Worst customer service ever,,, haven’t had ice for five days and every day u call they promise your on next days schedule and nothing,,, I’m going to call another company

Pulled into Murphy USA on Ramsey st Fayetteville NC and watched the delivery of ice being thrown off the truck into a barrel, missing several times and even hitting the side of the tub and busting open. Most bags were put into the ice cooler already busted and when the delivery personnel were being videotaped they responded it was late and in a hurry to get home. Guess the job isnt enough to care about the quality of the product they were deliverin . Wont buy any more from this or any location that supplies this ice.

Have been a customer for probably 20 years. They changed to a call in only, no route service a while back. And you call and you call, and they guarantee delivery every single day. But do you get it? No. So you call back and beg for ice. And they guarantee again. But do you get a delivery? No. I would not recommend to any business trying to serve its customers, because Reddy Ice doesnt care if you have ice. They just want you to sign a contract to only let them sell you ice. One of our managers begged for ice for 5 days straight, guaranteed ice every day. Youre on the schedule But instead we are out of ice for a full holiday week, and now I have to find a new ice company next week after my customers and our company have been disregarded. Do they care? No. Empty promises is all you get.
