I am always supposed dollar tree store, if do have much things I want but I like to join and buy whatever I found. Today! I really disappointed with one employee, I think she new, she seen don’t understand English well. I asked her if she have other kind of graduation from what I found, she keeps giving me the same balloons. I say no and I decided to take four different balloons that I found for my both kids graduation. I leave it with her because I need to look for something else. When I went to check out I haven’t pay attention that she changed my balloons to other the same balloons with out my permission. Head balloon I want for my older son hight school graduation. I tell the true that my heart been jam and really made. I have a good day but she make my day sad. I want to go to pointing her face and asking her why she did that.

When I lived in NJ, I had the privilege of shopping at one of the greatest Dollar Tree stores. I wish that store was around here where I live now.

I had a great experience they didnt have something in stock and they took their time to go check in the back for it and they found it 😊

Evertime I have visited this store in recent times, it hasnt been that great. The store is always crowded. The shelves are always messy and in disarray. The employees are always nice and I dont blame them for the general unorganized state of the store, I feel as if there is never enough of them to be able to keep up with the busy-ness.

Always clean and well stocked. Everyone is friendly and nice. Pretty impressed with this location.

Unfortunately that is the worst Dollar Tree that Ive ever been. Everything unorganized but the worst was the lack of hygiene. The floors were filthy with merchandise all over it and with grease spots all over the isles. The main entrance door was disgusting and the parking with trash all over the floor. It was the 1st and last visit.

Not bad but less options compare to other stores

Could use a lot more organized tactics here for the setting of there merchandise. Also, it was a struggle to find essential items during this global pandemic which is the reason behind the medium rating I do hope to visit again soon.

This Dollar tree is okay, the staff is extremely helpful and kind. Its smaller than some of the better locations & doesnt have as much stock. Some items, especially seasonal, run out quickly.

The site is disgusting that I have ever been at they never mop it and managers talk down and bully the workers.

Busy store, good for something you need quickly

Couldn’t find anything and for some reason one of the ladies who was stocking the isles kept yelling about “chopped liver”

This Dollar Tree is not one of the better ones.. Its on Gorham St in Lowell, Ma and kind of a dump. Prefer the on in Nashua, NH. Just better and bigger, better stocked. But it is what it is, everything for a buck. Cant expect all that. Lol

There line of work and there products are cheap and efficient

Recommended for budget customers

Smaller than the typical Dollar Tree with a matching smaller parking lot that can easily become full during peak times. But, it is the only Dollar Tree in Lowell and does carry most of the standard Dollar Tree inventory. Cant complain too much when everything is $1.

Glorianna the women at the register was extremely rude did not greet us when we approached the register and wasnt staying focused on her job which was to scan our items and give us our money its very unfortunate becuae we shop here all the time for that we will no longer be coming to this location and will instead be going to dollar General ps. Youre very under staffed and have very unprofessional and rude people working

Even with covid-19 going on, everyone is courteous and happy!

Occasionally when I go there’s more things at this location than I’ve seen at other Dollar Trees. But, the cashiers in this location are awful. A few weeks ago I went and the cashiers were complaining to one another about how they wanted to go home, in front of customers, and my cashier openly was checking her phone while ringing in my items. The last time I went, I was openly sassed by the cashier for just telling her I had changed my mind on a product.

One would think with so many bare shelves, that there might be a pending storm⛈ ☔️ But no, It’s quite a popular spot to pick up last minute items or anyone on a budget. Or better yet the frugal type... and their employees work hard too. You can just tell #gohere #hitlike on your way out. And thanks😜

I went in to buy a couple of things and when I checked out, I placed my basket on the belt for a bit. I was putting my phone in my pocket so that it wouldn’t fall and break. The cashier had the audacity to comment. “This is exactly like a supermarket. You need to take your items out of the cart, this isn’t any different. Some people these days.” She continued to keep making rude remarks. She saw that I was Asian and thought I didn’t understand.Maybe if she worked hard in school, she wouldn’t be working as a cashier at Dollar Tree and being rude and salty to everyone. :) don’t need to take your anger out on me!P.S. She’s the one on the heavier side

One thing i KNOW is if you ask for laurie or Amanda for anything, they will help you to the Max! Place is Obviously great on prices!! Which is usually with this chain, but this store it self is super clean, compared to alot other stores ive been to... this place is worth the trip.

Confused as to why I had to bag my own items here when I asked the cashier for a bag. Horrible customer service. I should have gotten paid for it since she didn’t want to do her job.

Soon as I approach the door there was a man standing there begging for money. Then as I entered the store the floors were trashy and shelves empty and what was on the shelves were a mess and not even zoned. I left without buying anything.

Please dont put poles on all your carriages, some of your customers have limitations & cannot carry the bags of items they purchased to there car Thank You Sincerely Hope your listening

I really like coming to this dollar store. It has everything I need and more. It is also close by my neighborhood.

I agree with the previous reviews, the cashiers are terrible. Rude and unprofessional. Apparently it takes three of then to inflate a balloon.

Fun. Inexpensive. Practical inventory with food and micellaneous.

I love the Dollar Tree but this location is ridiculous! Its very dirty and disorganized. I would definitely be embarrassed to work here. Maybe try cleaning once in awhile!

Overall the store is good. Items displayed nicely. Only issue is the front of the store, I mean the parking area is quite dirty.

Great buys for a dollar especially Brand name bread sold elsewhere for way more. Yes they run out of merchandise fast because its always crowded.

Goods are lacking on the shelves

I had a nasty experience in dollar tree newhall street. I went there on a Friday and was given a coupon for family and friends events day which was on Sunday. I bought things for about 15 dollars and then presented the coupon to the teller. She informed me that I should have given her the coupon immediately I got there and she would not apply the coupon. She then called her manager who also came and informed me that their computers were jammed and so it could not be reversed. I then told them to give me back my money.You people are deceitful and very rude. The manager and teller were rude and when I expressed my annoyance, the manager said she would call the cops to throw me and my kids out.I advise people not to go to this shop again. Ill make sure I post this on Facebook and twitter also.

Every time I go in this store its a disaster, I cant find anything. What it looks like is the employees open up the inventory boxes and throw everything on the shelves of the aisle its supposed to be in. I also got yelled at by an employee who didnt want to blow balloons up for me a few months ago.

Obviously cheap. The store is well run as well!
