I bought a car and October of 2020 and I bought it here because Ive always had a good experience Ive had a car a whole year before I had any problems with it well I bought a car and it has problems with it and Ive only had it since October 2020 list clicking noise.... thats when I bought it. It turned out to be the AC condenser air compressor whatever I have to wait to fix that because its going to cost me anywhere from $1,200 to $1,800 to fix a couple days later Im driving along the street and I stall on 50th I have to push the car to safety and then get it home another couple of blocks and it turns out its the alternator 9 months Ive had this Jeep and Ive put a battery in it a battery in my key and now I have a c and an alternator to add Im on a fixed income and I just wanted a car to last at least a year I paid $13,000 for that car another 2,000 car insurance I cant even drive it, Hayes is a disappointment. 😔

1/8/21. Went to Hayes in the morning to look a vehicle. I was approached by Toby Clement and told him what I was in the market for. It was pretty cold so I insisted he could go inside, but he insisted he wanted to be with me no matter what the weather conditions were. Toby knew every vehicles price, mileage, and year by heart, which I thought was pretty impressive.He wasn’t pushy, nosy, or annoying. He was professional and very friendly to any questions I had. I probably asked him every cars price and he didn’t mind answering every single one. He was patient and made me feel very welcomed to be there. He recommended another lot of theirs to check out and I found the perfect truck.They worked with me to get it down to a number I liked, but after thinking about it I realized I was a little over my head. They fully understood and didn’t treat me any different so I went ahead a found a SUV that was lower in price and even had 3rd row seating!I got a low price on payments, and was able to put down a low decent down payment as well.I’ve shopped around Lubbock, and by far Hayes has the one of the best quality of vehicles I’ve seen. If you want to find a vehicle with low prices and low mileage then this is definitely the place.Thank you Toby for all the help! I had been intently shopping, seeking an F-250 to replace my F-150. I had purchased a new travel trailer and my F-150 was having issues controlling the trailer in slight winds and when Semis passed by.Being close to retirement my budget was limited and I was prepared to give up some of the bells and whistles I had enjoyed on my F-150s. I quickly realized the only late model F-250s I could afford were white basic work trucks or high mileage trucks. When I finally found some trucks that I thought were acceptable, and went to look at them they were either abused, or that truck sold, or “that’s a Fleet price”…. I was really becoming frustrated. So I extended my search out to 300 miles. AM I GLAD I DID!!! I found this 2019 F-250 with only 9,800 miles and she has chrome and sparkly black paint. An extra seat for my dog (the one in the picture with the big droolin smile!). It has every hitch and hauling option I could ever have wanted. I immediately called and talked to Thad. I explained my budgetary predicament and he said if I would send him pictures of my truck he could put together a deal and when it came to delivery, he said they would even deliver it!!! In short time we had worked out all the dirty details and Thad had also found the lowest APR available. I was so excited, we decided to meet the driver half way. It all worked out so EASY. The truck was MORE than I ever expected. Fair and honest.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
