After being frustrated at another dealership I looked into Nissan Of Lumberton for a new to me vehicle. I went and the lady at the check in desk was very nice and pointed me and my parents into the direction of a very nice salesman named Dean. He was very friendly and welcoming to helping me find that perfect car to replace the one I just got rid of. They worked with me and came to an agreement on a payment plan option based on my credit. I appreciate how helpful everyone was that we came in contact with and I would highly recommend πŸ‘Œ

This is by far the worst car dealer I have ever deat with. I purchased a 2021 Nissan Altima and the warning lights have been on since the first week of purchase. the car had 9 miles when purchased still in plastic. I have been lied to by several associates. They have taken my car to the shop at least 6 times and it’s never been fixed. The service staff is terrible and find it funny they ober looked my car to be serviced. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM NISSAN OF LUMBERTON

My wife and I broke down in Lumberton on the way home from a wedding. We were not in a Nissan, but happened to be driving by this dealership so pulled in and left the car in the parking lot overnight.The people at Nissan Lumberton could not have been more incredible. They fixed our car for a reasonable price, and then when we arrived realized there was something else that needed to be fixed before it could be driven. Since this meant we have to drive back to Wilmington, and then back to Lumberton again the next day, they covered our dinner to make up for this!Everyone we spoke to was so incredible and helpful. It is always great when a bad situation can turn into a good one, and Nissan of Lumberton did that!

Whoever worked on/moved my car left smudges on my car seat, reset my computer presets, took my spare change from my cup holder area, and left their car charger on my console. I don’t care about the spare change, it was less than a dollar. It’s the principle that I care about. When someone works on your car you trust them with your personal property. Those who violate that trust need to be held accountable.

Could not post with placing at least one star, but with the way this company treats their customers i would gladly give them NEGATIVE 5 stars if possible!!!! Worst customer service i have ever encountered!!!!!Bought a brand new 2021 Nissan Altima SR. Three days after driving off the lot check engine as well as other lights came on. Took the car back to Nissan, who then proceeded to send me home with the malfunctioning car and tell me that they will call me to bring it in for service. Never hear from them. Have to take the car BACK to the lot 3 days later and leave it there for them to fix. Mechanic did not place computer on car until after a week of having it.After having the car for 2 weeks get a call that car is fixed. Go to pick up car and more lights are on then when the car was originally dropped off.Now, it has been over a month. We have already had to make one car payment on a car that we drove less than a week. We have not heard anything out of Nissan of Lumberton. They will not help us with a rental.

A part (horn) was replaced that did not need replacing considering it was the wiring that had issues and not the product itself. It was done without my approval and I was not given an option to have the horn thrown together with a button horn or to pay more money to get the original horn (wiring) repaired. The vehicle was there over a week and when it was ready for pickup, they had to keep the car for an extra hour because they did not put the panel back together when they went in to connect wires.Customer service was great (Ashley) however, the quality of repair was poorly done. There is lack of communication and poor responses. I am still waiting to hear back from the manager (Dwayne) on how to resolve this issue.

Called this morning to schedule a oil change and the receptionist acted as if I was interrupting her coffee break. Who answers the phone and automatic starts sighing? If you dont want to be there then go home I thought it was your job to answer the phone. Had considered purchasing a new car but I think not after this type of service.

Our experience with Nissan Lumberton was awful. I have never written a review on anything before so this is a first.We had our truck towed on a Sunday night with a promise from the service department it would be first in line on Monday. It wasn’t even looked at until Thursday morning!A new fuel pump was supposedly the problem. Five days and $1000 later we got the truck back.Took it by to put gas in on the way home and the gas poured out on the ground as fast as we put it in!We had to get on the ground at the service station to repair filler nozzle which was not reconnected by the service department!Never, never again!

The salesman who helped us out was really nice, but we had looked at a car on their website and when we had went to talk numbers about the car, they wanted almost 3k more than what the website had listed. They didn’t even want to honor the mistake that they had made, especially because the price had been the same for at least two weeks. Management wouldn’t budge on the price which was also extremely disappointing because what are you expecting when you go to a car lot where they don’t put prices on the cars. You’re believing what the website says, it’s your fault you made the mistake.

I went in searching for a vehicle specifically a pick up Ive wanted one for about 20 yrs, initially the feedback made me believe Id better walk cause they cant help me with my credit score. I am pleasantly pleased, surprised and thankful. This dealership showed me something I had not seen in all the years Ive bought cars. There was no pressure, they dont try to sell you what you dont want, ok maybe you need to be flexible on color options etc but otherwise they dont send you home with vehicle only to tell you a week later bring it back, they seem pretty sincere and honest for a dealership and I gave them 5 stars for the overall way I was treated greeted and taken care of. Only negative comment is they are so slow sometimes though they are super busy when you see salesmen running and multi-tasking that says they might need more salesmen. Very satisfied thank you Kieth, Randy, Paul and the staff at Nissan of Lumberton even the gentleman with the black Army hat, for proving me wrong. Me n my Nissan Frontier couldnt be happier.

I’m so upset with the lies this dealership has told me, truly unbelievable. Yesterday I spoke with Corey about the promotion that’s started Friday. The β€œ We will payoff your trade no matter what is owed....” Corey verified everything including what was owed on my vehicle and that I would be able to proceed with the promo for 2020 Nissan Altima w/ my trade and negative equity being paid off for under $22,000. This was a bold face lie. I came and sat with Ricky- who had no ideal of the promo and made me show him so he could go ask about it. The β€œ We will payoff your trade no matter what is owed” when it came to numbers was non-existent. They literally tried to place my loan right back on to a new vehicle. Essentially meaning - I would pay off my own trade. The price of 22,000 skyrocketed to 35,000. And I had a check from Navy Federal in my wallet. To top it off Corey would not even come from the back to speak with me about his inaccurate information, and he knew I was driving 1 hr + away

Oil change was fine. The issue I have been having has lasted a year..I have been trying to get my 2 ND key fob since I bought my car back in 2019. First the salesman needed time to find it then never contacted me and then come to find out he no longer worked there..called on 4 occasions and spoke with service manager Dawn who said she will take care of it with my next service appointment. Well now apparently its an issue and I still have no spare key fob. This will be my LAST experience buying a Nissan. Its very disappointing receiving this type of treatment. I am a single mother and dont have time for this.

Checked in and was immediately rushed. No questions about what I was there for. I asked for a tire rotation and a oil change. I used to get a free car wash and a explanation of my car needs . I was only called to let me know my car was done. No explanation of what the status my cars condition was in. I appreciate the free oil change, but the personal approach was very bad.

I was dissatisfied. The gentleman that checked me in was nice but thats the only compliment I have for them. I waited about 15 minutes to be checked in. I called later to speak with them and I had a very hard time getting thru to them I had to call 7 times to even speak with someone to be connected to service. I kept getting a message saying the voice-mail for that extension wasnt available. I didnt speak with anyone to send me to a voice-mail. They dont do complimentary vacuum or wash. There wasnt even paper in my floor board to keep grease from their shoes getting on my carpet. I didnt wait on my vehicle because of Covid19 that is going around the dealership

I can honestly say that my visit to Nissan of Lumberton was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had when trying to buy a new car. Not only did I walk away without a car for my daughter but I had credit inquiries from 12 different banks and credit unions and they tried to overprice the vehicle by thousands of dollars, all while coming to the negotiation table with a printed Smiley face and a CONGRATS, like I was going to accept their ridiculous offer. Thanks for nothing, Ill take my business elsewhere!
