Wife went in today to Simply have a key carved and she literally stated that the person who answered the phone was the rudest person shes ever spoken to in her entire life over the phone. Do not call rudeness should never be rewarded..

I called with a simple question and received an extremely rude comment then to be hung up on. My question was inquiring on the price of a Yamaha motorcycle key parts and labor. The guy responded with $3.00, like 1, 2, 3. I asked what the cost to have it cut was and his response. Im not in the motorcycle business, I dont sell parts and labor, I just have one price. As I start to confirm the total and that he has one in stock he hangs up. Needless to say, I have taken my business to a different location and will never recommend this business to anyone.

Rudest people Ive ever talked to. I had planned to go there during my lunch break to get a key cut, but Ill just stay at work and keep my $65. How people manage to run a business with such a bad attitude is beyond me!
