The staff were very friendly, we also met the staff in auto repair, were terrific, the front to the back were great. Very happy, They got me the payment i wanted, Beautiful car. Yes i will recommend it to others, and we had walked away from the dealer, Kia, who wasnt interested in dealing and we come this next door. From the first call I made unit they put me in my new Outlander to dive off the lot, the staff at Mitsubishi of Lumberton were amazing. I spoke to the manger about purchasing my car over the phone. Then I dove almost two hours one way to buy my outlander. When I got to the dealership all three people were standing outside waiting on me. They had already pulled the Outlander and had it cleaned. I felt like I was VIP the whole time while there. All three worked together and my whole time there was probably little over a hour. It was well worth my trip and time to go to Crossroads!!!!!!

Great experience, not too busy so great personal attention, salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. They worked to get our payment where we wanted it and it only took about an hour and a half total. We will go back for our next purchase in future.

Arrived at the dealership and was promptly introduced to William Baker. William demonstrated excellent product knowledge and asked a series of questions that he used to help me find the perfect vehicle. Other dealerships I visited I felt rushed, this was not the case when dealing with William. William took his time and made sure everything was perfect, including making me and my daughter feel at home. Will definitely be returning to him from now on for all my automotive needs.
