Buying here was the biggest mistake of my life. We paid a little extra here because we were assured that we would be taken care of and that they go above and beyond. That has proved to be extremely false. We have received zero service from these people. They have not been honest or upheld their responsibilities after the sale. Just blame someone else and try to avoid you. We now have a brand new money pit. Didnt know they made and sold new handyman specials. Once they get your money they are done. Would never recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! PLEASE READToday I am writing this review to save someone else from the same aggravation and stress we just dealt with. I am not someone who writes reviews, but what took place was completely uncalled far. We have been in the market to purchase a new mobile home. We have already been approved with 21st. The plan was to TRADE the mobile home we have now, and use our land. Mind you I work for a title company and have years of expectancy in dealing with this sort of stuff. I had been in contact with Adam, at East Tex for about a week. He had promised us the models we wanted to look at were on display at the dealership..... Okay awesome. So we go in Saturday morning about 10:15 to start looking at what they had on the lot. Well they were supposed to have a Addison by Winston with the 4/3 floor plan.... not true it was the 3/2. So we looked around more and actual found one we liked better. It was priced at $149K but since he had just lost a sell on it, and had already ordered another one, he needed it gone. Prefect we thought, we are already approved, all we have to do is finish up a bit more paperwork and it would be down hill from there...... WRONG! Going in this we told him, we have a TRADE and we WANT to use our land. Well he makes us completely redo the credit app. Since this took place on a Saturday, we had to wait for things to be processed. Low and behold Monday rolls around! Bam a email from 21st, informing us we were not approved. Okay so I open the email, and note that there is NO TRADE listed. There is NO LAND listed..... BUT THERE IS A $7300.00 cash down payment noted on the app. We never once spoke about putting $7300 cash down. So I called 21st just to double check, and my thoughts were connect. Adam did not list our trade nor land. So I called Adam, to ask why he did not include the trade or land. He informed me, that we were not going to tell 21st we had a trade nor land. The reason was he did not want to do the hour worth of paperwork dealing with a trade and Land in Lou takes to long. As well as he could not answer where the $7300 cash was going to come from that was listed. Another question I had was about skirting, they only sell trailers not skirting he informed me. We would have to add the cost of skirting into the cost. So I had enough by this point, unfortunately I had left a copies of all the request documents from 21st with him on Saturday. I let him know I would be in to pick them up. I drove a hour to go pick up my documents, when I got there I had to wait, then he had the nerve to ask why I backed out. When I answered, it was due to him not wanting to take my trade and lying to 21st that I was going to just sell it, he got very rude and informed me he did not need to explain himself. That he had already spoken with me on Saturday, for four hours. I do not know if the other employees feel the same way about trades or land. But if your plan of going to this company to purchase a mobile home please know this first. I am not specking badly about the company, but what took place was uncalled for.
