the worst costumer service that I have received anywhere I have ever been. I make the drive from Wilmington to have my four wheeler worked on thunking that a Yamaha dealer would be 5-star and professional but come to find out, my grizzly had been sitting for two months without ever being touched. This was after I had to call them, because I never received a call from the shop. I am highly disappointed in they way I was treated, in front of other customers when I went to pick up my grizzly, and I would NOT recommend this business to ANYONE purchasing/ repairing an ATV, etc.

Iv delt with Yamaha for years. Bought two atvs from the old location and when it was in that location years ago they were an awesome group. But in the last couple of years they have been of little to no help if you call and ask them a question about there products or if you go up there just looking not quite ready to buy you can expect no help getting to know the product. The customer service needs refoucused and evaluated. But for now Id carry my business to other places until some improvements are noticeable.

Really upset that I put money into a business like this. The owner charged me $500 for a clutch install on a 04 raptor 660! I dropped it off and asked them to call me with a quote on the repair before they fixed it ( because for some reason they could not give me a price when I dropped it off) I get a phone call two weeks later telling me my bike is ready for pick up.I asked how when they never even got my approval to go ahead with the repair bcs they never called me with a price. Clearly, I would NOT pay $500 for a clutch replacement when a clutch kit costs all of $30-$40 online!!I was not given the opportunity to approve or disapprove them fixing my bike subsequently, I was forced to pay $500 in order to get my bike back from them!Spoke with the owner and he blantanlty laughed in my face telling me that I wont find a cheaper clutch install anywhere after I told him $500 was entirely too much and I was overcharged!Terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service, this company is ran by an arrogant sorry excuse of a business owner. Do yourself a favor and give your money to a more genuine business who actually cares about their customers needs!
