This location is the gold standard when it comes to cleanliness and organization. I was only there to visit the garden center but was so impressed I had to put my items in my vehicle just to return to the other side. After walking the main store I can say without a doubt, all home depots should look like this one. The homer buckets were in 1 location, not at the end of every isle getting in the way. The top to bottom organization is blue ribbon quality. If youre in a hurry, this is the place to get in and get out. The Lufkin, TX Home Depot managers should receive some sort of recognition for the outstanding appeal.

Working with cabinet/countertop people and am confident they have the product knowledge and installation experience to get the job done properly but...they fall short on follow-up. Hence, the lower rating. I find it necessary to stay behind them to keep me informed of deliveries and work schedules. Very frustrating AND, unfortunately, seems to be the case for many service related businesses. TIP: Good, proper service + speedy completion time = happy customers = good ratings = more customers!! Pretty simple.

I found what I was looking for and then other items I needed or wanted. The store was clean. Every employee I came across greeted me and asked if I needed help. When I did need assistance they were pleasant and didnt hesitate.It just seems every thing is expensive. But since mostly what I purchased was one time only and cleaning supplies AND I found everything at Home Depot...5 stars and willing to pay a few pennies more.

When buying a extended protection plan from The Home Depot what is a reasonable amount of time to fix a washing machine? It’s been over three and a half months “4/31/21” and still no resolution! They have sent 4 or 5 different people out to work on it! We have talked to 2 managers the one my brother talked to today said he would let him know something so we will see!The corporate number they gave just keeps saying stay on the line! Last email said they will be sending someone back out 8/30 to look at it🤦‍♂️ There protection plan is a joke don’t waste your money!!

Very organized, was able to find what I need real fast

We walked in looking for a lamp part. We were immediately helped! By 3 people!! Cashier led us to a lady who call someone to the front. Who within minutes showed up and took us to the place to look and helped us look!! That my friend is called TEAM WORK!! I was very impressed. I USE TO SHOP at Lowes. But after today, (and I might add HOME Depot did not have the part) and I will still do my shopping there!! Thank you for helping my mother and I. 3/30/21 @ 1:15pm Wish I would have gotten names!

On 4/6 we spoke to a local employee about getting a bid for windows. He told us he would create a ticket and someone would be in touch. That still has not happened. Today I called the customer support number and the automated voice told me to go to my local Home Depot and then hung up. Ive never written a bad review but this is horrible service and I will not return to this store

Needed a narrow vanity. I called to see if they had one 18 1/2 inches wide. The lady was extremely helpful and gave me the item number to look at it online. She said it was in stock. Its perfect. Great customer service.

Went to Home Depot this morning after leaving Lowe’s to get a can of paint. I had went to Lowe’s first to get the paint but the lady at Lowe’s they had working the paint booth was very rude. The Man working at Home Depot was very polite and asked if I needed help before I even reached the paint area. Think I will just skip Lowe’s as my first go to from now on and just go to Home Depot as my first pick and when Home Depot is missing the items I need Lowe’s will be my second choice if I can’t get it from one of the local lumber stores.

I would think that when threatening weather is forecast days in advance a good store manager would order crisis situation needed items in advance, but it never seems to happen.

Went in to buy outdoor carpet the sales lady said she would get someone to help me. Waited ten minutes ask another sales person they said they didnt know how to get it down would go get someone to help me waited 5 minutes and the went home.

My go-to DIY supply store. Im a fan of the Ryobi brand for the low cost to entry for tools. In the past few years, I have been upgrading to Rigid because of the free lifetime warranty. Both of these brands are exclusively at Home Depot, which lets me know they are about quality products at a fair price. If you are looking for tools or building supplies, I recommend checking out The Home Depot.

So dont just ignore us.We come because we need to purchase items also. I am giving 2 stars only because of the local store in Lufkin, TX. I go there and it is good. I WILL however NEVER shop online again.1. If you order online you have 45 min to cancel your order.2 they show estimated shipping, doesnt happen and nowhere near the online support of other online sellers.3. waited 55 min. on hold for customer service, took 2 days (due to high volume) to get text messages (if you try that route) that were mostly computer generated to refer you to faqs on their website. Difficult if not nearly impossible to get a human and when you do they cannot tell you anything more than what is online that you dont already know.4. Said if not cancelled before 45min. even if product has not shipped, you have to receive it no matter when or how long it takes to ship, 2 weeks, 3 weeks doesnt matter and cannot give you an actual ship date (that is realistic) just keeps changing the date when you track it on their website. Who does this?5. You are required to then return it and in the mean time order again from someone else who gets it to you before they do.Laziest corporate, no contacting, worthless manager who set this online ordering up fools....useless compared to Amazon, or any other company I buy from online. Setup to be an automated disaster. And they do 6.6 billion in sales?

We purchase the majority of our building supplies from this location. Great service and personnel. Prices are always great!
