I’m disgusted with Xfinity rite now. Apparently they don’t replace the same device twice, but they’ll take t$15 a month for over a year and call it insured, but when it comes time to replace it (again) NOOOO WAY!! And they won’t gimme back my money for the insurance. Crooks I say. Crooks.

Whoever decided to not match up the information on the CONTRACT with whoever called yall to cancel our service needs to be reprimanded. I work from home on my computer and you cost me a whole day of work!!! You didnt bother checking the name, phone number, password for the account, nothing! Just took some random persons word and shut off service WE PAID FOR!

The worst place you can come to. Terrible service and they dont help you at all. The people who work there are people who have no knowledge whatsoever of what is being done. After leaving sprint for 10 yearsHighly disappointed .I now have a phone with no insurance.It wasnt offered and it was suppose to be onBc we had said I wanted my phone exactly like the one already on account .So now Bc employee did not do his Job.. I have no insurance.First person I talk to in store was so rude . The manager was nice but midway like over 30 mins In he went to help someone else.He left me with another employee who decided to take a payment while helping with my phone that shows no called ID to all my numbers lol.So unprofessional - and no help once so ever . 1 month in - well ya !

Went here to exchange some equipment pick up new remotes for my mothers house. I am authorized for access to her account but if the time was not authorized to exchange equipment. They were extremely helpful in patient and getting the authorization from my mom for me to exchange the equipment and pick up the new remotes. Friendly staff efficient great experience

With zero luck getting my issues resolved remotely, two technicians came by my place on Sunday and were finally able to resolve the problems I had been having for a month. I really, really hope that this is getting to the right people, but if you have a Scott and Roosevelt working from your location (not in the store, but technicians) please give them my sincere thanks for helping me out on Sunday. If I can provide any other information to assist in getting this feedback to them, please let me know. THANK YOU!

Nothing to do with the store BUT Comcast should be ASHAMED for capping data and charging up to $100 extra for users who go over the limit! As if Covid hasnt already devastated American life as we know it, customers now have the added stress of worrying about going over data usage when it is unavoidable with all the work from home, learn from home that is now the new norm. SHAME ON YOU COMCAST i will be searching for other alternatives. Laugh at this all you want but Karma always finds its way.

Convenient area just opened at this location it really nice inside you cant be bored you get to watch TV and they have a lot of stuff you can look at and learn about like there cell phone all the accessories the alarms systems they got all that stuff laid out for you poke at and they got a good system in there grab yourself a number they call your number and you go up I was in and out of there in no time an the customer service was great .plenty of parking. Go check it out

I had to check in and sit for over 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone about my equipment. As far as Im concerned my business with comcast is over. There is no need for me to see a representative. Jaz was nice at plain at store but only 2 ppl working there for 12 customers?!? Spent 45m on phone with CS, Drove to store, waited 60+m, to be given a new box AFTER I turned in my bad one. Saw several ppl come in, see the wait, swear and leave. Staffing needs to be addressed?!? Took 5m after I got new box and then of course, box DIDNT work and spent another 60+m on phone w CS AGAIN to activate both box & remote. New box shouldve been activated/serial # recorded BEFORE I left the store with it?!? Waste of half a day.

Very inefficient way to streamline equipment returns and paying for bills. After checking in with someone at the front of the store, they told me it would be just a couple of mins. Instead it was a long wait over 30 mins. The customer service rep didnt start taking customers as they checked in, instead she chose Willy nilly who to attend. Everyone was complaining about how inefficient it is. They need to get their act together!!!

I just love when the woman at the lowell, ma Xfinity store says we are all set when we return our old equipment, and 5+ months later we have a 20 pt credit drop because we apparently owe comcast over $150 for the equipment we already returned! Customer service was no help she had a snarky attitude and basically blamed us for not saving a receipt from 5+ months ago to prove it and laughed at us. Absolutely terrible customer service, I would not reccomend this company and am sorry to those who have to use them. We have been loyal customers, paid bills early and were very forgiving of the countless times that the routers have not worked, and we have to problem solve it ourselves because they dont know what else could be the problem, seriously? If I could give no stars, I would.

Worst experience ever. I just wanted to drop off a cable box. I had to check-in at one counter where they scanned and took my equipment, but was then told they couldnt take it off my account or give me a receipt until I wait in line for the 2nd counter. Its been 45 minutes and Im still sitting here waiting for my reciept. The only 2 people here that apparently can give me a receipt for the equipment they already took and scanned have been with the same customers for over 30 minutes. I literally have to sit here and watch them shop for new plans before I can get my receipt.

The service was ok. I cancelled an account and returned all the equipment without having to spend an hour on the phone with a pushy salesperson. My father added equipment to his account and a second phone line... that went ok, now for the bad part. We set up a service appointment to have the line, from the pole, moved from one side of the house to the other. I asked for them to call me before ariving so I could explain what needed to be done, and never got a call. I was supposed to be added to the account, so I could troubleshoot problems over the phone, or make appointments if necessary. (Lets face it, at 72 years old, dad is a little technically challanged.) After the line outside was changed, the house had no phone or internet. I tried to trouble shoot over the phone only to discover I was not added to the account. Now both Mom and Dad are retired and own a camp in NH, so they are nowhere to be found, and I may have mentioned, technology challenged and unable to grasp the concept of keeping the cell phone on when it is not being used. Needless to say, it was a fun week with 2 children, one of which is autustic, with no internet in the 120 degree heat.....
