Owner pleasant. But I needed a bound rug and there was none in my size.

I went there today looking for an area rug for my living room and found a couple. But I only bought one its an 8x10 it was under $140 dollars Ive looked on line at Target, Walmart,Ocean lot and Bed bath & Beyond all way more expensive. I am going back to buy a rug my deck but my smaller. If anyone is looking for rugs or flooring go here excellent place and the gentleman were very helpful thank you again.

I used Federal Carpet Inc. for my carpet and hardwood floor in the new home I just purchased. They did an excellent job and I have recieved numerous compliments on my carpeting and hardwood floors. This is a one stop shop. I purchased the carpeting and hardwood floors from their showroom in Lowell. They company also installed both. I would highly recommend them.

So glad they were open later than most everyone that isnt a big box store. And practically everything is in stock. Makes an emergency flooring trip a breeze.

Unproffesional, install was paid for by landlord, they were to call me and never did I called landlord and said why isnt carpet installed she said they were to call me i said they never did. I set up install for 12 30 I get the call from installer and told him its for 12 30 Im at Dana Farber Cancer with brother. He then said can soneone unlock door i said Im st Dana Farber cant be there til 12 30 as planned and then mentioned this should have been done as Federal Carpet was to call me and they never did. Installer said I was being rude. I called Federal Caroet Spoke to owner told him exactly this he said he is not coming to install carpet that another installer would do it but not today. Time out of work, he sided with installer based on what he said and I have no carpet installed. Very unproffesional. Do what you want i would call someone else unless you want to hire this Unproffesional Company.
