We came into Home Zone looking for a fireplace. We asked if they had any available and we’re told that they could see if any of the pieces they had on the show floor would accommodate one. Luckily we had found a beautiful tv stand that did! The girls were very friendly and so helpful! I am so happy that we took a chance to stop and look at Home Zone after we had gone to other places with no luck! Thank you ladies so much! I definitely recommend Home Zone!!!

I was introduced to The Home Zone by my son and daughter in law as I was moving to Lubbock from WA state, a couple of months ago. I was arriving in Texas with virtually no furniture or appliances. I quickly found that most of the local stores both large and small, not only had little to nothing in stock, (appliances and furniture), were quoting extremely long delivery lead times (three to six months in some cases), and the customer service was deplorable. Lauren/The Home Zone met almost every single one of my needs, at least half a dozen times in the last two months, it started with an emergency delivery of a refrigerator, delivered upon my arrival into town, followed by two complete bedroom sets, open bookcase, sofa set, coffee table and an end table. ALL of these items were in stock AND were delivered within days of me picking them out! The quality of these items was good. The customer service that I experienced was above and beyond, across the board! Extraordinary and exceptional! They are amazing! I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love my couches that we have purchased here. We had been looking for over a month for couches we had gone just about everywhere with no luck, then we stopped at homezone found what we wanted and picked up the next day. Also the furniture is super affordable and customer service is amazing!

We ordered a couch for my sons first college apartment. I was able to place the order over the phone from a different city, I spoke with Lauren, who answered all my questions and was so sweet and helpful. Delivery was prompt and the guys were so nice, even though I accidentally sent them to the wrong address 😳. Great experience, will definitely purchase here again.

Our microwave broke and we couldnt find the same one anywhere. I live 3 hours away in New Mexico and happened to be taking a trip to Lubbock so figured Id check online to see if someone there might have one. The Home Zone responded online to a message immediately. A few minutes later I received a text and gave my information to Felicia. A short while after, I got another text saying they had located the same exact one and at a lower rate then what I was being quoted in New Mexico. I was asked for a deposit to secure the microwave being that I was going to arrive on a Saturday. When I got there, microwave was sitting right at the front, got to meet Felicia (and another nice lady whos name I did not get) they took payment, cashed me out and I was on my way. I rarely give Google reviews but on this one, the greatest compliment I could say is that Felicia and The Home Zone stood true to everything that was said from beginning to end. You dont really see that anymore. Thanks again!

I decided on the GE 27 cu ft French door which they had in stock. The following day they delivered and installed it. Felicia made the transaction quick and the delivery team was very professional. This is the best place in Lubbock to buy your furniture. We bought a living room set from them over 10 years ago that has lasted. We recently went in a bought new furniture for our living room. They have a huge selection to choose from and the prices are great! Lauren the manager is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Ive bought my washer and dryer, flat screen T.V., couch, love seat and recliners here AND refrigerator and dishwasher... Long since have paid them off and all are still working great.
