The store is clean, nice variety of food that you cant find at other grocery stores. Bakery is the best around. They can make cakes that other bakerys cant ( dogs, rabbits, yule logs ).

Stopped by today and saw signs stating they were closing the Lumberton store. Will miss our Lowes Foods. There were very good deals today with 40% off of frozen foods. 😥

This is an awesome grocery store that has a large selection of products and has a salad bar, deli and bakery. They also have a large selection of fresh flowers for any occasion and balloons as well. Their fruit and produce are well stocked and fresh. You will find things here that you might not find at other grocery stores. The only problem I have with Lowes Food is the price, they are very expensive and they have lots of sale items but most of the time the sale price is higher than the nonsale price at other local grocery stores. All in all its a very nice place to get groceries if you dont mind paying double what other stores charge.

Best shopping experience. Especially for late night shoping... very secure...theres security personnel...they are overly cautious...abundance of caution u cld say...u can ask the gentleman to escort you out...regardless....nice people..I almost know all of them..still....great to see a new face

Always nice in the store. Employees there are very nice, helpful and professional. Some of the items are a little expensive and they have a nice salad bar.

Prices are actually pretty competitive with Walmart. Selection is way better. Store is way nicer to shop in.

The staff are nice, but no meat in the meat department and I bought a lb of rotten provolone cheese. Never going back! The fresh food is awful!

The employees here are awesome, the prices are good, and there are some great sales sometimes!

Only place that sells Seneca Apple chips! You gotta try them!

My granddaughters birthday was made special with the cakeTeresa McCarty decorated for her. She came up with a great idea to decorate a Rupunzel cake. It was a big hit.

Im giving this Lowes Foods locations a 2 of 5 stars simply for the convenience of being close to home for emergency items and friendly staff.Beyond those reasons I am not a fan of shopping here. Every single trip to this store has resulted in coming across items that have expired. Not just dry goods either, I took 6 bottles of chocolate milk that were all expired by 4 or more days.I have contacted corporate and did receive assurance that it would be looked into, however, a recent trip resulted in coming across produce that looked terrible and another two shelf items that had expired.Sadly my only other close option is Walmart and I would rather drive to Fayetteville then go shopping there.Hopefully theyll get their act together sooner vs later.

Went there today with my disabled child walking to find a western union. After walking for miles in the heat the lady had the nerve to tell me that the sender didnt put the letter E in my name so I wasnt able to feed my family. Very disrespectful
