I called on a Monday afternoon and the repair guys were at my home Tuesday morning. Christine & Tylor were great!!! They explained what was going on. I just contacted Southern Heating & Air due to my system not working in 90 degree weather, they responded quickly and had my system back up and running in no time at all. Next time I need service or a replacement system, Southern Heating will be my first call. Excellent Service, THANK YOU!!!
These guys are the best! They have helped me on multiple occasions with all different types of problems and they always do a FANTASTIC job. 1). They fixed my heat and air at my home on the same day I called. 2). They fixed my family members AC unit at their home within 24 hours of calling. 3). My heat stopped working at my Office last night and I called them and within 5-1/2 hours they fixed my heat. 4). They found and resolved a crawl space problem in about 30 minutes! I had already had 2 other service techs from different companys try to fix it but they failed and still charged me.-These guys are the best! I have attempted to contact Southern Heating and Air 5 separate times. A technician came to my home at 2pm to repair our furnace as it was blowing cold air, the furnace was working when the technician left but within an hour began blowing cold air again. I contacted Southern Heating and Air and was told that a technician would reach out to me shortly with an estimated time of arrival. It is currently 8pm and I have been attempting to contact a technician since 3:30pm. At 5pm I began speaking with their after hours answering service who sent 5 separate messages to contact me and classified the message as urgent. I was contacted by one individual at 6pm and was told that he had spoken with the technician at 5:50 and that he was on the way to our home. He gave me the technician’s number and told me to reach out to him for an estimated arrival time and that if he did not respond to reach back out and that he would contact him for me. I attempted to call the technician as well as the individual that called me 6 times over the course of 2.5 hours to no avail. It is the coldest night of the year so far with the low projected at 23 degrees and I am currently without heat.EDIT:The owner, Adam, contacted me and we scheduled a time for a technician to come out. Adam as well as another technician were at my home on time and identified the issue with my furnace that was previously unidentified. Adam apologized for the inconvenience that was accounted as several miscommunications. They have ordered the parts for my furnace and are set to arrive tomorrow morning to replace them.
Christian arrived as scheduled, assesssd the problem and made necessary repairs. Our association with Southern Heat/Air has been exceptional for 15+ years. Thank you.

I originally purchased my Trane Heatpack Air Con/Furnace from them in August of 2006. They have given me great service on the equipment, and in case of emergency came out quickly and fixed the unit. They have quality repairmen, personnel, and customer service.
I scheduled a service order because heat was out and blowing cold air. A snow Storm was approaching and I have a child in the home. The Company said there would be a tech here between 1 - 5pm. Called company at 445pm and I was told no matter what someone would be there tonight. Got a call from Tech Nate said he was on his way at 830pm at night and never showed up for service!!!!This company is very unprofessional, and is unaccountable for their actions, Lie and over book appointments to make money.
