Mike and his team were extremely professional and really went the extra mile to make sure my expectations were exceeded. They finished my backyard fence in less than 2 days, and even came back after the job was complete to repair and reinforce (at no additional cost!) a hole my escape artist dog had put in the fencing.

I called a couple of times to get an estimate for two properties. Left voice-mail, no one ever returned my calls.

These guys are very dependable and professional. They were very prompt on time and completed the job exactly when they said they would. I was very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend them.

I strongly suggest NOT using this fence company. My company paid him in full a head of time to make a repair that he quoted. he turned off his business phone and fax and refused to answer or return calls on his cell. after weeks attempting to reach Mike Turner, he stated he would return our money ($2501.00) and be done with this situation. that has been a month and 8 days ago. No Surprise, no return of our money, now he refuses to answer the phone. Save your money, this guy is a crook, he will not do what he says and will not communicate with you.Rebuttal to Response: Mr. Mike responded to my 1st request on 5/1/19, wrote an est and we proceeded to work with vendor to get repair approved. Per vendor request we issued payment to Mike Turner at Fence Solutions on 7/17, yes there was some back and forth with vendor to accommodate Mr. Mike to bypass the isn procedure, but Mr. Mike was give the go ahead on 8/6, at which time he again was requested to complete the required forms which he acknowledged, still have never received. Multiple non-answered/ non-returned calls, made contact by email 8/14- quoted repairs to be completed next week, again requested required contractors forms, no response. multiple emails & calls no response, email will call in a few mins 9/6 & 9/9 - no call, 9/10 after 9 non-answered text, we requested our money back, Mr. Mike responded they would mail out a check to return our money. at this time we have not received any refund of money paid for service, no work was ever done other than the free est. There were 23 non- answered emails, 2 non-answered fax, 1 certified mail - returned/refused, and at least that many phone calls and voice mails. This repair has been made to vendors satisfaction by another company.Again, Fence Solutions, was paid for a service they quoted, they are the ones that refused to do what they agreed to do, now they are refusing to return the money we paid them to do this work, and trying to blame us. The only time our vendor became angry with us, was when Fence Solutions refused to communicate and or start the repairs we paid them to do. After explaining this unfortunate situation, we selected another company to complete the work, our vendor was content with our response.Folks, use caution when selecting a contractor, i can provide documentation to support each and every statement I have made, Im sure Mr. Mike will try to discredit me, but Ive done nothing wrong. Waiting for refund, legal action pending.

I am so very satisfied and extremely pleased with my fence. Mr. Turner did and excellant job and in a very timely manner. I recommend him to anyone that wants a new fence. His prices were very reasonable. Thanks again for such a great job.

I was given a quote to put corrugated pipe on top of a 4ft fence. I purchased the material at Lowes the company picked it up and delivered it to the job site. The company rep acted like he was upset he was gonna have to work for the money my company was going to pay for the job. It also appeared the job was tougher than he thought. He said it was too hot to do the work that evening and he would be back first thing the next day at 7am. The next day I was on my way to the job site at 630, he called and stated he forgot he had a truck coming in that morning and he would be out later to do the work as agreed. Like the previous review, he never came to do the work and there is no answer at his business or cell phone. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

BEWARE!!!!!! Mike claimed he was authorized to buy and install Liftmaster gates. I paid him to install my solar gate. My gate only worked one week. For the last 3 months he gives excuses why he can’t come out. I contacted Liftmaster and was advised he is NOT an authorized dealer for Liftmaster . They also advised me that Liftmaster will not warranty the gate since it wasn’t a Liftmaster installer . They advised me that the only authorized dealer/installer near me is the Door Man out of Lumberton. So now I have a $7000 gate that will not work because Mike installed the wrong solar panel and for three months has other jobs he is doing instead of completing my gate. I will be taking legal action due to the money involved . So BEWARE if you want a warranty from Liftmaster, make sure you have an Authorized Dealer/installer do your work. If you’re not sure who a dealer/installer is just contact Liftmaster and they will verify for you.

Recently bought a house in Whiteville. I called Fence Solutions to have a chainlink fence installed. They came out the first day and gave me a quote. I agreed and was given a 3 day start date window. Well, here comes the final start date given and nothing. I call and call and no one answers. Finally, after 3 or 4 days past the max start date given, I finally call and say contact me by end of day, or someone else will do it. Still nothing. Stay away from this company. Completely unorganized and doesnt care about the customer or their quality of operation.

I would recommend and use Fence Solutions again, they were very professional with the installation of the gates and electronics to our property.

This Guy Mike is not only a liar but a Thief, I paid him ahead to give me an estimate to fix my fence, he never did and now he don’t answer my calls, stay away from this place.
