Had a radiator blow out on me today just south of corrigan on my way to Nacodoches from Cleveland. Luckily I was able to stop at a truck stop and jb weld the crack on my radiator. This repair got me just far enough to get to this auto parts store. I had called ahead to make sure they could have a radiator for me when I got there. They had to transfer the part from another store but it was there ready by the time I got there. Unfortunately it was not the correct one exactly. Mike was able to find one nearby at a dealer and was awesome enough to go pick it up for me. They let me change the part in the parking lot! It was hot outside and they even offered me a bottle of water! This was excellent service from all 3 people working that day. They all helped anyway they could. I was very happy and satisfied with my experience there although it was not a great day having these issues In The first place. I would highly recommend this place above all other auto parts stores. I wish we had one located in Cleveland near my house. A big thanks to Mike and the other 2 that worked with him today!

I can not say how much of a God send Mike and Amanda are. I was stranded and had nothing while I was in Lufkin. I wasnt a shopper I was a lost soul. I needed a place to rest but every business on the strip told me to move on. Mike and Amanda welcomed me to sit and rest outside. They even brought me and my dog water. After a lil bit they even brought me a subway sandwich. I was almost in tears at their generosity. When I thought the Lord couldnt bless me more, I was trying to find a way to get back home to Tyler, and Mike offered me a ride. He got off work, loaded me and my dog into his truck and drove us to Tyler, just so I wouldnt be stranded. ABC Auto you have 2 of the best humans in the world working at your Lufkin store and they deserve to know how much they mean to me and the world.

The store is new so it is clean and well organized. When I went in I knew what I needed, so I got it and went to the counter. At the counter one employee was checking out another. I figured he was off the clock and just making a purchase because neither of them acknowledged myself and 2 other customers waiting in line. The transaction took a while because his card wouldnt work. When the transaction was finally complete the gentleman stepped behind the counter and directed me to the register he had just been at and started helping someone else. So, he was making a purchase on the clock and neither of them acknowledged the customers that were waiting. I like ABC Auto Parts, but you guys have to take care of customers before doing employee transactions on the clock.

The gentleman were very helpful and friendly. I had compared prices at home online and found they beat the others. They were very helpful. They have my business from now on.

They know parts better than the other guys.
