Wait time was a bit much. And a recall that was on my truck was not mentioned until later, which made my wait longer. The recall info should have been sent to me from the manufacturer. The service center personnel were very professional. I waited from 7:30 am to 11 am.

I traded in a truck here on July 3rd. Finance manager said they would take care of swapping over insurance to my new vehicle, paying off my old loan and sending me copies of all of the paperwork by mail. It’s 14 days later and I have yet to receive anything. My loan on my old trade in is still not paid. Called my insurance myself and they have yet to swap my insurance over. Very terrible experience here.

Didnt do a thing that was asked. The computer was supposed to be reset, and we were supposed to be told what was wrong with my car. Instead we were charged the money and given a b.s. answer for what was wrong. No evidence to back it up.

I just purchased a 21 silverado from JM Chevrolet. I live over 4 hours away from the dealership, and the salesman (Mario), was able to complete the sale via phone/text msgs. The process was very easy, and most of all there was no high pressure sales. We worked out a price that we were both comfortable with, and closed the deal. This was my first time purchasing from a dealership and I recommend not going here, especially if you are an out of state purchaser. I purchased the car on 12/9/20 (at a listed agreed upon price for all taxes and fees). When I went to register the vehicle 19 days later on 12/28/20, the tax collector informed me that they had not received the needed paperwork for registering the vehicle in the state of Florida. After getting ahold of the dealership they told me it had not been sent and that they had under charged me for taxes and fees due to a software error. Because of this I was not able to incorporate the additional cost into financing and was forced to pay out of pocket.

I’m moving overseas for 4 years, and my wife will be spending a lot of time here in Nacogdoches taking care of her aging parents. So it was time for the 15 year old BMW to go.I located the dealership online, identified the car I was interested in, and submitted the majority of paperwork online through their website.Mario met us on the lot a few hours later, and helped us narrow down to the 2018 Traverse. He knew everything about the car and was very helpful. Nathaniel moved us through the paperwork with ease, was very friendly and helpful. Within 12 hours of starting to find a car we were driving away, couldn’t be more pleased.Now there’s always risks buying used. So getting the right warranty is critical. We chose a pre certified car to further reduce risk of reliability problems. A couple of days after taking delivery, the check engine light comes on, and that’s when the 5 star rating started trending down.I found a mechanic’s flashlight in the engine compartment, just about where the check engine code was complaining...not a good sign. So much for pre certified right? So I performed my own detailed inspection to ensure I hadn’t bought a lemon.Long story short, I made a service appointment, met Ruben at the counter and he took note of the issues. Same day they had me back on the road. Had they did a more thorough inspection it would have saved me 24 hours and earned them 5 rather than 4 stars. Overall a good experience, hopefully this review will help them improve 🤓

I had a great experience with the service department. A salesman sold the truck I was looking at after I told him I was interested in making a deal. I told him to look at my truck that is in the service dept. and see what I can get for a trade. If the numbers are right I will buy the new truck. When I got back to pick up my truck he said someone came in after me and bought the new truck. I went to Conroe and bought a new truck. I will have it serviced at JM but will not buy from them.

Exceptional staff and service

I took them my 2018 Silverado to have warranty work done on it and it was diagnosed that day and was repaired the next. All the staff was really friendly and helped make this a smooth and easy process. I normally do all of my own repairs and was a little nervous about allowing a dealership to do them since I didn’t purchase it directly from them and I know some dealers will make you wait a while. But JM did great work and did it quick along with giving my truck a wash. Will definitely use them again if anything else were to happen.

Went there today to buy a truck they did little negotiation on the truck we liked, which was fine . But the price they offered me on my trade was INSULTING!! It was a Chevrolet truck and the dodge place down the road offered 6000.00 more for my trade than this place!!!!! What a rip off and what a joke! Will never step foot in here again

They did not have a record of my appointment when I arrived. They kept asking if I was sure I knew where I made my appointment.

This is the first time I have to complain! My vehicle was serviced well as normal. When they got thru with the service it was not washed! They never told us the car wash was broken. They let us go home. When I got home and saw that it had not been washed I called back and was told to bring It in and they would wash it! It isn’t that big a deal but I have come to expect it being done. Just one of the things that make the service complete.

The warranty/recall service was done in a timely manner and the service counter employees were friendly.I deducted two stars (but am tempted to give them one star) because of misleading and dishonest up selling. I received the phone call letting me know my truck was ready to be picked up. During this call, the service advisor told me my front end was out of alignment and suggested I have the service done ($79.95). His wording was out of alignment and not falling outside the ideal specifications of a perfectly aligned front end. I declined because I have an inherent distrust of car dealerships. See the attached image, which is part of the report I received when I picked up my truck today.

First I got a flyer in the mail...ugh, gimmick, right? WRONG, boy was I wrong. We drove 75 miles to check them out....well worth it!!It was pouring down rain. We had questions but didnt want to get out in it, then appeared an umbrella with a smiling fellow named Ray DeJesus offering to answer any questions we had.The rest is history. Although the sales consultant that tried to help me was very nice, the finance manager was quick to talk down about him. He was not a team player. They did not try to help me at all. They only want you to sign the paper work and get out of their office. I am disgusted with how my experience went at JM and I will not be returning!

I probably dont have enough room to relay everything I need to say about the service I have received from JM’s Service Department. Is there a word better than stellar? Because that was my experience both times I took my car in for major repairs. They were informative about my repairs, kept me up to date, and above all, they were so kind and attentive to me in regards to my dire situation with my car. I cannot say enough, just how grateful I am to Jeremy the Service Manager, Jesse my Service Consultant, and all the mechanics that tirelessly worked on my car (it was bad, yall) for going above and beyond. They made sure everything was repaired and I was back on the road with peace of mind that my car will get me where I need to go.. you cant buy that folks, and I will be forever grateful. My rating is based on my personal buying experience in whole. The Salesmen all had great personalities and were very inviting and eager to sell. The process and procedures in closing the sale was unusual to me. We asked for copies of all documents we signed and were denied. We were told that they would be mailed? Via postal service. We received the mailed documents approximately 3 weeks later. Hazardous step up areas on the sales floor, the facility was not clean, coffee maker pot was broken in waiting area, costumers personal information was left exposed, insufficient parking space. Also do not like that the Salesmen insist on setting up personal accounts such as: My Chevrolet, OnStar and Insurance. Theses are things that are personal for me and should be done at my own discretion. Anything that requires a username and password should be set up by the costumer, unless the costumer has requested assistance. My preference. Etc... Costumers were being routed through a work area, where plumbing repairs were being done and equipment was in the walkway. There was another route that could have been taken.

My water pump went out on my car last week i work all day and we have trial coming up so I did not have time to call so my grandpa said he would call for me and get and estimate on what it would cost to have the water pump replaced. When he called the lady he talked to said that all the techs where out to lunch but that she would give them the message to call him back we’ll 2 o’clock rolls around and no one had called him back yet so he called again and the lady said they where still all out to lunch. Your techs are losing you business by not returning phone calls promptly.
