The sales clerks in this store are always so helpful. They help you choose the correct paint for a project. They spend time going over different techniques and styles of painting that are helpful for your project. I have confidence in their suggestions. I recommend that you visit this store whenever you have a painting question and especially when you want an excellent paint product. Ive been to many paint stores and Sherwin-Williams stores in PA and in SC, this store is truly the best for customer service and products.

I am no painter and dont claim to be. However, I have overseen enough paint jobs to know, Dont waste your money or effort on anything but Sherwin Williams paint! This location provides great service.

I visited the Lower Burrell store 3 times in the past few years. The first time the clerk looked at me and picked up the phone and talked to someone about the previous days sales, etc. He was on the phone for several minutes without acknowledging me so I left. The second time everyone was in the back room which sounded like a party, no one bothered to look out to see me. I left. The third time I went in and asked about borders. the employee pointed to the other side of BBC the store and turned his back, seemingly uninterested. I didnt purchase anything then either. I had fire damage in my house a few years ago and the contractor purchased all my paint there so, since I liked the paint I decided to try the store one last time . I was very surprised and pleased with the experience

Luke was amazing to work with. He actually carried the 5 gallon paint buckets to and from the car for me. Talk about customer service! This is my go to paint store from now on. Thanks for the great service.

Never been there. My girlfriend lives next door. It would be nice if they closed their dumpster. I get tired of picking up their GARBAGE after a windy day

I would tell them that Justin was very kind and efficient on the phone. He was able to easily access paint purchase information from 2016 so that I could buy the same paint for this year. I went to the store and the was able to purchase the same paint. I appreciate the saved data base for my purchase. Justin was well informed and courteous. The process was easy and pleasant due to Justins helpful and kind heart, and his expertise.

Most of the Reps at Sherwin-Williams are very knowledgeable. The nice thing is if you stick with the same store your paint will match each time. I just think Sherwin-Williams is pricing themselves out of the market and that there are other companies with products close or similar to Sherwin-Williams that cost a good bit less.

Want the best quality paint out there, shop the Lower Burrell, PA Sherwin-Williams store. The customer service and quality are the best. Might pay more but you know the saying you get what you pay for is the statement made for this paint. Nothing out there like this quality.
